Pros

Organizational, tagging, and alert components are great; this tends to be most of what we use the app for.

Cons

Formatting and e-signature needs a bit of work. It seems many people don't get the invite email for them to sign in and put in a signature - firewalls or email hosts tend to block the address. It'd be awesome if a direct link was provided for each contract.

After researching all of the major e-contracting products in the market, we concluded that Concord offered the most functionality for the price. In particular, we were seeking a product that allowed us to customize workflows and set up approvals before a contract is sent out. Surprisingly, we were unable to find another system that could do that.

Pros

Ability to customize work flows.

Cons

There is no mobile app and the signature function does not seem to work on mobile phone browsers.

Lack of automation. formating of the text in the contracts, copy and pasting is a nightmare, can not use simple enter keys for new paragraphing. Need to manually click send for 2nd approvals

Concord was very helpful. Zach contacted me very quickly, within a few hours of completing my Capterra request. Zach found out about our company's needs, and built a demo around those needs (something I wish more of the referred companies did). Zach was also very willing to repeat his demo again when asked to show it to an executive who could not sit in on the original demo. We have only completed our second month with Concord, but we've been very pleased so far. We have not utilized too many of the front-end features, e.g., the drafting and revising functions, although these are pretty nice too (love the draft management feature). We mostly use it for the back end, storing, organizing, and alerts for existing agreements.

Pros

Concord has a very simple, easy to navigate user interface. Didn't take long at all to figure out how things work, and start uploading documents.

Cons

Customer Support. When you get in touch with someone from Concord, they are fantastic, and always help you get your answer. However, its not a set up where there is tech support standing by, and there is no customer service line. So you are limited mostly to email. They still respond quickly, so the only time this could be an issue is if you are in an emergency.

Pros

Since everything is online, and plainly spelled out, it's easy to communicate with clients and maintain accountability

Cons

Mobile accessibility can be improved - it's been impossible to fill out fields while using this on a phone. It makes it difficult to quickly sign-off on contracts when I'm on the go and not at a desktop.

I wish you could import a PNG signature rather than using only a generic "handwriting" signature.

### "Useful, but not very well designed"

Overall this software could be improved and made more intuitive, but it's still very helpful now.

Pros

I use this software to get reimbursed for my bus tickets to work. It gets its job done, and has't given me any problems so far. Once I learned how to submit a report, it's been a quick monthly process.

Cons

It is not the most well designed software, everything is small and kind of hidden. Slightly confusing, but definitely possible to figure out.

Easy to use and navigate, functional, easy to keep categories organized. Easy to make edits and updates. The Concord team is responsive.

Cons

I wish that there was the option to stack folders. The tags are useful, but ideally I'd like to be able to store contracts in folders AND with tags.

They don't offer you the ability to test any of the features that are important to many companies (ie approval routing, salesforce integration, etc.).

Pros

Great sales pitch.

Cons

Customer Service, Platform capabilities and features, ease of use. My company signed up with ConcordNow months ago. Unfortunately, their capabilities and features, many of which you need to pay extra for, do not work as well as other products I have tried (SpringCM, Tymetrix, Salesforce, etc.).

Excellent and cost-effective solution. If you are looking for a simple and quick solution to get your contracts signed digitally, then you are all covered. Even if your needs grows and becomes complex, they have higher tiers which cater to those needs.

Pros

Clean and minimalist user interface. Easy to use and easy on the wallet@! Probably cost less than the gasoline used by all your salesperson getting to the customer and back with a signed document

Cons

Nothing for me at this point in time. My needs are met here. Probably if they integrated to more CRM then it will be good.

\- Incredibly easy to pick up with minimal training - Dynamic fields make contract amendment stress-free and simple - Interface is clean and slick, easy on the eyes

\- Filters & sort criteria can be difficult to use properly and don't always work - There is no option to input multiple approval flows

I have only used the free version of Concord but I am negotiating with my organization so that we start using it. We hire many educators from different countries and Concord will help us keep track of contracts and would definitely save us time.

Pros

I love the clean of concord. It is minimalistic, practical and easy to use. Concord can save the Human Resources department in any organization time and money. The free version allow users to organize documents, edit them, sign contracts and save them securely. The price is very accessible if users decide to acquire a more advanced version of the program.

Cons

I have only found an English version of Concord. I believe that Concord has a great potential of growth if it became available in other languages like Spanish and Arabic. It is a very good tool and more users can benefit from it worldwide if it becomes available in their language.

Pros

I love the UI and the easy categorization features that help our team identify which contracts need to be renewed.

Cons

The UX can be a little clunky and the permissions need to be improved, but the team at Concord was consistently adding new features.

Cons

Bug fixes take time. If browser is not updated software behaves strangely.
