I just started with Aiveo to communicate issues with a remote partner. It was easy to fill out a work item but I left off a star because there are pages and details that weren't obvious to me. Could just be we don't use those in our work. And I'd like to see the description on the work item list so I don't have to open it to read. Overall it's clean and simple to use.

I came across Aiveo while i was working on freelancing project and it was big project and hence it was hard to keep track of bugs and developments. Being new to this type of methodology (issue and bug tracking) i did some research and came across Aiveo, and i liked it in first look due to is simple and intuitive design, where every things is presented nicely on the dashboard for quick review. So for me it is just the thing i was looking for.

Pros

Simplicity, Dashboard sort of presentation of data, simple yet powerful.

Cons

No cons in particular as such that i came across.
