The ease of use, pay as you go, upgrades are included as it happens, there's an app, payroll is a breeze, adding or removing services is easy, updating/scheduling clients is easy, clients are able to add in their own reservation for your review, you can customize your dashboard to see everything important to you. Support staff is ALWAYS there to help you...even when you have a dumb question. :)

Pros

setting up and using this software in my day to day has been a blessing. Online scheduling and invoicing is so easy! For any questions I do have, the support is I receive is almost instantaneous. They provide functionality features I would have never thought about that make managing my business a breeze.

Cons

I am always nervous about trying to bring older (in age) clients onboard.

Ease of use, they are constantly updating and improving and it is very well designed.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a little difficult to get to the section you’re looking for.

Reason for choosing Time To Pet

I can do everything from start to finish in TTP. I don’t have to send my clients to multiple websites to pay or enter their or their pets info. It’s easy to direct them to the client portal and they all love it.

I absolutely love TTP, it has made my life a whole lot easier and given me a lot of free time to work on other areas of my business. Before i was doing pretty much everything manually and using a free schedule app- so it was consuming a lot of my time. I am amazing at how user friendly and easy TTP is to use and have already recommended it to many colleagues.

Cons

does not sync with quickbooks in Australia yet.

Pros

Lots of options to customize for your own company, amazingly helpful customer service, great "Help" section to clearly assist with the learning curve that comes with getting new software.

Cons

Really, the only major con to Time to Pet is that there is no app for administrative field use. The web browser is extremely mobile friendly which is awesome--but it would really help to have a functional app that is easier to scroll through so we can edit daily calendars, book and modify services, update invoices, etc. Most of our day is spent in the field and we prefer to take advantage of a few minutes here and there to get admin work done, instead of having to do it all at once back in the office. It is not a major deterrent for us--it would just be nice to have the app.

I has saved me exponential amounts of time running my business and allows me to run it from anywhere on globe. Mobility is huge and allows more vacation time for me!

Pros

I love the ease at which my clients can move through our portal. They log in and schedule all needs, My sitters schedule all their own time off too. I'm lucky enough thanks to this software to maneuver my role to a scheduling and client relations position only!

Cons

It is a little more complex to set up, but once you get it going it is magical. Tips are also a slightly more complicated process, but no more than on my own.

This software was easy to you and implement. A bunch of clients have complimented it versus the old pen, paper and text method I had been using before. It lets me manage and keep track of all the visits for myself and staff!

Pros

Easy to use. Business has grown since implementing. Easier to track clients details and requests.

Cons

Can not attach videos to the app updates. Would be a good feature

Pros

The software has a downloadable app. It’s easy for the company employees and the clients. The daily report setup is amazing because it makes leaving notes for the parents about how the service went easy plus you can add up to 20 photos. Time To Pet has a responsible and reliable team of customer service experts unlike Kennel Connection and Gingr. The software is fairly easy to set up and navigate through.

Cons

Nothing I can recall honestly that I like least about this software. It’s been decent overal.

Pros

The convenience of having all of our client information and scheduling and invoicing data in one place is beyond helpful for our business. Our clients love it and once you learn all of the features the bulk invoicing and scheduling make everything so much easier. If you spend enough time digging around in the knowledge base section you can find answers to pretty much every question you may have, although it does take some commitment to looking around. Over all just an extremely efficient and helpful way to manage all data and keep everything organized as our business grows.

Cons

I rated some of the qualities as only 4 stars as there are some glitches from time to time, responses to email questions can be delayed, which is understandable. There are some random small things that are slightly inconvenient that TTP managers say are on their list for future updates to the software, nothing deal breaking but just some more flexible options that would make things easier and more convenient.

TTP is fairly easy to train new employees on and is pretty straight forward. It gets the job done and is a good value.

Cons

The interface is outdated and needs a makeover. There are a lot of functions of TTP that I didn't even know existed until I started clicking around because they are hard to find.

Pros

The clients ability to go on, after they receive the welcome email, and enter the data that used to take me forever to get out of them! I added custom fields also, which help it make a more comprehensive file!

Cons

The selected times for service They are hard to modify for clients or hard for them to figure out how to modify

Pros

We really love seeing the schedule and how easy it is to add clients and details about each pet. It is user friendly in that aspect and the app that goes along with it helps to keep day to day organized.

Cons

There should be a way to produce more accurate reports. For example, it's inconvenient that you cannot see a payment report divided for each user. A report should be produced depicting the payments received per user for each month. This is including any manually added items to the invoice; for example, the revenue report will add all the visits (items) for the month, but if a "tip" is added to an invoice, it will not read that added item, making the revenue inaccurate. Basically, there should be more options for reports than just the revenue per user for a given amount of time. There should be a report for "Payments" per user so that the administrator can see an accurate number. Again, this is because the revenue report does not include any added payments.

I look back at my days before using Time To Pet and really shudder at all the wasted time!! I tried the software out for the Free 30 Day Trial and after playing for 8 days; I was sold!! It is easy to use, straightforward and cost effective! The Customer Support has been phenomenal during they always get me back in track (or just fix my big errors!); I am in love with Tume To Pet and a very, very happy customer!!

Pros

Ease is set up and daily use.

Cons

Can't access everything via iPhone app.

Pros

You can tell the software was made in mind with how dogwalkers need the app to function. I only left because we expanded to offer daycare, grooming, training, and boarding services. I wish they would start including these services and I would come back.

Cons

The software is geared toward dog walking and not all pet services.

Pros

I don’t usually leave reviews. But I have to say this app is a lifesaver. It took me some time to get used to how it works but once you learn it it is an absolutely amazing tool to have! I would be lost without some of the features available. The schedule is easy to read/review, clients gain easy access to their profiles while not only being able to communicate with me but also put in requests. My phone doesn’t blow up from a bombardment of texts now either. As I grow I also have the inexpensive option to add employees to it which is definitely a must for the near future.

Cons

Takes some time to get used to - but totally worth it.

We came from an Access program which became an absolute nightmare every time Microsoft did updates. Since Time to Pet is internet based, we can log in anytime from anywhere from any device. We did a lot of research on a lot of companies before we decided to go with Time to Pet. We needed a software that covered all of our needs for a company our size.

Pros

For a company our size, it provides most of the reports we need to track our business, It also is pretty complete with what is needed for the day to day functions and tracking. We are a company that uses this every day, all day, handling our clients, employees, receivables reservations, and much more. We have an office staff that actually comes into the office and works with this software exclusively.

Cons

Some things are not as intuitive as we thought it might be. It does take a good while to learn and get used to, even with support. Some of the features you learn by trial and error but that is because it offers so much! The support team is absolutely superb.

Pros

Time to Pet has made managing my pet sitting business so easy. I love that it intergrates with QuickBooks seamlessly saving time on the accounting process. Users find the schedule feature very user friendly.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see different is being able to setup emails of each pet visit on an as need bases - not send an email each time a visit is completed. Some customer prefer just daily email updates.

It offers the flexibility and functionality to be completely customizable to my business. We were able to implement and roll out the tool seamlessly to our clients and could not be happier! Time to Pet gives me the insight I needed to our daily operations and has significantly reduced costs and manual administrative labor. I am able to focus more on our customer experience and worry less about administrative tasks. The staff at TTP are always responsive and helpful and I am so glad we made the choice to use this program!
