Pros With lots of Cons however this software is easy to learn and operate. Cons In present time, assets are moving continuously from one location to another and also given to customer / vendor. But there is not a single report which gives you the real time assets location. Pros Mobile App is the most impactful. Audit using the mobile app is the one of the best thing I like about this product. It's easy to use & manage and value for money product. May 21, 2019 4.0 We are able to maintain a record of 20,000 assets at 1200+ locations and now have a single source of truth. Movement of assets between locations can be tracked. We barcoded all the assets and the best part is Audit of assets which helps to prevent theft and misuse. Pros The interface is very nice. Workflow is available which can be configured as per your requirement. Many reports are available for Assets. User wise authorization can be provided. Overall we are happy with the product. Audit via an Android app is nice. We can record the Latitude, Longitude, and picture of the asset. Cons The dashboard is very simple. A dynamic dashboard would have been great. The configuration of the Asset code generation is limited. It can be much more flexible. Printing of barcode stickers from the application is very difficult. The support staff is very cooperating and just a call away. They ensure that the issue is sorted asap. They also keep on updating with the new software. Cons I think we can make the product more adjustable. Some columns I feel are irrelevant and it should provide the customizable option to the user to remove unnecessary colums. Pros TRACET software/module is very user friendly and provides a great ease to user. Great interface also. The support team is very helpful and I have been using TRACET now since more than 3 years, it was there in my previous organization. There are many usability which I think i have not explored yet. Being from a non-finance background, it was great to be able to use this software with ease. Cons The software is unable to give us the functionality to easily change asset assigned user. Cons This FA software needs lots of improvement, as their is no modification/basic changes allowed in software as per Companies Act / Income Tax Act for uploading FA details. Cons The software installation/activation was completed using a internet connection initially and the team has given a feedback during the next update that the same internet connection should be used for upgrading else it will not work, this should be sorted out so that any internet connection should be working for upgrade.
