well previously, I am looking for a solution for a long time already to generate a report for old PABX Panasonic but now I find out pbxdom that can solve my problem, and can generate reports properly. I can recommend using pbxdom if you want to generate the report from old PABX system, the setup is simple and easy to use.

Pros

It's a very simple setup, as I have an old pabx system I can still use pbxdom to generate the report of calling properly through agent software that running on the console port. The dashboard of the calling report is elastic and export to any format such as CSV, excel, or pdf. not only this but can filter the dashboard and create dynamic dashboard as needed to see/view.

Cons

that's pretty good software already, I have no comment about this.
