Overall it is an easy way to gain feedback and it is easy to use. Pros It's pretty easy to set up and use. I have appreciated the visual nature of the platform. Think it mixes perfectly between a social and work collaboration tool. Cons Bad technical support. They don't have support at all. There is no way to reach them. The help messages prompting users are incorrect, its slow and we have had dozens of users contact us to tell us they cant complete the form. Poorly designed. Customer support was available until we had a problem, then disappeared. That says it all.
