### "Nice product and good support."

We can quickly see where there are problems through the dashboard. and then quickly help the customer We are very satisfied with the product and all the new additions to come.

Pros

Product works simple and well. yet you can turn on and use advanced stuff

Cons

we missed an SNMP option to easily add devices with the ID's but after a request this option was added. only a better note field or password manager would be nice.

I install and support POS software and needed a very easy to use software in order to monitor the equipment installed. I have more than 30 customers at this time, and ATERA always let me know what is going on with the systems and allowed me to remote control them if needed for assistance and also for tranining.

Pros

Easy to Use Easy to Deploy Very intuitive interface All the features I needed

Cons

I can not think of any at this point, sincerely if you need a good RMM software that includes everything you could ever need to help and support your customers ATERA is the right one.

### "All in one solution for MSPs but needs work."

We used Atera for over a year and by the end, we just wanted the WebRoot licenses and cloud backup. The ticketing system was ok also.

Pros

Atera provides monthly pricing for WebRoot SecureAnywhere, their own online backup and remote access via Splashtop and a ticketing system and RMM in a single console.

Cons

Will the features for automation were there, I found that the agent constantly stopped checking in and also the admin portal was sluggish. If they are able to

Pros

I like the simplicity of the software but limited on billing. Easy to access when it is working.

Cons

Limited on Billing: You cannot generate a manual invoice. Reporting is impossible without API work. Support is friendly however NOT very helpful. They are new and have issues like new products. They have several years to go before I would trust my company with them.

All of our clients are accessible in one centralized location, saving us lots of time. The data collection has also increased our ability to perform preventative maintenance. I can definitely tell Atera gets better with each update

Pros

Atera is simple to use and implement. It has made training easier because the GUI is fairly intuitive.

Cons

The agents will sometimes go offline, usually requiring a manual restart of the services. We have used scripts on affected machines to remedy this.

This software allows us to assist our customers.

Pros

The Knowledge base is extremely user friendly and allows us to categorize many of our tech notes for regular use. The customer organization is great, and it allows us to quickly access machines. Customer support is usually very quick to respond and provides helpful tools to quickly implement changes. Adding in internet security is quick, easy, and fairly pain-free. The script system is quite nice as well.

Cons

The biggest issue is that occasionally the Splashtop remote access software on the end users machines hangs, and it will display the machine as offline when it is not. Because of this, you cannot even run a script to repair the Services.msc, which means we have to use teamviewer or splashtop sos in order to access the machine. The KB is great, but finding and editing them can be a pain. If they made a way to edit the KB from within it, it would be much easier.

Pros

The most important part of the Atera software experience is the 'single pane of glass' approach to your MSP business. Tickets, Device Information, Customer Contact, Backup and Reports are all in the same console. Other RMM/PSA tools offer connectivity between different API linked software, but with Atera is all in one place - Brilliant !

Cons

A custom reporting tool would be useful, given we can add bespoke fields to the DB it would be good to then create reports which pull these bespoke fields into a report of our choice. Other than this 'feature enhancement' there is little I don't like about Atera

Cons

I couldn't do the integration with the remote control tool and had to find another one.

Fast connect to my clients to fix issues on the fly out when scheduled. Portal is user friendly and I'm looking forward to Atera adding new services to make day to day life easier and more efficient.

Pros

Easy to use and setup is self explanatory.

So far, the ease of setup and usage is promising with this product. They are adding features regularly so there is a lot of potential for this product to move to a higher level and be ranked much better.

Pros

Easy to install Setup and configuration is fairly straightforward Management for multiple clients and organizations

Cons

No Dual monitor support when accessing machines through remote interface. Alerts are a bit sensitive and respond to any trigger even if the trigger is for a short amount of time Ticket list can use more functionality and closed tickets should automatically move to an archive screen.

Since we use Atera software, a lot off our 'normal' time goes to real income situations. Before we had a lot of quick jobs, called bij the client and by this non-chargebale. This has changed and profit rises. Also the updates and so on that are programable gives u a lot of room for real business. We are very happy with Atera.

non, except maybe the language, but which it-person doesn't know English

great platform HORRIBLE SUPPORT

Pros

cheap and functionality, other than that you're on your own if you need their hep, THE SUPPORT SUCKS!!!

Cons

horrible support, once again here writing a review because it seems I only get attention if I do this, this people have no regard for their clients, takes over 48 hours to get a stupid not helpful reply just for them to stop the clock.

Being able to be more pro active with the support we provide customers.

Pros

Atera is a feature packed RMM platform with exceptional value for money. As there is no cost per device this has allowed us to monitor anything and everything making us far more pro active. The API has also allowed us to integrate other systems into Atera which don't support SNMP.

Cons

SNMP polling timers cannot be changed and are set at 10/15 minutes per check. MIB's are not supported either, which means OID's have to be added manually.

I wish Infrastructure monitoring had the ability to be more detailed

I think the Audit reports can be better and can be more through in the software inventory and allow you to see what computer and licence is assigned like nable allowed.

This is the best value I have been able to find with all the RMMs, with all the features I need and many I dont, that i have been able to find at a good price point for any company size. I dont know that I could ask for more, very satisfied with this service.

Pros

I love the amount of easy organization, the full functionality for device agent software, reporting, alerts, and overall ease of use that sits at the point of not being overblown and too much to work with.

Cons

I have yet to find something I do not like, but I wish there was more granular control per agent on being able to select what is reported on for alerts.

Somehow I think the feature to connect remotely needs less resources than others. From the Administration point of view, I think it's very friendly

I'd like to have some reports selecting fields with the possibility to have am excel file as a result.

Ability to support our clients and scale our business at a reasonable cost.

Pros

We love that there is not a charge for agents to monitor our clients. This is a game changer and helps to keep our overhead costs down compared to other solutions that charged to monitor each device.

Cons

The product lacks things some automation functionality when onboarding clients like some other services offer but the cost savings more than overcomes this feature not being there.

Atera helps us to easily administrate our customers' infrastructure, as it enables us to remotely manage and monitor it, as well as to keep track of our technicians' activity.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive, clean and efficient. The subscription policy is excellent. Atera support is also fast and helpful.

Cons

Software inventory report should be able to list every piece of software installed on a client computer. Some of the reports don't contain the customer's name when they should.

My experience has been nothing but stellar. If I need help support is right their to assist. I am glad I have teamed up with Atera!

Pros

The fact that the console is very easy to navigate and the per technician pricing was a huge selling point for my start-up company.

Cons

At this point it could be a little bit more robust, but the changes that I have been seeing over the last 6+ months Atera is rising to the top.
