### "The Best Thing for RMM And Must have for MSP's!"

My overall experience is just Awesome , they are the best in the market for Resource Management and so far i am really happy with them . Its a must have for RMM and Also Atera Copilot AI function is amazing! It can help you to solve an issue and also help create a knowledge base for the issue to reference in future problems saving so much time!

Pros

The best thing about Atera is the Licensing Model Which is very fairly priced and Valuable to the end user I have been a user for 3 years now and iam truly satisfied with the Services they provided to me, The rapid response we have got from their commercial team and Support team to assist us in our requests is a testament for customer driven focus.

Cons

There is no cons for me atleast, i really enjoyed the services.

Atera ist zwar ein "günstiges" RMM System aber qualitativ keine Konkurrenz zu den anderen auf dem Markt. es ist alles halbfertig und bis auf den 3. design Relaunch hat sich in den letzten 3 Jahren kaum was getan man nimmt sich viel zeit dinge zu Entwickeln die man zusätzlich verkaufen kann aber tut nichts für eine Produktverbesserung!

Pros

Lizenz Modell ist im Vergleich sehr günstig Einfache dinge lassen sich damit einfach lösen.

Cons

Alles wirkt nicht nur so Halbfertig sondern ist es auch. Die Umsetzung von Futures ist undurchdacht und nicht praxisorientiert. Atera möchte an allen integrierten Thirt-Party-Diensten (Anti-Virus, Backup, ect) mitverdienen. Das Augenmerk liegt nicht auf Produktverbesserung sondern fast ausschließlich darauf Zusatzdienste zu entwickeln die sich abrechnen lassen.

I have found that the real-time monitoring and alert on Atera have also proved useful for our IT operations. This capability makes it straightforward for us to be notified of any issues in real-time to surely avert them causing extensive downtime.

Cons

The reporting tools can be enhanced in terms of configuration opportunities. Customized reports to the business requirements is somewhat restricted which creates difficulty when presenting detailed trends for future planning.​

Overall, we found Atera was just 'OK' I think the billing being USD only, was a complete deal breaker, and stopped us subscribing, also the add-ons seemed overly complicated.

Pros

The interface was clear, easy to use, we generally had no issues when onboarding a few computers, the network discovery feature worked well.

Cons

Billing in USD for EU customers was a big problem for us, we were faced with not just conversion fees but extra bank fees too.

In time management of client networks the alert system of Atera has given the ability to monitor in real-time. Preventing specific device type thresholds there are certain send alerts that help me to be aware of possible problems so I can act immediately.

Cons

There have been moments when scanning the assets and inventories have not been very precise. Certain assets were not seen by the scanning system and needed to be individually checked in order to be discovered.

All installations as well as diagnostics are managed by custom scripts to minimize the work that needs to be done. Ever since the use of real-time monitoring I no longer have to physically go around checking on the matter every now and then.

Cons

They noted that script errors often contain little debug logs making it very hard to debug. The mobile app under reference does not allow for scripting functions to be incorporated into it.

Pros

What makes Atera stand out from the rest is collation of some of the most important IT functions under a single, intuitive interface that is easy to implement. The impressive RMM/PSA integration is giving me a great visualization and control of the IT environment. Patch automation, proactive endpoint monitoring, and robust remote access streamlined operation and reaction times.

Cons

The reporting and analytics module needs a bit of more flexibility and customization. A nice add-on would be to provide the ability to schedule reports for executive analysis of certain security metrics.

Pros

I have not had a chance to fix a client’s problem but with the remote access and control of devices I can do it remotely. The option to carry out quick repairs and stunt independently has been time-saving and boost the overall response time for IT support.

Cons

There are drawbacks such as delay in the performance of the remote access when connected to some networks. This can make it slightly slower at responding to commands which makes continuity difficult especially in emergencies.

Cons

When it comes to patch management system I have had some difficulties. Data scheduling to various different client environments can sometimes cause inconsistency with the systems and need to be manually synced.​

Our security and compliance were also benefited by using Atera. Atera helps us in centralized monitoring, automated patching and maintenance, cost management and remote access for support. In short, Atera provides the tools needed for efficient IT management, cost reduction, and improved system reliability to our organization.

Cons

Real-time tracking, very granular reporting, has increased the overall financial visibility in our operation. Some minor challenges are shared with complex configurations and reporting flexibility. Still, Atera has brought positive results to our financial process and is extremely useful to be within our tech stack.

Pros

I really love the way Atera integrates seamlessly with billing, giving real-time tracking of service profitability and client expenses. This saves us hours of manual reconciliation and frees us to work on higher-value tasks. The excellent reporting also provides insights on IT costs that were previously not available.

Cons

Good overall value for the price of Atera; more flexible pricing will be valuable for small organizations. Some advanced features require learning, but the support team has always been very responsive and helpful.

Atera is a reliable RMM that offfer reliable remote connections and supports integration with anydesk. Also, the dashboard is very helpful as it gives an overview of all the connection requests,time spent in each session etc

Atera offers seamless integration with Anydesk which I have been using for connecting to high configuration remote machines which I use for executing certain memory intensive program exe files.

Cons

Currently the mobile app doesnt support remote connections.This is a feature which should be released in the new updates
