Pros: Ease of use - clients never email me with questions because its so easy to use the first time! It also looks good, both on a desktop or mobile device. I haven't used the mobile app too much yet but clients love it

Cons: I don't have any cons really - the only thing I would complain about is that it doesnt let me scheudle two appointments for the same time and then drag them around on the schedule. I have to click it and adjust in the box, a bit tedious. Still an awesome software - use it!

Pros: The support staff is amazing and goes way above and beyond to consistently improve the software based on clients' needs and requests. They have made my life so much easier by having everything I could possibly need/want to make my business successful. I am so lucky to have found TTP!!!

Cons: The only answer I can come up with is that it's not free. ;-)

Pros: Keeps track of everything from scheduling to invoicing to payroll all based on the scheduled events

Cons: Price and not being able to edit time off requests...having to delete them and re-enter if the time or day changes.

Overall: Saves a lot of time and gives clients visibility which shares the responsibility for the scheduling being correct.

Pros: You are able to do everything you need all in one spot. No longer do you have to count visits, invoice them on one program, confirm visits through a different email and then add to your calendar. Everyone can be done with one simple log in. It has saved HOURS of menial office work for me each and every day.

The customer service is the absolute best. They have a great problem shooting area on the website, and if you email them, I can guarantee you a response within 24 hours, if that long!

They also LISTEN to their users and constantly work on improving the product.

Cons: The initial set up - getting all my existing clients transferred over to the Time To Pet Software. They actually offered to do it for us, which I thought was amazing, but I felt like I needed to to learn the program as we went along.

Overall: Time saving for sure. It allows you to keep everything you need for a client all in one spot. My motto is 'life happens'. I don't like sending sitters to locations they haven't been trained on, but with TTP, if that ever occurs, all they have to do is pull up their Client Details and all they need is right there. No longer a bunch of texts back and forth between myself and my IC's to clarify or try and explain where things were. I also love being able to pull up visit details from 2 months earlier and look at pictures or track medical issues with clients.

Pros: The scheduler and ease to contact clients through their portal. When clients schedule their own visits directly. When I receive Alerts that someone is late for their visit.

Cons: That the invoices do not have the day of the week on them-drives me crazy! I realize that it is linked into QuikBooks but wish it could be bypassed.

Pros: Scheduling my staff and the different colors for each staff member. Also, using the app for making visits and to track timing and GPS.

Cons: The different websites for login for clients vs. company. This often trips up clients and they act like they cannot remeber their password when really they are just on the wrong site

Pros: I love the ease at which my clients can move through our portal. They log in and schedule all needs, My sitters schedule all their own time off too. I'm lucky enough thanks to this software to maneuver my role to a scheduling and client relations position only!

Cons: It is a little more complex to set up, but once you get it going it is magical. Tips are also a slightly more complicated process, but no more than on my own.

Overall: I has saved me exponential amounts of time running my business and allows me to run it from anywhere on globe. Mobility is huge and allows more vacation time for me!

Pros: I love the interface, features and customer service. It does everything I need it to from invoicing, capturing all customer information, scheduling, and more. It's very simple for me and my walkers to use and customers love it. The owners are very responsive to suggestions and are constantly improving what I thought couldn't be improved.

Pros: I absolutely love all client and pet info being right there. It's easy for myself or one of my pet sitters to easily access all info without having a ton of paperwork to carry around.

Cons: I wish there was a way if a client needed to have a private conversation with me with out sitters seeing it they could mark the conversation private.

Pros: The schedule is extremely easy to use and lets me keep track of my pet sitters including GPS tracking them, reading their updates to our pet parents and making sure they arrive at their visits on time. Our clients love that they can log in and book services online, they also love the app that was recently released for them! The invoicing feature is also a must for any small business! Time to Pet gives me the software of a large business for my small business at an affordable price.

Cons: I really love everything about Time to Pet has and the software is constantly being updated and changed to better fit our needs. This is the first software program where I feel like they not only understand the software side of the business but also the pet sitting side. There isn't anything I like least about the software but I know if there were my ideas would be heard and listened to by the team at Time to Pet.

Pros: I like how easy and intuitive the software is for me, my staff, and my clients. I tried a few different trials of other software and found them bulky and awkward. Time to Pet also offers many features and is always improving and adding more helpful bonuses. It has saved me so much time, and it radically reduces human error so that everything runs smoothly.

Cons: For businesses that have a lot of staff, it can be a bit pricey, but I gladly pay each month because it's worth it to me. There were a couple times that the software was down, but it was only for a short period of time and pretty early in the morning, and they have a backup website, a way to backup all of the info, and a way to sync it with your calendar so that you can still run things until their main site gets back up.

Overall: I save a lot of time. My biggest thing is that clients can request what they need, so I can hit one button to approve that and get it on my calendar rather than manually going in and adding visits one at a time like I used to have to do. It also greatly reduces human error. Everything is one place, so clients can pay right through the software, and it keeps track of everything. I don't have to worry about grabbing cash and checks and remembering who is paid up or not. It's easy for my staff, and they can request time off, and the system reminds me when they're not available. Our clients love it, and it looks a lot more professional. They can get pictures and report cards through email, text, or both, and it's easy for them to respond back to us. Everything is in one place, so I don't need to search through email, facebook, and texts.

Pros: When I started looking at various software, I wanted the text update capability as that's what our clients really like! TTP has that and I, as the administrator, always see the updates and responses. I also really like that client's can't reach out directly to our IC's (users). Although one of the best features is how it links all scheduled services to invoices; both for client's and for users. It's very easy for users to generate their invoices.
I signed up for the WePay accunt as well. I resisted taking credit card payments for a long time, but this has made collecting funds super easy! I also like how there is the ADD A TIP option on every client invoice. Honestly, we rarely got tips except around the holidays and on some pet sitting jobs. Almost all the new clients we've signed up using TTP add tips!
I also have grown to really appreciate that clients enter their information and pets information. This has helped all of us to ensure no one is missing anything. Before we took notes at the initial meet and greet. Often times as things changed, we never updated the notes. Having a set up where the cliebts see the same information as we do helps eliminate any confussion about what to do or not to do.
I also really like the reporting options. I use Quickbooks but the reporting options are different.
TTP has made several changes and upgrades since I started using it. They really listen to the feedback.

Cons: The cons of TTP may be more on my end than theirs. We were already so busy when we switched over. It took a long time to input all the data and client information.
They started an Academy to help showcase and explain very important topics and features. Honestly, I just haven't had any spare time to take advantage of it. This is another reason to start using it before you are already insanely busy!!!!!
I wish there were alternative ways to do schedule changes. They have a great bulk update feature but it just changes who's assigned or if the events are cancelled. This may be an option and detailed instructions in the Academy or Help section. Again, I've been too busy to explore a lot of these features.
So the 4 star ratings may be more on my end than theirs. I'm also a self admintted person so others may be able to figure some things out 100 times faster than me!

Pros: It's the best modern-day solution for keeping track of client/pet info, handling billing, tracking service requests, and more. What I like most is it's interactive and it provides our customers with their very own customer portal, making scheduling a breeze (now if only I could convince ALL of our baby boomers to use it, that's the trick). That said, the feedback from our customers has been nothing but positive over the past 2 years and they love the mobile app.

Note: We switched from a competitor's system that we had been using from 2010-2015 (their software was archaic and dreadful to use - TTP is a delightful breeze in comparison). It was the best move we could've made.

Cons: There's nothing that I "dislike" about this software. But, if forced to choose, I'd say the mobile app needs a minor update - nothing major and I already reached out to their support team and, as in the past, I know they're giving it attention . Which is another one of my favorite things about this software...their support is incredible!

Overall: Let's see...
Easier billing - we now require clients to leave a card on file to automatically process payments.
Easier scheduling - finally a good way to track incoming requests, mark available/unavailable, and never miss a beat! And it's easy for our customers to manage their pet's info and update us as things change. No more fragmented info/data that's split between email, text, etc.
Ultimately has saved us countless hours because it's now the foundation for our business and our clients know exactly where to find us and how to request service!

Pros: The customer service is by far the best I've come across. They listen to what their clients need for their businesses and make it happen. Communication is very important and this software company is right on it. Time To Pet keeps everything in order for me, my employees and my clients. I have tried 4 different pet sitting software platforms and Time To Pet is the winner. I highly recommend them!

Cons: It gets a little pricey with all the bells and whistles and the more employees you have the more expensive it is. I wish they had a price break if you have over 5 employees.

Pros: The convenience of having all of our client information and scheduling and invoicing data in one place is beyond helpful for our business. Our clients love it and once you learn all of the features the bulk invoicing and scheduling make everything so much easier. If you spend enough time digging around in the knowledge base section you can find answers to pretty much every question you may have, although it does take some commitment to looking around. Over all just an extremely efficient and helpful way to manage all data and keep everything organized as our business grows.

Cons: I rated some of the qualities as only 4 stars as there are some glitches from time to time, responses to email questions can be delayed, which is understandable. There are some random small things that are slightly inconvenient that TTP managers say are on their list for future updates to the software, nothing deal breaking but just some more flexible options that would make things easier and more convenient.

Pros: We can customize the software to meet our needs. The fact that it ties invoicing to scheduling makes life much easier.

Cons: I wish I had the ability to give a bonus referral to my sales staff, by giving me the ability to give a percentage of gross sales to the person who referred the client.

Pros: It is VERY customizable and allows users to create profile questions and fields, and determine which are mandatory for new clients to answer. Searching and pulling reports is very easy, and our pet sitters love having access to all of their clients on the app, which is amazing! The conversation feature is great as well, and allows us in the office to be included in conversations between pet sitters and clients, and chime in where needed. Can easily see where keys are located, and even has fun features like pet birthday reports, so we can reach out to clients to wish their pets happy birthday. Many clients choose to keep their credit card on file, and running charges is quick and easy.

Cons: Once you set up a template, you can bulk edit most of the details in it, except for the frequency. For example, if someone gets walks Mondays and Wednesdays, and decides to add Tuesdays, I can't open the original template and just check "Tuesday" to add it to the template. I have to create a new service for just that one day. I don't like that I can't require credit cards on file for just NEW clients, it's either all clients or none.

Overall: It keeps us running smoothly with very little office support needed!

Pros: Their scheduler is amazing. It's like Google Cal or iCal at first glimpse, so I immediately took to it. Their bulk scheduling is what is truly so helpful. It's just that the way this software was set up allows me to run this business like it's an exact science. Every part about it is smart and makes sense. And if you ever have issues with a way they do business, you can email them and they'll change something. They are so modest when it comes to change - and that's how theyve been able to set themselves apart from the rest of their competition. Every month changes re explained in a newsletter and it's uncanny to see all the change they've made based on customer suggestion.

I also love how the main tech guy is so smart and at the same time easy to talk to. You don't always get that in the tech world :-D. I coudn't be happier with the program and family of TTP.

Overall: They add so much value to my life that I have only but good things to say about this company, seriously. Even when times get tough, like when I made a personal mistake in the system that cost me potentially high, they took so much extra time to make sure I got every single penny back in a timely manner. You'd think these guys are too busy for you, but then they get back to you so fast. These guys don't mess around.

Pros: Where do I start? I am obsessed with this product. We tried several along the way and thankfully found Time To Pet. The customer representatives have been beyond speedy and helpful from the set up process to adding features along the way. They truly have thought of every detail that both the clients , the sitters/ walkers and managers need to provide the best possible pet care. Hours we used to spend billing clients are now just minutes. Payroll is also a breeze now! Our walkers have an app to use on their side of things and have all of the latest info in real time at their fingertips including schedule changes, client notes and directions. They can also view their schedules and pay stubs right in the software! Our clients LOVE the clean and easy to follow client portal and the new phone app is a huge hit with them, too. As a manager, my time can now be spent on building business as well as running an organized company with MUCH less effort than before we migrated to Time To Pet. Lastly I love that we have TOTAL control of all the wording, branding and colors that our clients see when using the software. Our company started in 2007 and we currently manage 26 walkers and over 200 clients with the help of this product. Trust me when I say we have tried it all. And after two years with this software I can't imagine how we survived without it!!! You can tell a dog walker helped to create it- it's absolutely perfect for our pet care needs.

Cons: We would love to see an admin phone app for the managers, but I know they are working on that!

Overall: This software quite literally saves me hours of work each week and has allowed my business to grow rapidly. It also makes our company look more professional and polished. And it has eliminated billing mistakes as well as payroll errors since both are based on the actual schedule of services performed. I'm a pet person- not an accountant! Time To Pet allows me to focus on what I love to do.

Pros: Moving from a desktop based software to a web based program has saved me and my sitters great time savings. Love the ease of use, the fact it is online/web based.
Also the customer support is top-notch.

Cons: Right now I am using it to run my side of the business. I plan to roll it out to my customers early next year. I know the learning curve may be an issue thus I've held off so I can collect as much info and learnings from other users. It isn't necessarily a Con, but I haven't used 100% of the software to realize what issues I may have. To date I love the product and it has simplified my life immensely!!!

Overall: Web based so my sitters see their schedule online. No longer a need to email them a pdf file of their schedule. Invoicing is online, payment online. Easy to use!

Pros: For a company our size, it provides most of the reports we need to track our business, It also is pretty complete with what is needed for the day to day functions and tracking. We are a company that uses this every day, all day, handling our clients, employees, receivables reservations, and much more. We have an office staff that actually comes into the office and works with this software exclusively.

Cons: Some things are not as intuitive as we thought it might be. It does take a good while to learn and get used to, even with support. Some of the features you learn by trial and error but that is because it offers so much! The support team is absolutely superb.

Overall: We came from an Access program which became an absolute nightmare every time Microsoft did updates. Since Time to Pet is internet based, we can log in anytime from anywhere from any device. We did a lot of research on a lot of companies before we decided to go with Time to Pet. We needed a software that covered all of our needs for a company our size.

Pros: Having everything in one place (pet info, client info, scheduling, invoices, payment processing) has changed everything for us since we switched from all Google based products. We love that the clients have the ability to see their schedule and update their info on their own. It's also great to be able to determine how much transparency the owners actually have with different feature options for their end.

My team has a one-stop shop for all information and communications on an easy to use app.

It stores all communication in one easy place, as well as any pictures taken of the pups!

The developers are quick to respond to any questions or issues and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. They also truly value the needs and requests of the users and are constantly upgrading features.

Cons: It's hard to think of any! I suppose I would say the relay messaging. It would be great for there to be a way that a client's response went to only the people who sent the original message, rather than the listed team members for that pup in their profile. But truly, that's not a common issue.

Pros: My customers use it and love it! There's something for everyone: email capture for those who prefer email for simple email communications, a customer portal for the online users, and a smartphone app for the trendiest of our clients who want instant access.

Our walkers/pet sitters love it! The smartphone app puts client information at their fingertips and gives them instant access to GPS for directions to the next house. Customizable visit reports allow staff to provide a good deal of feedback to customers with very little effort.

Office staff love it! We have full visibility to customer requests and data updates, as well as walker locations and their communications with customers. Client service requests and electronic payments reduce workload.

Management loves it! Integration with QuickBooks eliminates double entry, and client payment processing and bulk invoicing reduce workload. Reports provide insight into the business.

Time to Pet is truly the core of our business.

Cons: Applying a single check to multiple invoices could be more straightforward. If not caught immediately, errors resulting from improper data entry must be corrected in both TTP and QuickBooks. TTP Support has acknowledged the issue and plans to address it in a future release.

Data extracts are limited to what is predefined by TTP. I would love the ability to query data directly into Excel to build the more complex reports I need.

The built-in staff scheduling features are a bit too basic for my needs, so I use a free third-party product to allow staff to manage their availability and time off requests. This means that unless I replicate their work shifts in TTP manually, I risk making scheduling errors (which I have) and cause last-minute scrambling to fill gaps that could have been avoided.

Payroll functionality is too simple for my business. I use Intuit Payroll, and although TTP enables me to extract data needed for payroll, it is a time consuming biweekly effort.

Overall: Increased communication with staff and customers, visibility into staff work behaviors, GPS location tracking, paper reduction, lower postage costs, audit history which has provided proof when customers questioned the services they were provided, integration with QuickBooks Online, electronic payment processing, email campaigns/bulk messaging, and much more!

Pros: I like to call it the Cadillac of pet industry software. It's intuitive, modern, and easy for our dog walking clients to use.

Cons: The cost is a little high. This year our overhead exploded and I often wish technology didn't run as expensive as it is. In addition to TTP, I also contract with a timekeeping software so my employees have something to clock in and out of. These two softwares add up!

Overall: Ease during the client intake process, invoicing couldn't be easier, and the customization I can provide on the backend to really pull the info we need to work safely with our customer's animals.

Pros: I love the way this software looks. Often you have to sacrifice functionality for look, but there nothing lets you down here. It looks great and is easy to use for both supplier and customer.

Cons: I'd love to see the dashboard features in the app version. Even if this meant a seperate app just makes things a bit tricky on the run.

Pros: What I like most is its GPS feature, my clients love the added security of knowing when their pet sitter has arrived or that their dog walker actually walked the dog.

Pros: I love the scheduling ease! A clients schedules themselves, pay their invoice and the walker gets paid the right amount all at the same time. All of my clients & walkers love it!!

Cons: the price of per user is a becoming a lot for me. I currently have 5 users and need to add 3 more but the cost per user is stopping me. I hope I won't have to leave as my team expands because I love everything except the price. Maybe 1-5 users for a price, then 6-10, and so on.

Overall: Ease with scheduling, invoicing, conversing with team and customers.

Pros: I like the integration with Google calendar. I rely on this to keep my busy schedule in line with my personal schedule. I like the ease of use and the scheduler and the client section.

Cons: Cost per employee or staff member. I think like 0-5 should be covered under a price and say 6-10 be covered in a price. It gets a little steep as you add staff members. I know a few people that went to another management software for that reason alone. I am ok now as a small user but it may get more difficult as I get bigger.

Overall: TTP is a lifesaver and really easy to use. The interface is simple and modern looking. My clients also agree on how easy it is to schedule, change, and view invoices. The "reporting" tab is very useful in keeping track of sales tax, payments, and revenue. Invoicing is also easy to use. Customer care responds quickly and usually within a few hours.

Comments: After several years of considering a switch, which I knew my businesses needed, I was happily surprised to find Time to Pet. Each time I would review software, there were too many problems or too many features that were not intuitive. While I own and operate a dog walking & pet sitting company, I am also a digitally based artist. My skill set gave me the ability to recognize that a switch to most new software would be a waste of time and could jeopardize my business (and pets). A missed visit or employee confusion cannot be risked. I even tried MindBody (horrible experience). One night, I found Time to Pet on Captera, read the reviews and signed up for the free trial. The design is intuitive. While the features are abundant, they are not confusing. The product is quite intuitive. They release new features monthly too! The best part - kind, professional client support. This software was designed with the eyes of a pet sitting company owner and a developer. You cannot lose with their combined expertise. Feeling like my business matters, that my needs matter is icing on the cake. Time to Pet will enable my business to grow. If you own a dog walking or pet sitting company give Time to Pet a try, you will be impressed!

We were using a competitor's software and found it to be clunky and not very user-friendly. We were resistant about switching at first. As you can imagine, moving a large number of clients to a new portal would seem daunting, right? But no! The developers at Time To Pet (TTP) made the transition a breeze.

We're so incredibly happy we made the switch. It's changed our business and it's allowed us to be more efficient, professional and productive.

The guys really listen to their clients and are constantly developing. We love the client portal. Comments: Time to Pet has made managing my pet sitting business so much easier! It is very user-friendly and the customer service is top notch- when I first started using the software and had questions I just emailed the TTP team and they responded very quickly. I am able to easily schedule, view client information, and run reports- all of which used to take me at least twice as long and was not nearly as organized. My girls love using the app because it gives them all the info for the sit in one easy place and they can sync it with their calendars on their phones too.

Pros: Ease of use, and all the amazing functionality that shows it was built by pet business owners, FOR pet business owners. And the customer service is unmatched.

Cons: The "package" feature is the least intuitive part of the software from my (and my clients') experience. It's difficult to understand so I just don't use it.

Overall: If you're the owner of a pet sitting business in this day and age, the fact is you need software. Time to Pet has been INDISPENSABLE in growing my business. It pays for itself hundreds of times over. My original clients switched over from pen and paper to TTP with no hassle. New clients are always amazed and comment how professional the software is. And on top of that, the customer service is phenomenal. They run a private Facebook group for TTP users and it is the most supportive and helpful environment. In the rare chance that you don't get an immediate response, another community member will help you out. In brief, TTP saves me so much time by automating everything from scheduling, to updates, to invoices, payment and managing employees.

Recommendations to other buyers: By the way, you don't need employees to benefit from TTP but it evolves seamlessly as you grow your business.

Pros: The format is nice.

Cons: - The ease of use for the calendars can be confusing.
- Customers attempting to schedule the same service over a number of days (boarding) they miss the "repeat" button. Maybe make it more obvious.
- I would like to send my new clients the "scheduling instructions" but the option to modify the verbiage they receive in the email is not modifiable.
- Not able to attach it to interface with my website.

Overall: I have been using the software for a short time and I am always figuring things out. I like that! If I have a question, our rep responds within a short period of time and always refers me to the FAQ's or Knowledge Base page where it outlines the "whats and how's" of solving an issue. In the short time, I really like the service and interface.

Comments: I've done a ton of research on all the pet sitting software available. I found that Time to Pet was the best software because of its overall functionality and ease of use for admin and pet sitters. The calendar function is what sold me on the product from the beginning. Since then there have been many updates to the software that just make the system that much better.

The calendar function looks and acts just like a Google calendar, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. You can even export the calendar to your personal Google calendar.

The communication portal between sitters and clients is amazing as well. It helps all sitters who are assigned to a client and admin stay in the loop in terms of any changes to the pets, strange happenings around the house and overall client comments/communication.

The invoicing part of the system links to QuickBooks, which makes accounting a snap.

Overall I give this software a 5 star. The only complaint from clients is that the scheduling function on their end can be a bit confusing for people that aren't very computer savvy.

Overall: Time to Pet (TtP) has changed my business and given me so much time back from tedious tasks like billing and scheduling. What used to take me hours a day, I can now do in one hour. My half day billing debacle is now done in less than an hour. And these are just the basics. Things like a detailed key log, bulk editing, messaging that can be filtered by several criteria, being able to monitor messages to and from clients and about two dozen other things make this the best pet software I've seen on the market.

Kyle and Mike are fantastic and are quick to respond to any emails. They take my needs into consideration when making improvements to the system. And most of all they seem to have a genuine passion for their business and helping other pet businesses grow.

When I started with TtP we had about 100 clients. In the 18 months since I signed up, we have over 200 clients. While TtP didn't directly bring these clients to our business, I can give them credit for the time they've given back to me, which has in turn allowed me to focus on growth.

The cost is low enough that this system works great even for individuals with 10 or fewer clients. For a larger company like ours it's worth every penny. I can't say enough about TtP and I urge anyone mulling over options to try them out first. You won't be disappointed!

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to set it up properly and sign up for blog updates. It's a powerful tool but very expanse and easy to not know about useful parts if you don't take the time to go through everything.

The pricing is great and works well for any size company. They have an excellent user support database, but also encourage you to ask questions any time you need help. I had looked at all the other major and minor pet sitting programs on the market. Everything I found fell short of our needs, hopes and expectations. I even examined software being offered to the general service industry. I spent countless hours researching, as this was a major decision. Overall: I opened my pet sitting business in 2002. I always used a paper calendar, but as the business grew it took more and more time to schedule clients and sitters. Pros: Its ability to conform to whatever shape I need it to be. The desktop software and the phone app work in sync & simultaneously. Excellent customer service from the founders. Incredibly reasonable pricing.

Cons: It's not always intuitive to use, but I've found that to be the case with all pet-sitting software. It has to be able to accomplish a lot, keep track of many details, & be flexible enough for countless different business iterations. So there's a little learning curve at first.

Overall: I've been using Time to Pet for more than a year now. I own a small pet-sitting & dog-walking business and have had 4-10 people working for me at any one time. Managing staff schedules & client updates was becoming a nightmare when I was doing everything via email & texting. Now, all client & pet info is in one secure place, and my staff can access it easily. The time I spend on scheduling, invoicing, & payroll now is a fraction of what it used to take me--I may spend an hour a week total on all of those activities combined, IF I have some complicated scheduling details to work around. Nearly anything you need to do can be automated or customized--from repeat daily walks to sending an email to all (or select) clients.
It's not like I didn't check out other software. Many were too complicated yet not flexible enough. Or too expensive. I beta-tested another pet-sitting software before choosing Time to Pet, but it didn't have a phone app, meaning we all had to go online every time we wanted to send a pet update. The TTP app is so simple & refined and doesn't kill our phones halfway thru the day. It also works on iPhones & Androids alike. If you want to track when your dog walkers arrive at a client, even see WHERE they walked, it has an optional GPS feature. And an optional choice to let clients see that info or not. Most importantly, it keeps us all on target during our work days, allows us to communicate easily with clients, & access all the info we need on our rounds.
I haven't mentioned many of the features, but you can always give it a free 30-day trial and see for yourself how it could make your life easier. To sum it up, for me, the software is beyond awesome, & the customer service is really the cherry on top. The guys at TTP (Kyle & Mike) understand the oddity & changeability of the pet care business & have thought of nearly everything. I've watched as they've taken users' suggestions & turned them into immediate realities, constantly improving the experience for clients & business owners without making the software unwieldy. It just keeps getting better. Their responsiveness when I've had questions is extraordinary--& personal. And that's hard to come by these days, especially in the tech world!

Cons: I would like the schedule to be in time blocks for my contractors but they all understand if it says 1:00pm they have from 1:00pm - 3:00pm to get the assignment done.

Overall: I started using Time To Pet in October 2015 after using 1 of the original pet sitting software's that came recommended by Pet Sitters International for about a year. I was frustrated with the limitations and the lack of customer support form that software so I started testing several other software's that were on the market. Time To Pet was hands down the BEST! The tutorials were helpful, the support team were great at explaining things and not making me feel dumb if I didn't get it at first and the facebook group is also awesome to get tips and tricks from on using the software. I love how customizable everything is. The mobile app is great so all my staff can check off visits being completed and if there is a schedule change they get it right away. Love that I can invoice my clients and they can pay from the invoice. It took time to learn but every thing is so efficient with Time To Pet, switching was the best thing I did for my business in 2015.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give yourself the 30days to test it out. The team is always improving the software based on user input so if there is something you don't like just let them know and it could happen sooner than you think.

Pros: How easy it is to schedule clients, the fact that our conversations with our clients are saved, how easy it is to generate pay stubs, user friendly for the clients to schedule their own services.

Cons: Not being able to add more than 1 picture at a time when completing the assignment. I send the clients approx. 8-10 pictures each visit and it would be a lot easier and quicker if we could just click on all the pictures we want to attach instead of having to attach one at a time. When a client pays through Stripe it would be nice if the authorization code was included in the payment box.

Overall: I have been using Time To Pet for over a year now. It is so user friendly and my clients love it. The customer service is outstanding. I have had a few questions in the past year and every time I have emailed them I have had an answer with in a few hours. That says a lot. I have used other scheduling software in the past and have gone days waiting for a reply. Hands down, Time To Pet is the best.

Comments: I tried every software out there and non of them filled all the needs I had for my business. I found Time To Pet in the beginning of their venture. I tried the free trial and was immediately impressed with the clean format and the many features. The support was immediate and personal as I was switching over to the program. I even told them a few things that would be nice to have in the program and a few months later, the improvements came along. My clients love using the portal and invoicing and scheduling is so easy. Time To Pet saves me hours in administration work every week and puts my mind at ease knowing I am not missing any visits or invoices.

Comments: I have been a Time to Pet client since September 2015. I have to say that I'm so thankful to have found them!

I tried so many different software products pertaining to Dog Walking/Pet Sitting and just found them too cumbersome and not easy to navigate and then one day I stumbled upon TTP. Signed up for the 30 day free trial and I was hooked.

Customer Support is very quick to answer any question, concern or a future addition too the software that you'd like to see implemented.

This software has allowed me to hire more walkers and accept more clients and keep everything nice and neat and even accept credit card or ACH payments. All of my clients rave about being able to request, cancel and pay for their walks all online.

If you're contemplating this, get it now. You will not be sorry. You too can get the piece of mind that Time to Pet has given me and all of my walkers absolutely LOVE IT! No more calling, texting, updating....It's all done in the application and the walkers immediately get an email of any updates, change, cancellations. They also get an email each morning of their daily schedule.

Pros: Ease is set up and daily use.

Cons: Can't access everything via iPhone app.

Overall: I look back at my days before using Time To Pet and really shudder at all the wasted time!! I tried the software out for the Free 30 Day Trial and after playing for 8 days; I was sold!! It is easy to use, straightforward and cost effective! The Customer Support has been phenomenal during they always get me back in track (or just fix my big errors!); I am in love with Tume To Pet and a very, very happy customer!!

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it; set up clients, pets and appointments, cancel things and reschedule them: just super easy!

Pros: Simplicity, ease of use, affordable, full of features

Overall: As a new startup pet sitting business two years ago, I tested out a handful of popular pet sitting software and they were so complicated and confusing for me that I knew my clients would have a tough time. They were also expensive. When I found Time To Pet, it was a breath of fresh air! So easy, so simple and my clients with little computer knowledge seem to have an easy time with it. The creators are very responsive to questions and requests and are constantly updating and adding new features. I can't recommend Time To Pet enough!
