### "A great product that literally works every time."

November 18, 2022

5.0

Pros

The best thing about Concord is simply that whatever the situation: 1 to 120 signatures, desktop or mobile, short documents or heavy shareholder agreements, etc... it never fails.

Cons

I'd love a concord app that allows me to sign with my biometric signature and be notified whenever I have something to review and sign.

### "User Friendly Contract Platform Experience! "

October 26, 2024

5.0

I am very happy with Concord, overall. I wish they would fix the word processor they use, and it would be a perfect product.

Pros

I like how user friendly Concord is for our end users.

Cons

Sometimes, the formatting is completely off when loading documents into the system or transferring to a live document.

I had previous experience with Concord and felt that Juro's system paled in comparison in a lot of ways. It was not user friendly and the website functionality was not easy to follow.

### "Concord Review"

August 1, 2024

5.0

We have had a fabulous experience with Concord. They are available to assist when we have questions. It was a breeze to set up and start using. The folders and unlimited documents have allowed us to be more organized and efficient. The price point is very manageable. We use the application daily and are very happy with our decision to go with Concord.

Pros

The ability to store all of our documents in one system with controls in place that govern who has access has been really helpful. To have our documents available via the web and organized by department and user has saved us a lot of time and effort. It is easy to use, and the support teams get back to you very quickly. They have weekly webinar's that keep the customers informed and provide in depth insight into key product features.

Cons

It isn't a con really, but we need a drag and drop date and initials field :)

### "My Journey with Concord"

October 13, 2022

5.0

Concord has made my life as a sales manager easier. Before contracting process would take a lot of time with the back and forths on email. Since I started using concord, the turn over for contract signing has really improved. The other thing I love about it is the collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in real time.

Pros

The easy collaboration in real time among parties the e-signature - Makes contracts to be signed faster the contract management life-cycle the organization of templates - reduces the complex contracting process

Cons

I think other features should be added when editing documents. By this I mean features like the ones for word docs like different font styles, numbering, etc (Basically I would want word features to be incorporated)

### "A Good Contract Management Platform to use"

May 8, 2020

4.0

Like most contract management platforms I've used, Concord is good but not perfect. All contract management systems have pros and cons, but Concord is the best I've seen... so far.

Pros

Most liked features are: 1. Bulk Importing existing contract portfolios into Concord 2. Search function - fast, accurate and easy to use 3. Sharing contracts with others is very easy and secure

Cons

Largest complaints are: 1. Records of draft contracts can not be changed to "signed" where a contract is executed outside of Concord. So if I started drafting and negotiating a contract in Concord and then had the final contract executed by way of a scanned copy or even DocuSign I have to create a new contract record in Concord. All negotiation history, internal / external discussions, etc are lost. This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. 2. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to. E.g. unable to use autonumbering in templates, unable to use indenting of template documents well. This become annoying when importing a Word or PDF document to create a template. Not all documents will import correctly, yet the native text editing features do not allow a user to 're-create' the form and structure of the original document as a template. 3. E-signature solution does not provide enough flexibility a signing request to be forwarded by an outside person (i.e. counterparty) to an authorised signatory. Concord's native e-signature solution kind of assumes the person who I share a negotiated draft document to is the person who can sign for that company. In an enterprise environment, this is not always the case as company's have rules on delegated authorities. 4. E-signature solution is limited in fields required to complete execution. End user signing experience is ok but not great.

Reason for choosing Concord

Primarily the search feature and the ease in setting the system up.

Switched from

[Leah](https://www.capterra.com/p/195166/ContractPodAi/)

Primary because of the GUI and the search function. That said, ContractPodAI integrates much better with DocuSign.

### "The best electronic signature option for my small business"

January 18, 2023

5.0

I am using Concord to have clients sign services agreements. It is a requirement for my line of work and I need a new one for every transaction. It is very easy to upload documents and to tailor each signature request for each client. I am very happy!

Pros

Concord has been a lifesaver. I signed up first with a competitor whose plan was more costly and limited the amount of documents I could send for signatures to only five per month. Concord is cheaper and has no limits on documents sent for signatures. It is very easy to upload files and add signature boxes, and it looks sleek and professional. I also found their sales team to be helpful and not pushy, and they steered me toward a plan that worked for me without trying to upsell me. I'm very happy!

Cons

I really can't think of anything I don't like about using Concord. It has been a perfect fit for my small business electronic signature needs.

Alternatives considered

[PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/)

Reason for choosing Concord

The Concord sales rep seemed more professional and honest than the other sales reps I talked to from competitors. Concord ultimately gave me what I needed for a lower cost.

Switched from

[Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/)

Concord allowed unlimited signature requests, unlike Docusign which limited me to 5 per month, and Concord is cheaper than Docusign. Docusign wanted to upgrade me to a more expensive plan that would allow more signatures requests, but I would still be limited to 100 per year. There is no such limit with Concord.

### "Contract Management for Higher Ed"

September 14, 2022

5.0

Concord has helped our University streamline and simplify our contract review process. All of our documents are stored in one place and we can reference relating documents more easily.

Pros

The pricing structure for this software is straightforward without high implementation costs like other options require. It is simple and the customer support is a team of real people who are available and reliable!

Cons

The most challenging part for our team is not being able to redline pdf documents. You can still sign and add text fields but you cannot utilize the same functionality as you can with a live document within Concord.

### "Great Free software for creating documents"

August 10, 2019

5.0

I had a pretty good experience using Concord. I will use in the future because it gets the job done.

Pros

I love that it is free. I also love the ease of use. it is very simple to create and edit a document that needs a signature. Very easy to add other recipients to the document that need to sign and very fast getting to the recipient's email.

Cons

Customer support for the free version can be updated. There was not much to help when first getting started.

December 2, 2024

4.0

Positive experience, it does what I need wish to continue to use it.

Pros

The organization of the platform is not overly complex. I need Concord specifically to notify me when contracts are about to expire.

Cons

Having to manually update a contract term if the contract automatically renews. In other words, if I have a contract in Concord that is in its second year of a 1 year auto renew, I no longer get email notifications about it coming up for renewal.

### "Great, user friendly contract management product"

August 26, 2021

4.0

We used Concord primarily for contract management, workflow, lifecycle, and repository and Concord meets our expectations. The ease of use and deployment across our team was great as it is very user friendly. Being able to track contracts and deadlines has been a great tool that we loved which allows us to manage our contracts more efficiently. Having templates in Concord and enabling smart fields has improved our contract drafting efficiency. Overall, Concord is a great tool for our company to use to manage our contracts.

Pros

The integration process was easy, we were able to have it up and running really soon after the training. Help support from Concord is excellent, they are always responsive and able to provide clear, concise information. Collaborating within Concord was good, we were able to share files and go back and forth on negotiations well. Having the digital signature feature is great as it allowed us to move away from another product for signatures. Smart fields is a great feature as we use it in our templates and it has helped with efficiency when drafting contracts.

Cons

We use third party templates a lot and being able to import the file into Concord is critical. Unfortunately, Concord doesn't translate documents over well. Indentations of clauses and signature areas within the contract does not transfer well. After uploading into Concord, we would always have to go back and update those areas. Another item that we use that would like to have is the option of inserting a "date signed" stamp within the contract. We work on contracts that have signatures within the contract, sometimes throughout, and it would be nice to have the ability to have a date stamp next to signatures.

### "Concord Feedback/ Assessment "

September 4, 2024

5.0

Customer service is amazing. The staff of concord listen to their customers and always try to find a way to find a solution to our concerns.

Pros

The reports and keeping all of the files in one exclusive location.

Cons

The "In Box" feature. Doesn't operate like a traditional "In Box". When I move files to the share folder, I don't want them to still be stored in the "In Box". If I need to find a document, the search feature is what I use. I would love for this to be changed.

### "AI Concord Integration"

July 23, 2024

4.0

Pros

I find many of Concord's features to be designed in a very accessible way. It mirrors other document management Concords, which enables easy onboarding for teams accustomed to cloud-based document management systems. The "subsidiary" organization system is a very interesting structure that allows for a more confidential implementation of these cloud frameworks while still leaving room for flexibility in the overall system. My team was also part of the beta group for Concord's AI integration with Chat GPT. I found it especially helpful for summarizing long legal documents, allowing for swift extraction of important information. Using the integration required no effort or technological prowess on my end, which I appreciated. Personally, I believe that Concord's strongest feature is its customer success team. They are swift to reply to messages and are always on top of resolving issues as quickly and thoroughly as they can.

Cons

Concord's features are great when they function well! While customer service is exceptionally responsive and quick to reply to messages, and the dev team does fix bugs fairly quickly, I have found that intentional features sometimes have components that either function oddly or do not serve their intended purpose/make using Concord more difficult rather than less so. This has improved over the past year, but there are still parts of the software that are finicky to use, prevent thorough information tracking, or do not cover as broad of a spectrum as they should.

### "Concord Review"

July 25, 2024

5.0

The implementation went well and Concord is meeting our needs. The customer service we received has been excellent.

Pros

Concord is an excellent value. The functionality of the software meets our needs and the price is very affordable.

Cons

I wish Concord had a spell checker so that when we create agreement templates in fill in the information in the fillable fields, we would be alerted about typos.

Reason for choosing Concord

The value of Concord is excellent - the functionality is good and the cost is great.

### "Concord and Salesforce integration is amazing!"

August 25, 2021

5.0

Concord has made contracts more streamlined and integrative with our Salesforce business processes! As every document is stored not only in Salesforce but also in Concord we do not need to worry about back up copies in our server. I am so happy that Oberd. It is really easy to keep track of all your contacts that you send to be signed because Concord emails you when someone signs or leaves a comment. The best feature is that we can save templates so we can edit and bring information from Salesforce , making our process really smooth and avoiding manual mistakes!

Pros

Salesforce integration was easy and quick. Most important, very easy to use Concord via Salesforce (Send to sign, attachment is added automatically in Salesforce Notes, etc.). Also, I like to enable the track history in the template level, so I can check what was changed in the document not only in the draft but also when we send to sign. In addition, I like the chat/message into Concord platform where customer can edit the document (redlining) or ask question avoiding emails.

Cons

Something I would like to have as a feature is to chose which field must be completed by a External guest, for example, if I have more than one external guest signing the document I cannot specified who needs to fill out a specific field.

Reason for choosing Concord

Redlining and price

### "We love Concord! "

August 26, 2021

5.0

I wouldn't be able to sort contracts and offer letters so quickly without it, it has made my life easier especially at the rate we are growing being able to send these out with ease is crucial.

Pros

We really like the usability of the platform, the user interface is easy to navigate. We have great feedback from the users, especially as we send out offer letters and contracts via concord, the new employees say it is easy to use & efficient! The audit feature is great too so you can see who has opened & read the contract & when!

Cons

the only comment would be that sometimes if you want to edit some of the text, it formats incorrectly & can throw off the rest of the documents format, BUT it doesn't happen every time and could be our template with the issue. Recently i haven't had this problem.
