I used to arrive in my office to stacks of paper files for signatures. Sometimes I wouldn't visit that particular office for weeks. Staff would try to find the right office at the right time to get my signature. With Concord all that is eliminated, digitally signing documents revolutionized my contract signing experience. Well done Concord. Pros I move between various offices and documents chase me from place to place for a signature; sometimes I sign the same contract twice. With concord that problem is eliminated. Cons I got inexplicably locked out and resetting my password didn't work. I had to go back to paper and I hated it.
