They are quick to help when we need it and have always answered our questions or fixed our issues. The main thing that I love is that they listen to their customers and work on improving the software based on our feedback. Pros The ease of use for our clients and all the features for our clients. They can see the exact route their dog takes on the walk, they can easily message with their walker or management, they can schedule walks right from their phone, and can even pay their bill on the go. Cons Invoicing has been a huge improvement over our other dog walking software. Like HUGE. The only improvement I’d like to see if visits automatically showing up on the correct invoice based on the month. In the beginning we had multiple invoices for clients each month because the services aren’t automatically placed on the correct invoice. TTP said they are working on this though. Thorough answers and solutions to issues. And they are very nice about it all. Pros TimetoPet is an awesome app. We are a medium size pet sitting and dog walking company servicing over 2k clients with over 40 staff. We could not provide our clients with the level of service we provide if it were not for TTP. Our clients comment positively about every aspect of the experience with this product from the 'report card' they receive after every visit to scheduling their services through their computer or their phone. Cons The only improvement i would encourage is a more robust self serve reporting feature. But I like reports and analytics more than most folks, so it could be just me. October 4, 2017 5.0 They add so much value to my life that I have only but good things to say about this company, seriously. Even when times get tough, like when I made a personal mistake in the system that cost me potentially high, they took so much extra time to make sure I got every single penny back in a timely manner. You'd think these guys are too busy for you, but then they get back to you so fast. These guys don't mess around. Pros Their scheduler is amazing. It's like Google Cal or iCal at first glimpse, so I immediately took to it. Their bulk scheduling is what is truly so helpful. It's just that the way this software was set up allows me to run this business like it's an exact science. Every part about it is smart and makes sense. And if you ever have issues with a way they do business, you can email them and they'll change something. They are so modest when it comes to change - and that's how theyve been able to set themselves apart from the rest of their competition. Every month changes re explained in a newsletter and it's uncanny to see all the change they've made based on customer suggestion. I also love how the main tech guy is so smart and at the same time easy to talk to. You don't always get that in the tech world :-D. I coudn't be happier with the program and family of TTP. Pros if i could have designed a software to use for my biz, it would be exactly like what time to pet offers. it makes me feel like my "job" is a cake walk. sometimes i feel like i don't even have to do that much to run my company, because time to pet does everything for me. Cons on occasion i think of something i wish time to pet did/does, but then sure enough months later, time to pet comes out with this feature. Anytime we have had questions, they have been answered immediately through topics on their website, the private Facebook group or directly from customer service themselves. With every update, I feel like they read our needs that we didn't even know we had! Pros We love that this software fits EVERY single need we have as pet sitters/dog walkers. Its impossible to pick just one thing that we love. Cons I would love if clients could rate a "reservation" on a 1-5 star scale as another industry software does. They really care about their clients productivity and seem to really care about what we want to see improved upon. They are always making things better and sometimes it's crazy good. Pros Time to Pet has taken us out of having to worry all the time to being with our clients. We no longer forget invoices, we know every client is accounted for and it puts our clients in the drivers seat for their own information and instructions. This software has changed the Pet sitting industry and will make our industry more manageable and allow small Pet Sitters to grow more rapidly. It's an all inclusive app that my clients and my sitters rave over. Love it. Cons The time app for hourly employees in conjunction with travel time/job codes. Pros The best things about Time To Pet are that it was easy to purchase, learn how to use, and integrate into my existing business structure, in other words, accessibility. The value of TTP to my business is priceless. I can't imagine how my business would have been successful without it. It's customizable, relatively easy to learn and use, and secure. Cons It is sometimes a challenge to remember where to find certain functions within the software, because it is so functionality-heavy, which is a good thing, but there is a bit of a learning curve. It is customizable so I can add my logo and business colors to it and there is SO much to customize but they also help by giving you templates too. It has helped me stay organize and there is a free downloadable app too. TTP still updates their software to keep up with the times and they truly listen to feedback. Cons Only con is the extra price per employee, I am happy I don't have too many employees but I am still growing and wish to add more & more so when I get further in business I am worried about the cost. November 30, 2021 5.0 We are primarily a dog Training company but our doggie walking, boarding and sitting was a huge component pre-covid. Having initially tried 2 other software systems, TTP was clearly the winner. We stayed with TTP for 2+ years and never had a systems issue or costumer service issue. To be honest, we had little to no communication with TTP and, actually as a business owner the latter is what you want. You want to focus on your service delivery and have your chosen software do what it is supposed to do. Pros The software is relatively simple and to the point. User friendly to all administrator, users (walkers) and to clients. We never had a complaint about the system. Cons There is absolutely no "cons" that we can think of, honestly. One feature we had some challenges with was the "overpayment". With that being said, I am certain it was on our end. November 29, 2018 5.0 MOST of all, the added level of professionalism that goes along with having a program like this is HUGE! It keeps you organized and able to focus more time on the fun stuff (loving dogs) than on admin work. My experience to date has been nothing but fantastic! Pros I loved how quickly I was able to learn the software. I had trialled two other programs as well and found that neither had the ease of use that Time to Pet offers. They really strive to make your transition into using the program a smooth one, offering you a step-by-step learning tutorial and thereafter an even more informative info/learning session with one of the program reps if you choose. My client's love the ease of use as well and look forward to their daily reports sent to their email. Cons \-I do wish there were a few more Icons for the reports. -I would like to have the same admin access from my phone through the app to make adjustments on the go rather than having to use my computer (I believe they are working on this). -I am also looking forward to the integration of Quickbooks (in Canada) -Would love to see video capability added in when sending the reports out rather than just photos. -I would also like to have a number to call in times when I just want something resolved quickly. While their customer service really is great, I am just the type that likes to pick up the phone rather than communicate via email. Cons When we send a report card, we add pictures and then click on complete, and then the pictures start uploading one by one. I would prefer that the app uploads the picture as soon as we add them since we add them during the walks. So when we press send, the message is just sent right away. The Autopay setting has been an absolute game-changer. Being able to add and edit client profile questions has been very helpful. Cons Time to Pet is constantly improving and making changes that meet the needs and demands of small and large pet-sitting companies. If I had to name one thing that could improve, it would be the admin dashboard. There are far too many categories / menu options and finding the setting that you need to adjust can be tricky and time-consuming. November 3, 2016 5.0 I have been using Time To Pet for over a year now. It is so user friendly and my clients love it. The customer service is outstanding. I have had a few questions in the past year and every time I have emailed them I have had an answer with in a few hours. That says a lot. I have used other scheduling software in the past and have gone days waiting for a reply. Hands down, Time To Pet is the best. Pros How easy it is to schedule clients, the fact that our conversations with our clients are saved, how easy it is to generate pay stubs, user friendly for the clients to schedule their own services. Cons Not being able to add more than 1 picture at a time when completing the assignment. I send the clients approx. 8-10 pictures each visit and it would be a lot easier and quicker if we could just click on all the pictures we want to attach instead of having to attach one at a time. When a client pays through Stripe it would be nice if the authorization code was included in the payment box. Though it is highly functional, we could not overcome the communication difficulties and switched to a different software. Pros We loved the ease with which we could communicate with our clients. Everything looks professional; bulk email is integrated into the software. Cons The messaging function allows for three way communication between staff, clients and the office. It is difficult to filter these messages in a useful way and so we found ourselves overwhelmed by volume and frequently we missed messages leading us to miss visits.
