Do not use them! " **Overall:** It was really hard to set up and took me days to figure it out (Im very tech savvy so this was frustrating and no user friendly) Once everything was set up it was good and ran pretty well. Then the next year my membership went up to $300 which was expected because i got a discount to sign up initially so that was fine. Then they tried to charge my credit card $600 for the next year. Literally out of no where with no upgrades. I emailed them about this since there was no customer service number and the guy i spoke with was rude and did not offer any solutions besides a black friday deal theyll have months away. So now i need to redo my whole platform. This company is a scam, stay away!!! **Pros:** The initial signup - Client Booking and Calendar **Cons:** They Scammed me. They initially said it was $150 to sign up for the year. Then they raised it to $300 the next year. Then SIX HUNDRED the next year. They didnt improve anything for this insane raise. Belinda A. Lots of good features for the price. **Pros:** A lot of features for a very affordable price. If you're a service provider who offers package services, the lead-to-quote-to-invoice-to-project workflows with everything you and a small team needs, all in 1 place, is invaluable. **Cons:** The design isn't the prettiest. The calendar view never worked quite the way I wanted it to. The scheduling features weren't super robust (I still used Calendly alongside this). There's little to nothing on reporting or analytics.
