Looking back I didn't know what I was doing when we bought the property and started renting rooms along with our tours and other events. Before we usually partnered with the property owner. Booking Ninja really made things more manageable and we survived.I would tell a friend to try it out.

Pros

Guests can book and pay anytime, and make customizations through the site. They can also make changes later on.Booking Ninja automates input so I save time and make less mistakes. They include a complete PMS, RRC and channel manager too. I liked that there were rewards and discount options for repeat customers since we get quite a few.It isn't hard to use and they provide tutorials to help out. The support is great and they know a lot about the site.

Cons

Nothing was really a problem, but it was a little more costly than I expected and I don't think Booking Ninja put in enough flexibility for different types of properties and situations.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive and attentive to detail. I highly recommend this team.

Pros

Easy to use. Clear. Compatible. Best of all, it is built on the Sales Force platform so sky is the limit on what it can do!

Cons

So far I have no complaints. The team has been incredibly responsive in addressing small issues that have come up.
