"It´s help me to capture data in any moment in a very effective way. "
Overall: I capture all the information that i need from the public events with my iPad even if I do not have WiFi connection.
Pros: It is awesome that it can be use without WiFi connection because in that way I can use it everywhere. It is very useful to be able to automate the marketing strategy with the sales strategy. It is great that it is a app, so I can have it on my iPad.
Cons: It has been design for IOS, so it is not available for everyone with any other type of device. This would a problem to work on because it would be helpful to be able to link it with google adwords because of the features that it has. The price is a little expensive for a app.
"Intergrated event lead capture"
Overall: Zuant has solved a long standing challenge for our business; the capture and automated processing of leads captured at offline events. Setup was easy, albeit with the help of a Zuant success manager, and using the app was pretty straight forward. Support is always helpful and response times are perfect.
Pros: Zuant enables us to capture and process event leads end to end in a easy to use, easy to understand way with a lot of flexibility. Zuant integrates seamlessly with out Salesforce/Pardot infrastructure using custom integrations per event allowing for tracking and follow up unique to the event. The fact that Zuant captures leads both on and offline was a big plus.
Cons: Zuant is in development, constantly improving and releasing new features. Not everything we want is currently available. Arguably, the software is not mature yet. Ie. there is no event form cloud editor yet [you have to user an iPad], user management and related invoicing is a bit clunky and Zuant was only available on IOS, they just released an Android app.

Overall: Keeping track of how we connect with potential clients at health fairs and events.
Pros: Really enjoyed the option to work offline as the locations of our events often had poor wifi or cell service. It reduced stress knowing that not having wifi wouldn't be a problem. Also enjoy the scanning business cards at events to reduce the hustle and bustle, which allows for more meaningful conversations and connections.
Cons: Pricing is what we least liked about this software. For the team our size, we could've done with a smaller package and still gotten the job done.

Overall: Very good.
Pros: The software is pretty easy to use, update and create. The widgets are fairly easy to edit. And their support has been very quick to respond, even though they are in the UK.
Cons: Wish the Widgets were just a little easier to manipulate.

"Intentional Trade Shows"
Overall: Overall, Our entire company views Zuant as a staple in our trade show program. We have built our trade show program around the use of Zuant for lead capture. We have not found anything better. Also, the support staff is outstanding in my opinion.
Pros: Zuant is very user friendly. What I like the most is the ease of use. Our team simply has to down load the app from their app store, we add them as a user, they then sync the app and their on their way. It requires very little instruction. I have had new users use it for the first time without issue. Also, we have the option to add multiple forms an devices if needed as well the app works both online an offline.
Cons: The Zuant software has been extremely helpful to as our international trade show program has grown as a result of utilizing Zuant. The one thing I wish it could do is provide instant translations of business cards and or badges to English. The Zuant team has worked on this technology with us. I believe they are continuing this work on this technology even though it current does not exist in the 90-100% format. Zuant has assisted us with translations during trade shows to quicken the integrations process.

Overall: Our team loves using Zuant, and the interaction with our Account Management team can't be beat!
Pros: Same program on staff devices - any show, anywhere! We love the showroom feature, with our product literature categorized so easily. It's perfect to add to the lead email to the customer, which is immediately sent just as the submit button is clicked. Easy Peasy.
Cons: I cannot think of anything, as improvements on auto-sync have been made!

Cons: It is not possible to connect or link this platform with other android tools, it will be useful due to the attributes of google adwords and other tools to measure the potential of the market and consumers.
