Great tool for project managers to understand where to optimize in their teams.

Pros

Aiveo is good for organizing any type of businesses and teams of any size. It increases efficiency and helps with reliably tracking project progress.

Cons

I would've liked it to be available offline. Not a dealbreaker as the service is very good at it's job.

Overall it will be great, I am excited to see where Aiveo will be in 6 months to a year when it is more established.

Pros

This product has a wonderful concept and is really trying to streamline the project management process.

Cons

This product is SO NEW that it is extremely difficult to review. I think the concept is wonderful but there are still a lot of bugs to be worked out.

Simple template designs that are easy to customize. Kanban and Scrum compatible. Easy to visualization work loads. Quick results for identifying sprint shortcomings and ahead of schedule. Its free for small teams.

Cons

There are times when I wanted to use algorithms for calculating time.

The main reason was that it could scale well from a small team to larger without running into significant issues. The cost to value seemed to be on point.

Pros

I work in a large corporation, we have a lot of employees. To organize the work of a large team, not every cloud platform will do. Fortunately, it was Aiveo who approached us because she has no limit on the number of participants.

Cons

As you understand, with such a large team, we inevitably had problems with the work of the service. But the response from the support service had to wait quite a long time.

Pros

I used Aiveo for several months until our company introduced Asana. In Aiveo, I liked the opportunity to work with Agile projects, to track the time and resources spent.

Cons

Functional Aiveo, in comparison with Asana, is rather poor. The platform is not suitable for budget management, there are no kanban boards. In addition, templates can not be edited.

In our company, Aiveo is regularly used to track work projects and find errors in them, under which you can leave comments. Good email support and GitHub integration.

Cons

The performance of the program is very dependent on the speed and stability of the Internet. To add new tasks have to perform a large number of different actions.

Pros

Our company has been working for Aiveo for several years, but over time, there was a shortage of opportunities. From the advantages of the platform, I can note the ability to track the time spent on a project, set deadlines and conduct any projects, including Agile.

Cons

The platform is not suitable for large companies. Even on the official website it is written that the ideal number of users is up to 100 people. Over time, our company has almost doubled the number of employees using Aiveo. Work has become uncomfortable.

The first tracker system our company used after parting ways with our home made system. It was a tough transition at first but well worth it in the end for many reasons.

Pros

Simple UI, makes it easy for newcomers to pick up and run with it. The customer support is excellent Create your own custom labels and error statuses

Cons

Being cloud based, performance is heavily reliant on internet connection

An easy-to-use product with a well-developed interface that greatly simplified my learning process. Allows you to effectively track work projects and find errors.

Cons

Due to the placement of the application in the cloud there is no possibility of using it offline. To add a new task I have to carry out a huge number of different actions.
