Pros The organization of the platform is not overly complex. I need Concord specifically to notify me when contracts are about to expire. Cons Having to manually update a contract term if the contract automatically renews. I used to arrive in my office to stacks of paper files for signatures. Sometimes I wouldn't visit that particular office for weeks. Staff would try to find the right office at the right time to get my signature. With Concord all that is eliminated, digitally signing documents revolutionized my contract signing experience. Well done Concord. Pros I move between various offices and documents chase me from place to place for a signature; sometimes I sign the same contract twice. With concord that problem is eliminated. Pros Fast and simple. Easy to use and doesn't require prior training to use the service. Cons I don't like that when in the process of editing a document you lose internet connection, your edits are not saved and then you have to make the changes you planned to make from the beginning. This is very annoying especially if you draft the document from zero, and the whole draft disappears. Happened to me twice:( I understand that there is a save button, but people don't always want to apply the changes to the main document. It additionally has integration with Hubspot which is our main CRM and we are excited to explore how this can help add to its usefulness Cons There are some status' on contracts that are auto generated that have caused some confusion and I wish there was a way to edit them. It is a requirement for my line of work and I need a new one for every transaction. It is very easy to upload documents and to tailor each signature request for each client. I am very happy! Pros Concord has been a lifesaver. I signed up first with a competitor whose plan was more costly and limited the amount of documents I could send for signatures to only five per month. Concord is cheaper and has no limits on documents sent for signatures. It is very easy to upload files and add signature boxes, and it looks sleek and professional. I also found their sales team to be helpful and not pushy, and they steered me toward a plan that worked for me without trying to upsell me. I'm very happy! Cons I really can't think of anything I don't like about using Concord. It has been a perfect fit for my small business electronic signature needs. Concord ultimately gave me what I needed for a lower cost. Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) Concord allowed unlimited signature requests, unlike Docusign which limited me to 5 per month, and Concord is cheaper than Docusign. Docusign wanted to upgrade me to a more expensive plan that would allow more signatures requests, but I would still be limited to 100 per year. There is no such limit with Concord. The ease of use and deployment across our team was great as it is very user friendly. Being able to track contracts and deadlines has been a great tool that we loved which allows us to manage our contracts more efficiently. Having templates in Concord and enabling smart fields has improved our contract drafting efficiency. Overall, Concord is a great tool for our company to use to manage our contracts. Pros The integration process was easy, we were able to have it up and running really soon after the training. Help support from Concord is excellent, they are always responsive and able to provide clear, concise information. Collaborating within Concord was good, we were able to share files and go back and forth on negotiations well. Having the digital signature feature is great as it allowed us to move away from another product for signatures. Smart fields is a great feature as we use it in our templates and it has helped with efficiency when drafting contracts. Cons We use third party templates a lot and being able to import the file into Concord is critical. Unfortunately, Concord doesn't translate documents over well. Indentations of clauses and signature areas within the contract does not transfer well. After uploading into Concord, we would always have to go back and update those areas. Another item that we use that would like to have is the option of inserting a "date signed" stamp within the contract. We work on contracts that have signatures within the contract, sometimes throughout, and it would be nice to have the ability to have a date stamp next to signatures. Review Source SM Sharon M. Pros We have been using Concord only for 4 months. First and foremost, I like the onboarding process. An assigned agent of Concord is readily available, works with you in getting familiarized with the system, allows you to move at your own pace at your own pace, and finds answers to questions that she does not have. I also like the ease of use. It is very user friendly. Cons There are some features that would be helpful to have. For example - you have the ability to add fields but Concord does not have the ability to keep a running list of the added fields. So, it is necessary to type the field name in every time and to remember what fields were created and what they were called. It also does not allow the use of commas in folder names or in third party names. Reason for choosing Concord Cost was a big factor, ease of use was a big factor, term was a big factor. " August 26, 2021 5.0 I wouldn't be able to sort contracts and offer letters so quickly without it, it has made my life easier especially at the rate we are growing being able to send these out with ease is crucial. Pros We really like the usability of the platform, the user interface is easy to navigate. We have great feedback from the users, especially as we send out offer letters and contracts via concord, the new employees say it is easy to use & efficient! The audit feature is great too so you can see who has opened & read the contract & when! Cons the only comment would be that sometimes if you want to edit some of the text, it formats incorrectly & can throw off the rest of the documents format, BUT it doesn't happen every time and could be our template with the issue. Pros From the very beginning the software was easy to use. We were able to upload existing Word documents and then modify them very quickly into templates. The ease of converting from using .doc and .pdf documents to using Concord was great. Cons Support is at times difficult but since the software is well made we don't have issues very often.
