I recommend the freeware version of this but would skip the upgraded packages as the price is a bit too high. Pros Honestly, this makes my small business look more professional...and in this day and age, it's important to stand out from the competition. I have been using Adobe Acrobat for many years but was introduced to this tool by a friend. Ever since I shifted programs I haven't looked back. It's extremely simple to upload documents and prepare a secure signature field for people to sign. It not only looks and feels great but it is super fast to get documents to people QUICKLY, which is super important when you're on a tight deadline. A MUST HAVE!!! Cons Unfortunately, it's a bit pricey for 4 users or more.... I'm using the free version and really like it, but I could imagine if I had a larger team that it would then become expensive for my small business, especially since it's a monthly cost. We use it to manage all NDAs, business partnerships and customer contracts and it is easy for employees to just use and not have to learn anything! Internal permissioning and automatic notifications allow for efficient maintenance and monitoring of our contracts and agreements, with a centralized repository for quick and easy referencing. The audit trail, discussion notes, term, and finance sections also add to ongoing dialogue amongst our users. Would definitively recommend the Concord contract management solution. October 5, 2016 4.0 This is just about the best contract management software that i have used. The functionality is great and the customer service is very responsive. The only downside is that the viewing of a document online is not the same as how it prints. The ease of uploading a template and then using that over and over again for our needs with e-signature has expedited the process of our clients signatures. I also love the messaging feature that sends and email to the client so it helps me track what I have sent to them in regards to the status of their contract with us. October 24, 2017 3.0 Pros I like that we are able to complete the full contracting process externally and internally within Concord. I like the ease of communicating with the provider and having everything in one place. Also, being able to attach supporting documentation as well as linking other documents for historical purposes. Cons What I like least is that it doesn't have the ability to continue the full contracting process post signature. Pros I don't know many or any others out there that have a DocuSign alternative for free. Customer service was available and genuinely really helpful. Once I get a document set up it's pretty easy to use. Cons Creating the templates was a reeeaal pain. The boxes would never line up the way I wanted them to. The background was white for all text, so if it's overlapping any text in the document it gets whited out. Do something wrong and you have to start over. In addition, we also needed to be able to have our customers sign documents remotely. Concord enables all of this Pros Adding documents to be signed and colaborate with some other people is very easy. Contacting people from outside our structure to sign is simple and efficient. Practically manages itself" September 12, 2019 5.0 We interact with a lot of vendors, consultants, and other third parties. Concord has allowed us to organize and manage the hundreds of active contracts we have open at any given time. The email notifications for upcoming renewals, termination notices, and other deadlines ensures we never let an important contract lapse. Pros The ease of use is what I like most about this software. I was able to quickly learn the functionalities of the software. I like that you can add your commonly used contract templates, set up approval hierarchies, edit and review the history of pending contracts, and how easy it is to set up the contract lifecycles. Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Somebody finally understands contract workflow" November 20, 2016 5.0 I have tried about half a dozen different "contract signing/management" apps over the past several years. They all work, but there have always been limitations that require clunky workarounds. Concord is the first one I have tried that makes it easy to manage contract changes (and the back and forth required to agree on those changes) and signing both with people inside my organization and outside. Pros It has the best workflow management tools to get from first to final draft, to signed. Cons It differs from other tools I have tried in that it isn't really designed to add signature fields into the body of your prepared document. Could be better but also better than a lot of what's out there. Pros The UI was much better than what my company used previously. It's also pretty intuitive to use and even those not as tech-savy should be able to do it. Cons There wasn't an easier way to attach receipts and upload receipts. This part wasn't as intuitive. We love using Concord because it is very simple and the feature set is very robust. We are able to track any changes to the contracts as well as any changes that occur during the course of the negotiation process. We have yet to receive any complaints from our customers about the service. Pros Ease of use, value for money and the fact that all our records surrounding contracts are kept in one central location. Cons The need to customize many necessary features specific to our industry. Would like to see more features added that address accounting needs and track comments within the same screen.
