In general I liked the whole system. You get up to speed very fast. But if you know Jira, this is a no brainer. Still some features were missing I thought. Can't pin it but it still felt a little bulky. Speed might be a thing and could be improved

For more than a year, I've been using Aiveo for keeping track of the tasks I'm working on. And also share the some boards with the manager and the other team members. Rarely I noticed a bug or wished there was an easier way to do something.

It's hard to explain in comments about attached file - you need to mention a name of a file and then a team member who will read it need to scroll up and click on a file and only after that he will see it. So would be nice to add a feature when you will be able to add attachment to a comment and it will appear in a comment field.

Overall a nice case management tool. Some usability issues: some discoverability issues; some functions unecessarily cumbersome to perform. Had a good experience with support when I reported login cookie issue (not keeping me loggedin).

I tend to get so many email notifications that they become useless and things get missed. I need to only be notified of changes to tickets assigned to me and have a way to tag other users in comments to bring something to their attention.

Aiveo features are improving day by day but it still needs to integrate new features for better tracking of work items. It should integrate the code repository settings with work items to push/pull and code merging features as well.

I used this tool for bug tracking. I have used many tools in the past and this is a neat little tool that is simple to use, looks good and does everything you need it to do. Strongly recommend it. The beautiful design is a plus.

As a developer familiar with agile methodologies, I would like to use a similar process for tracking tasks even for small projects. Aiveo is easy to understand and is very visual so it is a small learning curve for business users.

Aiveo is very simple, slick, and light-weight, yet provides pretty much all the features my heart could ever desire in a task-tracking tool. My one complaint is that I submitted a feature request and never heard anything back.

it has been helpful for us as we work on a database together. sending bugs and fixes back and forth. very easy to use.

Pros

Ease of use. Fact that it is free for our non profit. Really helps us communicate the bugs and fixes.

Cons

sometimes it is a bit hard to figure out how to move issues around. Can't seem to just send issues back and forth. Awkward.

Few issues 1. There should be option to retire milestones. I create weekly milestones and now all of them are shown in drop down. 2. Mobile interface is not user friendly 3. I don't see option to close an item

One option was miss for me. If i can find deleted task, Aiveo will be for me the best program i ever work with, because everything else Aiveo has.
