Pros

I watched the free webinar for 17Hats and really enjoyed the functionality of the product. I do believe it has the potential to be a great addition to our business.

Cons

I also have been exploring other CRM software and other CRMs have scheduled personal phone calls with me to learn more about my business and how the CRM can help me personally. 17hats' webinar was very brief and didn't leave me feeling totally confident in the product.

17hats is an awesome tool for me. It has so many helpful features. I personally use it for numerous tasks, including invoicing my wholesale clients, organizing my consulting clients, and keeping tracking of my leads. I like that this is a tool that can do more than one thing. I have a separate invoicing tool as well but 17hats could easily serve that function alone. I love the features, the price is competitive, and it truly helps business owners get more done with less.

I have only been using 17Hats for a short while but already Love so much about it. The leads from you can easily create to add to your website and facebook page works very well. You can also send a proposal to your client, then once they agree they can sign a contract online and when that is signed then they automatically get an invoice that can be paid directly. Very easy. These are only 2 of the 17 things this app does well.

### "Simple Contracts"

Pros

Generating a contract and seeing when it's signed is so simple. The dashboard is simple and easy to use and see who has seen your contract and still needs to sign.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues with the software yet.

Pros

The tracking money portion and having a snapshot of what is going on in your business.

Cons

When comparing Iris works to 17 hats, I liked Iris works better for the ease of use and how it was overall laid out. 17 hats had too many components and was confusing at times to use it.

Pros

Low cost plan for infrequent businesses. Look and feel of platform, clean invoices, time management, integrations, whitelabeling. Team collaboration.

Cons

Time consuming trying to setup and establish the workspace. Configuring workflows, processes and limited templates.

I've been using 17Hats for a bit over a year now, and don't know how I lived without it. I, of course, use it for invoicing - and find it easier, but it's some of the additional features, like the questionnaires and workflows that make a difference. I would definitely recommend 17Hats to any entrepreneur or small business user.

This has really helped organize our small business, allowing us to track leads, sales, automate messages and flows. I did a lot of research on the options for being able to track all of those in addition to handling billing clients and monitoring our spend and 17hats was certainly the right option for us.

This was the worst experience. Big waste of money on top of horrible customer service and limited functionality.

Pros

The only thing this system does good is connect your bank account. But, even then, it's not able to properly recognize your transactions.

Cons

It sucks when it comes to project management for production companies. Zero Capability It's great if you need a to do list or contact list, which is basic at the core.

I have used 17 hats for a videography bushiness. It's a great tool at an affordable price. I have no complaints.

Pros

Organization, structure, cost.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
