Excellent installation assistance, training and support makes set-up easy. I use this software daily and is critical to controlling my operations! Pros The ability to create unlimited materials, suppliers, customers, recipes and products gives me complete control over my business needs for Inventory Control and Traceability. The recall report, for any item (raw Material, work-in-progress, finished goods) regardless of being on-hand, consumed or shipped only takes seconds to run! Inventory levels, required orders to fill and Traceability makes things easy to know when items have to be re-ordered or produced. Cons As with any software that controls or knows about your process, you need to do the work of defining your process. Suppliers, Raw Materials, Recipes, Products, etc. need to be defined so that the software can do it's job of tracking things. Imports of existing lists makes this easier... providing you already have this information electronically! I would recommend working on improving the UI to allow for a cleaner user experience, this could include supporting scaling within the program so that when snapping the window to half the screen it scales proportionally allowing me to snap inventory on one half and something else on the other in a simple and clean fashion. Also to me there seems like a high number of clicks to complete certain actions such as recording production that I think could be cut down which would be ideal as each click becomes time consuming if you're doing it a few hundred times. Pros The ease in which it operated on our network and with the network printers and across multiple devices. Cons The issues that arose as a result of the software not being fully ported for cannabis use made some key features of traceability unsupported in the software which required us to keep separate logs outside of the Traceall system. Pros The software did take time to learn but now it’s very easy. Also when I have a problem the team at TraceAll gets back to me quickly to resolve any issues. Cons It isn’t intuitive.
