My experience was a win win all the way around I could not have gotten any luckier \[sensitive content hidden\] is a wonderful communicator and he knew exactly what my issues were and I know he could sense my stress and frustration, I love technology I just wish I was more educated in the field. \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely educated he knows Little hotelier platform inside and out and backwards and forwards he was patient kind considerate and so very helpful I would like to thank him again. If not for his knowledge I would have probably abandoned this software and gone back to the company I use to have. I used the same company for 21 years and the gentleman retired and a new owner purchased the company and things started to become difficult to navigate. I feel so refreshed and much better all because of \[sensitive content hidden\] honestly no joke he really stayed by my side until I was able to reach my goal thank you again

I had an extremely hard time yesterday and today I spoke with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he literally saved my day week month and year it was \[sensitive content hidden\] I liked the most

absolutely no cons it was easy to follow his instructions, I was using another company for years and I was able to pick up the phone and call and speak to them directly they would take over my computer and fix the problems that I created due to my lack of understanding, it took me time to get use to texting back and forth with reps from hotelier and I now today for the very first time found \[sensitive content hidden\] and he was wonderful it was as if I was actually speaking to him on the phone instead of having to text him

After setup is done, easy doing. Really helpfull, as wellas the user managing is easy.

Pros

After setup is done, easy doing. Little Hotelier app on IOS is working good.

Cons

If you not working on Little Hotelier and you come back after some minutes and want to open a reservation it's not possible. First you have to reload the page. It's not depending the browser and/or cookies setting/history... Little Hotelier app on Android is not reloading automatically, not an issue of phone or setting.

Very happy with my experience as the problem was corrected fairly quickly and \[sensitive content hidden\] was good to talk to. He also asked if I had anything else I needed help with.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was super helpful. I had to get him to call me back as I was interrupted during the call. He helped me work through my direct booking and mapping issue.

Cons

It was all good. I didn't have any concerns with the service that I was provided. I find it easier to talk on the phone rather than the chat option.

I have thoroughly enjoyed learning to use little hotelier and have enjoyed experimenting with its features. It has been a wonderful system to use for our medium sized site.

Pros

Very easy to use, they offer quick support when its required and they are quite responsive to suggestions and feedback

Cons

There is not great functionality for larger group bookings. I also would have liked to have seen customizable reporting where you could select the information to be available on a report.

En general bien pendiente de resolver algunas cosas con el registro de pasajeros, espero sigan mejorando aspectos del software

Un PMS bastante completo, conectando con todas la plataformas.

Cons

Lo que no me gusta de Little hotelier, quizá sea la interface , en el anterior programa se podía ver de un vistazo de que plataforma procedía la reserva, otra cosa a mejorar que a veces al realizar la entrada de un huesped sale mensaje que contacte con servicio técnico y hasta que refrescas la pagina en el navegador no permite realizar la entrada, tambien si es posible me gustaria que se mejorara a la hora de hacer una reserva poder coger varias habitaciones, ya que a veces con los grupos seria muy practico.

I receive the help I need when using the chat. Questions/concerns I have are clearly explained.

Pros

It's pretty straight forward to use. The calendar is easy to read and creating reservations and blocks are simple.

Cons

There is not a phone number to call and get help. It does not work well on my computer or tablet and I have to reload the entire platform after doing only 3 things. The only advice on this was to go through incognito/private browsing, which worked but is not convenient.

Little Hotelier has been a great help for our guesthouse by streamlining everything—from the channel manager and reservations to check-ins, check-outs, and payments.

Cons

However, one thing I still find lacking is the flexibility to accommodate transit guests, which we often receive at our guesthouse. Currently, the system doesn't allow us to input two separate reservations for the same room on the same day, even if the first guest has already checked out. It would be great if an hourly or transit booking feature could be added. Additionally, we sometimes experience delays in synchronization between Little Hotelier’s channel manager and the online travel agent extranets.

Little hotelier is a great booking system, it has not got all the bells and whistle of some other systems but it is quite simple to use over all. The support or help required from a simple phone is exceptional ,they seem to have a lot of patience and experience in there knowledge of the app.

Very easy to use the front desk of the program, as a new comer to system i found it very negatable

Back end of system is a little hard to understand the steps required to add rooms and rates

⭐ Overall Experience with Little Hotelier As the owner of a small, family-run hotel, Little Hotelier has been a big help in simplifying our day-to-day operations. It combines everything we need — from managing bookings across platforms to handling direct reservations and payments — all in one place. The interface is user-friendly, and once everything is set up, it really saves time and helps prevent double bookings. I especially like how easy it is to manage availability and pricing across multiple OTAs. The booking engine with promo codes is a great feature for encouraging direct bookings. There were a few challenges at the beginning, especially during setup and learning how to navigate all the tools. Some features feel a bit limited, and it can get a bit pricey if you're just starting out. But overall, the platform is reliable and well-suited for small properties like ours. I’d recommend it to other small hotel owners who want a simple, all-in-one solution without hiring extra staff or tech help.

En costos es más accesible que otros channel manager, pero podría ofrecer más por el costo, tuve que pagar penalizaciones de reserva por sobreventa y políticas de airbnb, airbnb demostro que la responsabilidad no era de ellos sino de Little Hotelier. Inicie el proceso de cancelación y te piden al menos 30 días mínimo para hacer la cancelación, retardan el contacto para tomar otros 30 días de contato + 30 días de la cancelación oficial. Al final se supone si aceptan tu cancelación por correo siempre y cuando te manden uno Confirmo que hemos procesado su solicitud para cancelar la suscripción con Little Hotelier con fecha efectiva el 1 de Enero, cumpliendo así el aviso de 30 días requerido para cancelaciones. Para más información puedes consultar nuestra política en los Términos y Condiciones. Es una lástima que se vayan, pero si algo cambia en el futuro, no dude en contactarnos y estaremos encantados de evaluar la mejor manera de respaldar a su negocio y a usted. Son rápidos para venderte el producto y te dan un soporte inicial muy bueno, la interfaz es fácil y tienen una app que puede darte una facilidad remota.

Cons

Su sincronización con los canales no es la mejor, deja mucho que desear debido a que tienen frecuentes caídas, entonces en una temporada alta te puede generar sobre venta y después de los 3 meses el servicio cae mucho, no hay soluciones inmediatas.

Por los planes de trabajo que tenían donde me ofrecian atención de manera más pronta, más certera y con una sincronización más adecuada. A esto le consideré que la pasarela de pagos iba a ser más fácil de manejar o configurar sin embargo no se presto hasta que deje el producto que me dieron la opción para configurarla.

I took advice form a fellow hotelier and left Preno. Probably shouldn't have. Functionality seems to have glitches regularly. Today the room closure function doesn't work. The other day the entire (global) site was down on a Saturday! UGH

The booking calendar is very good. Also the online service is efficient. The setup of the product is user frriendly.

Cons

Th invoicing system gives problems. One case in piont is that if a client cancels and an invoice was issued since client asked for during booking stages, this cant be cancelled.

Most information easy to find, but limited date ranges are not always helpful

Financial reports need refining. e.g. finding deposits paid

I haven’t used everything yet so can’t speak to the cons, but so far it seems good to use. \[sensitive content hidden\] was super helpful and clear, made the onboarding process easy. As a new site, I’d definitely enjoy a lower subscription fee, but overall, great first impression.

Pros

I called to get some information as I’ve recently purchased a hotel that uses Little Hotelier. \[sensitive content hidden\] was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, she answered all my questions clearly and confidently. I left the call with a much better understanding and really appreciated both her support and the system provided by Little Hotelier.

Cons

i cant thin of anything yet, but i will let you know is something dose come up sofart it seame good to ues

So far so good, still a learner and very new - but have no complaints. As long as I get good support I am happy.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was really helpful to me today and explained things in a way I understood and now have managed to correct my mistakes.

Cons

At the moment NOTHING is wrong - I hope I feel like that when I am a. more experienced user.
