Time to Pet is easily the best pet sitting software I have ever used! It has a clean, modern interface that is very user-friendly with endless features and customization. The pricing is great and works well for any size company. They have an excellent user support database, but also encourage you to ask questions any time you need help. I've always received very friendly and prompt support! Time to Pet makes managing your clients, schedules, and employees very easy. It took the confusion and headache out of starting a new pet sitting business! I really like how my customers can sign in to their own personal portal and schedule sits, review and edit their information, and review payments. I've had a few customers even tell me how much they like Time to Pet!! I would highly recommend Time to Pet to anyone looking to start a pet sitting business on any scale. They even offer a 30 day free trial so you can see for yourself! It's a very professional and modern way to run your company.

I love how accessible the staff is! Any time I have a question, I simply submit my question, and within 24 hours I am personally contacted with an answer!

Pros

Time To Pet has revolutionized the way I do business. My clients love the ease of navigating the portal. I love the connectivity of the software. Invoicing is automatically generated from scheduled services and everything is integrated with my Quickbooks.

Cons

The only thing I would add is an in app counter to track bathroom breaks while on the walk. Right now I keep track on my fingers then add the numbers to my visit report.

Its a very good app and software to be able to reach out to clients and simplifies billing.

Pros

The ease if talking to clients through the software. The ability to send pictures via the app the payment integration.

Cons

The backend can get a little cumbersome at times setting up new clients or some of the invoicing but the pros far outweigh the cons.

Ease with scheduling, invoicing, conversing with team and customers.

Pros

I love the scheduling ease! A clients schedules themselves, pay their invoice and the walker gets paid the right amount all at the same time. All of my clients & walkers love it!!

Cons

the price of per user is a becoming a lot for me. I currently have 5 users and need to add 3 more but the cost per user is stopping me. I hope I won't have to leave as my team expands because I love everything except the price. Maybe 1-5 users for a price, then 6-10, and so on.

Scheduling

Pros

I like the integration with Google calendar. I rely on this to keep my busy schedule in line with my personal schedule. I like the ease of use and the scheduler and the client section.

Cons

Cost per employee or staff member. I think like 0-5 should be covered under a price and say 6-10 be covered in a price. It gets a little steep as you add staff members. I know a few people that went to another management software for that reason alone. I am ok now as a small user but it may get more difficult as I get bigger.

Pros

Ease of use - clients never email me with questions because its so easy to use the first time! It also looks good, both on a desktop or mobile device. I haven't used the mobile app too much yet but clients love it

Cons

I don't have any cons really - the only thing I would complain about is that it doesnt let me scheudle two appointments for the same time and then drag them around on the schedule. I have to click it and adjust in the box, a bit tedious. Still an awesome software - use it!

I used Time to Pet as a dog walker with a local company that I worked under. When it was time to branch out and start my own business I knew I was going to use Time to Pet. Customer Service is prompt, so friendly and helpful with every question I had and even after I was set up they gave me a call to go over everything that I still had questions about. I would recommend this app to any independent dog walker because it has made everything from scheduling, invoicing and accounting so seamless!

Time to Pet has been a great resource for me after having used another product for almost 10 years. The other software, while good in many ways, lacked the customer service, flexibility and continuous improvement that Time to Pet has. Kyle and Mike are both so responsive to questions and making improvements. They go beyond what you might expect a software company to do in helping you resolve any business or customer issues. The communications piece alone has had a big impact for my business. Customers are very happy that they can communicate directly with my pet sitters throughout the assignments. This gives them assurance that their pets are being well cared for. I believe this is why many clients continue to book services over and over.

I've tried other pet sitting software's and this is by far the cleanest, straight-forward and overall the best I've used. My clients will tell you the same thing too! The owners are constantly working to make improvements and actually listen to their customers request for different features. Seriously give them a try, you won't regret it.

Pros

Portal conversations between clients and the customization ability.

Cons

It does get a bit expensive as you add staff but adding staff means we're growing too :-)

Makes me look good!

Pros

I love the way this software looks. Often you have to sacrifice functionality for look, but there nothing lets you down here. It looks great and is easy to use for both supplier and customer.

Cons

I'd love to see the dashboard features in the app version. Even if this meant a seperate app just makes things a bit tricky on the run.

Pros

It is a customer database, point of sale, communication and scheduling software. I love that it is also a mobile app that me and my team can access on their mobile devices.

Cons

The way it syncs with Quickbooks and the way that I have to go into Qucikbooks to reconcile the difference of a transaction that WePay has already taken the fees from.

TTP is a lifesaver and really easy to use. The interface is simple and modern looking. My clients also agree on how easy it is to schedule, change, and view invoices. The "reporting" tab is very useful in keeping track of sales tax, payments, and revenue. Invoicing is also easy to use. Customer care responds quickly and usually within a few hours.

I love that I can offer an update to my clients and send pictures. I also love that the scheduling is linked to invoicing automatically. The invoice is professional, saves time and the automatic payment feature has made it easy for my clients to pay and tip. Also, the Time To Pet team is very responsive!

I tried every software out there and non of them filled all the needs I had for my business. I found Time To Pet in the beginning of their venture. I tried the free trial and was immediately impressed with the clean format and the many features. The support was immediate and personal as I was switching over to the program. I even told them a few things that would be nice to have in the program and a few months later, the improvements came along. My clients love using the portal and invoicing and scheduling is so easy. Time To Pet saves me hours in administration work every week and puts my mind at ease knowing I am not missing any visits or invoices.

Pros

How flexible it is. It perfectly caters to the unique nature of pet care businesses. Don't want to invoice customers when you schedule an appointment? Done. Need to add a second dog to the visit as well as a nail trim? Done. Need to mass email your clients or employees? Done. They've really thought of everything.

Pros

That it links to QuickBooks, and sends report cards. I also love that I can easily edit scheduled events.

Cons

The only thing I would want improved is the look of the report cards, I like the look of Rover's cards but appreciate greatly that T2P doesnt require a photo.
