Pros Mobile App is the most impactful. Audit using the mobile app is the one of the best thing I like about this product. It's easy to use & manage and value for money product. Cons Intra transfer option should include confirmation. Presently in intra transfer can be done without confirmation. Pros TRACET software/module is very user friendly and provides a great ease to user. Great interface also. The support team is very helpful and I have been using TRACET now since more than 3 years, it was there in my previous organization. There are many usability which I think i have not explored yet.
