### "An excellent tool to manage your accounts"

September 5, 2018

4.0

Even though it has some technical limitations that could be linked to its gratuity as a service, I believe it is a tool that meets the expected objective and is also very easy to use. If you are starting in social networks and want to increase your presence with valuable content, this is the tool you are looking for.

Pros

Currently there are several tools to manage social networks. However, Tweetdeck is completely free and offers useful tools to save time, organize your content and achieve the goals that your personal brand or company is looking for.

Cons

From a critical perspective, I could say that if your idea is to program several contents at the same time or from different accounts, the process can be somewhat disordered by the way in which the information is displayed. I mean the column of programmed messages.

### "An Enduring, Top Twitter Powerhouse"

April 13, 2021

4.0

I've been using tweetdeck for so long, I can't remember when I started. It has been my goto twitter app for years. I only use it on desktop. I can imagine it being a nightmare on mobile devices, attempting to cycle through so many columns and such, especially if you have a large network. On desktop, this is the best twitter app available.

Pros

The ability to customize and sort your stream into columns still makes twitter extremely manageable. See what you want, skip what you don't want to see, and switch things up on the fly to stay current on events that matter to you.

Cons

Tweetdeck badly needs to integrate emojis. I may be missing something, and it's entirely possible that I have overlooked the feature, but it's annoying that I have to keep both tweetdeck and twitter open if I need to express something using an emoji.

Para supervisar las menciones de marca es ideal, también para ver tweets sobre determinados temas o listas, permite tenerlo todo organizado, sobre todo en escritorio.

### "Good for people managing multiple accounts"

March 12, 2019

4.0

My overall experience with TweetDeck has been positive as I use the software to manage multiple Twitter accounts in a one-fell-swoop means.

Pros

TweetDeck is great for people who work in social media or who are interested in monitoring multiple accounts at once. It has handy features, such as side-by-side viewing and responding from multiple accounts, and the program makes it really easy for people who manage multiple accounts to use them in tandem and spread a message broadly.

Cons

There are certain limitations to the software, not allowing you to perform certain mechanisms like photo tagging and others, and the software seems to sometimes sacrifice the details for more broad control. Depending on what you use TweetDeck to accomplish, you may or may not find it helpful.

### "It's simple, beauty and functional."

September 8, 2021

4.0

A good experience. Because it is an amazing tool to have an overview of what is happening in real time, in your city or in the world.

Pros

What I liked the most is the convenience of having access to broader content on the twitter platform. For those who use it, you know that Tweetdeck is essential to follow everything in a more general, detailed and objective way. Besides being very attractive for PC.

Cons

I believe the platform could improve in some areas. Sometimes tweetdeck crashes on windows version. On Iphone and Ipad it is extremely efficient. But when it goes to PC, it loads longer and is not so attractive. I also believe that tweet programming should receive special attention. Because sometimes the time doesn't go according to schedule.

### "A great way to keep all-things-Twitter organized "

November 23, 2018

5.0

I personally use TweetDeck to monitor the mentions of my organization on Twitter, as well as to schedule the Tweets from my own work-related personal account

Pros

I like that TweetDeck allows me to easily monitor all Twitter @mentions, messages, and other notifications on behalf of my organization and take action as needed. All of those things can become overwhelming and confusing to track, so having a tool that manages this for you is terribly helpful. I also use it to schedule Tweets and manage multiple Twitter accounts. You have a lot of options and features to customize your deck, setting up different streams based a variety of different settings.

Cons

On the other hand TweetDeck tends to update their interface pretty regularly and I feel like I have to relearn the dashboard all over again and have to find the features and tools I'm used to using. I don't necessarily feel the dashboard is very intuitive to use; it relies heavily on icons and you have to explore and poke around a bit to find what you are looking for. When I was first customizing and setting up my dashboard it felt pretty cumbersome.

### "Not the best, but free"

August 9, 2018

3.0

I had a love hate relationship with this software. It did the job while I used it, and for free there are really no complaints - the software is updated regularly and functions well. I prefer an alternative app that I paid for, and gives a better user experience for managing my social media inputs.

Pros

I like the fact that this is supported beyond the Official Twitter app. It has really good functionality, with the ability to add multiple users, making it useful for social media experts.

Cons

The software can be pretty buggy at times, and crashes often. The user interface, although very similar indeed to other software, still feels relatively dated and laggy. I dont like the scroll feature to access different sections, preferring the button option previously offered in the TWiwtter app.

### "Great tool to manage my twitter accounts all at once"

July 25, 2019

4.0

Overall the pros of using TweetDeck outweigh the cons,i use it on a daily basis to manage all of my accounts and makes my work like less stressful since i can do everything from one platform instead of loging into my accounts one by one.

Pros

What i likek the most about TweetDeck is that i can manage all of my twitter accounts all at the same time without any problems or restrictions. TweetDeck allowes me to post the same thing all over my multiple accounts quickly and easily, it's user friendly and you can navigate effortlessly. And my favourite feature is that i can schedule the time of my posts so i don't have to worry about it later on.

Cons

My only complaints is that TweetDecks takes times to load and sometimes it crashes on me so i have to refresh the tab again.

### "Tweetdeck - Social Media Manager"

November 4, 2018

3.0

Pros

It's quick - it publishes fast. You can schedule content. It's a great way to manage multiple Twitter accounts at once.

Cons

Scheduling: Once content is scheduled, it cannot be modified. If you need to change the time of a post, you will need to delete the entire scheduled post and re-schedule. Gifs: The problem with posting from Tweetdeck natively is that you cannot use the gif keyboard. So if you are running multiple accounts from Tweetdeck, you can post from the gif keyboard natively on the dominant Twitter account (via www.twitter.com) If you are posting from a secondary account, you will need to save gifs in a file. Posting: Additionally, you can no longer post from multiple accounts at the same exact time. You can only post from one account. So if you were dealing with breaking news, a PR crisis, you would have to post separately on each account.

### "TweetDeck is a content creator's dream"

December 7, 2019

4.0

My overall experience with TweetDeck is amazing! Being able to manage multiple accounts is a game changer for me. I believe that almost anyone can be their own PR firm or media company with the right tools. TweetDeck is one of those tools that makes this all possible.

Pros

I like that I can manage multiple accounts on one screen. I do a lot of social media coaching and management and it helps to not have to toggle over from tab to tab.

Cons

Sometimes there are little glitches. I will schedule a tweet and, at times, it feels like a toss-up as to whether it gets sent or not.

### "Ótima ferramenta de gestão de postagens"

May 7, 2022

5.0

### "Twitter eyes open all the time"

April 1, 2019

5.0

It has saved me a lot of time and effort when searching for freelancers for example, or when I want to see all the content related to a hashtag. I can also keep an eye on important accounts with dedicated columns and see all the interactions happening around me which is usually harder to see or notice in the regular twitter app. I've had to spend some time training others on the tricks to get the best out of the app but nothing beyond a couple of hours. And it's FREE!

Pros

TweetDeck helps me visualize everything I'm interested at the same time. It can be tweets with some hashtag, from somebody, mentioning somebody, etc. It's like having a lot of twitter tabs opened at the same time in one screen in a comprehensible way. It also has one lovely feature: you can see thing you've liked since forever. This app makes super efficient the time you spend on twitter, even if you're only checking your personal account. By the way, you can handle multiple accounts!

Cons

Interface can be tricky sometimes for new users whom might miss it's true potential due to the lack of a detailed explanation/examples.

### "A Necessary Tool For Twitter"

November 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

Without Tweetdeck, Twitter would be almost impossible. I'm currently at the helm of six Twitter accounts, which would seem insanely difficult if I was forced to log in and out of each account just to post and review my notifications. However, I can do all of this from just one TweetDeck account for free. I'm now managing, scheduling, and replying to posts all from TweetDeck with ease. I have columns set up for different customized Twitter lists, which enable me to quickly identify and retweet or reply to trending topics. I can also schedule my posts well in advance and essentially make TweetDeck do all the hard work for me.

Cons

It's not perfect in the sense that the design is a little overwhelming. It works, but it's sometimes annoying to scroll past 8-10 columns before eventually getting to the one you want to access.

### "Perfect to monitor and manage Twitter accounts"

November 13, 2018

5.0

Pros

TweetDeck is the best tool to manage and monitor a Twitter account. It allows to simultaneously see different content (feed, mentions, replies, searches) in columns allowing the user to have an overview of what is happening. Super easy to set up while allowing to schedule tweets, which helps to maintain the information flow. And because it's website, it is always accessible and you don't need to use extra space

Cons

It only works for Twitter so you can't monitor and manage other social media accounts (has been like this since Twitter bought Tweetdeck). This means that you need other apps, which can be time consuming or impractical when working as a social media manager.

### "Scheduling, posting and media monitoring"

May 26, 2022

5.0

I love Tweetdeck, I've tried other services, but this is my favourite. I can leave Twitter for hours, or a day or 2, and it's captured all the stuff I'm monitoring for me, so I don't need to worry about checking it all the time. Also, on my feed, there are no adverts.

Pros

I use Tweetdeck for scheduling, posting and media monitoring. Once all your accounts and columns are set up, it does all the hard work for you. Meaning you never miss a post and don't have to scroll incessantly.

Cons

Sometimes once a post a scheduled it doesn't show in the scheduled column so you have to do a hard refresh. No ability to see trending topics.

### "Manage your Tweets"

January 30, 2019

5.0

Pros

I manage the Twitter activity for three organization, along with my personal feed, and TweetDeck allows me to efficiently keep tabs on each stream and monitor accounts and hashtags at the same time. Alerts keep me informed of activity on certain feeds and scheduling lets me work ahead when possible. I've used TweetDeck since it was a desktop application and the web-based solution is a great leap forward.

Cons

There's little not to like about TweetDeck. If you're for a solution that will manage all your social accounts in one place, you'll have to keep looking. If you want to efficiently update and monitor one or several Twitter accounts, this is your tool.

### "The Only Way to View Twitter"

February 8, 2021

5.0

I've used this company in its various incarnations over the past decade+ and I've loved it every step of the way. It's the only way I feel like I can effectively use Twitter to its best capacity.

Pros

The browser-based Tweetdeck is speedy and effective in handling multiple Twitter accounts. I like that there are safety features built in for those of us who use it for client accounts—the extra click to check a box has often meant the difference between an embarrassing client situation.

Cons

The multiple streams is hard for some to get used to who have not used a Twitter client before—another freelancer was confused by the setup, but the learning curve is almost non-existent, so that confusion passed quickly.

Switched from

[Hootsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/121701/HootSuite/)

Hootsuite just did not offer enough of a different experience from Tweetdeck to justify the cost (paid vs free, in this case).

### "An easy-to-use tool for scheduling tweets"

September 28, 2020

5.0

TweetDeck saves a ton of time by allowing you to schedule tweets and set up relevant searches. It allows me to sign off Twitter knowing that tweets will continue to go out when I'm not working.

Pros

I love how TweetDeck allows you to post tweets from different Twitter account and schedule them for different days and times. It's great for seeing your Twitter feed, notifications and activity in one place. You can also set up multiple searches with advanced filtering options to find what you're looking for or keep an eye out for key terms.

Cons

You're not able to thread tweets from TweetDeck, so if you're trying to schedule multiple tweets that you want to link together, you won't be able to do that.

### "Great way to view tweets"

August 3, 2022

4.0

Pros

I LOVE that TweetDeck keeps tweets in a chronicle order, as opposed to twitters own website or app. This makes it easier as developer advocate to keep a eye on the development community in real-time with certain searches be able to be viewed as a separate column. This is a great way to get an overview in your browser with many columns being able to be added.

Cons

As it is a website/tool to allow you to view many tweets at once. If the site/service goes down (rarely does) it can be inconvenient to go back to the official Twitter site

### "A great tool for listening and also for posting (if all you need is twitter)"

April 14, 2022

5.0

If the only social media I was using was Twitter, TweetDeck would be my likely choice. As it stands, I use Twitter as a way to follow discussion related to my niche and industry and to stay current with emerging concerns. Tweetdeck is the easiest way to do that.

Pros

I love the deck feature that allows you to customize columns of material based on lists, popularity, hashtags, etc. It allows me to easily track several topics or communities while staying organized.

Cons

Twitter discourages retweeting one's own content and so does their app. Nevertheless, in the firehose of posts that is twitter, retweeting or sharing similar content on a schedule is very useful.

### "Must have for Twitter Users"

August 17, 2018

5.0

Great. The product allowed me to grow various Twitter projects and to increase key variables such as views, engagement, and retweets.

Pros

Tweetdeck's key features are allowing you to Retweet and Like from multiple accounts at once. This is a much-needed tool that allowed users with multiple accounts to perform tasks like tweeting on multiple accounts without the hassle of switching to each account. This allows users to keep track of multiple feeds that you are interested in making sure you are keeping up with the current trend.

Cons

Mobile access wasn't possible for Tweetdeck which was a huge disappointment as I wasn't able to access it during times when I didn't have a laptop.

### "An essenstial app for managing multiple Twitter accounts"

September 9, 2021

5.0

We definitely recommend Tweetdeck because we find it necessary with all of the Twitter accounts that we manage for ourselves and clients who we work for. It's user-friendly, simple to navigate, and takes little to no time in regard to learning how the app works.

Pros

The app's features allow our company to easily oversee our small businesses' Twitter accounts, interact with various audiences, schedule tweets to publish, and browse without any lag on the phone.

Cons

Everything can be a bit too spaced out on the interface, however, it is a minor irritation.

### "Add TweetDeck to Your Social Media Stack"

October 7, 2022

5.0

A superb tool enabling me to split the Twitter native app into multiple pieces to simplify, aid transparency, and increase productivity via clarity, visibility, and automation.

Pros

TweetDeck is a convenient way to monitor multiple timelines on your Twitter account. It offers a variety of features, including the ability to post content at a specified time (instead of having to sit behind your computer for hours). Occasionally, the Twitter native app is also useful to work alongside of TweetDeck to monitor any alternate views and the analytics of Tweets.

Cons

I fully enjoy the TweetDeck experience, with the multiple monitoring and automation. TweetDeck was my main tool in a deck of one or two other Social Media monitoring tools, at their basic pricing level, covering anything missing from the TweetDeck environment.

### "Great for managing multiple Twitter accounts. Customer-centered experience."

August 4, 2018

4.0

Pros

For a business that had a strong Twitter presence, we were very happy to be able to use Tweetdeck because it’s a program that really understands the needs of Twitter users. What we really like is that the dashboard is customizable so we only see what's important to us. I love the fact that you can manage multiple accounts from a single panel, unlike others that only allow one account at a time. The tweet client works flawlessly and scheduling is a breeze.

Cons

When looking to track a specific hashtag or direct message or topic, we are able to put endless columns on it. However, I must warn people that this must be used with care because it can get away from you very quickly and you’ll ending up having what you were tracking buried somewhere and you’d have a hard time finding it again.
