It does everything we need and more. Highly recommend. Pros Tweetdeck allows me to combine several different Twitter accounts into a single platform that makes managing them a piece of cake. I've been a Tweetdeck user since before Twitter purchased the platform and cannot think of another Twitter management solution that I would even consider using. Every functionality that a social media manager could possibly want to use is included here. Cons The UI/UX is a bit clunky at times and the loading speeds for certain feeds can take a few seconds depending on the number of followers or the number of tweets that you're monitoring. Finding the right audience, and the ability to engage in appropriate spaces, has made this app a "can't live without" for me. Pros I've always been a Tweetdeck user. When Hootsuite came along, I tried them, but came back to Tweetdeck. It's simplicity is it's magic for me. Not too many bells and whistles. Straight forward conversation management. Multiple columns for multiple topics. And the search is an amazing "real time" resource to distinguish what is relevant "right now". I used to say that I check Tweetdeck, to see if I need to turn on the news... Cons It is lacking in posting options when it come to other sites. Tweetdeck is Tweetdeck only. This may be an inconvenience when Twitter is not the mainstay of your conversation management. I use it multiple times per day, not just to schedule content and to recycle older content with new hashtags and messaging, but to see what's going on in the world of publishing. I highly recommend this software. Pros It's so simple to schedule multiple tweets, incorporate images and hashtags and pick the best time and frequency to reach your target audience. Development Scientist Research Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Game changer for managing multiple Twitter accounts" December 3, 2019 5.0 Managing multiple Twitter accounts is difficult, this puts them all in the same place and does not require logging out and back in to different accounts. Particularly if accounts are similar or share information, you can retweet from any account from the account of your choosing. Pros I love being able to see all my Twitter accounts in one place, customize what feed (notifications, home, etc.) I am viewing, and most importantly to schedule my tweets ahead of time. This is really a requirement for running a company or organizational Twitter account. You can even see different feeds from the same account at the same time, and chose which account you retweet from from any of your feeds. TweetDeck was honestly a game changer for managing multiple Twitter accounts. Cons As new tweets come into your feed, the feed automatically scrolls down so the new tweets are at the top. It is distracting and difficult to read, especially if you follow a lot of active accounts and the feed continuously moves. Scrolling down a little stops the autorefresh, but I would prefer a refresh button at the top of the feed that lights up when you have new unseen tweets. Review Source ME Moses E. Pros We use TweetDeck to schedule weekly tweets/posts over the weekend so that we can save time for other things during the week. We also use this software to manage different accounts all in one software. Cons There is a bit of delay from the time the post is made to when it reflects on Twitter. I wish this can be improved. I use it for both individual and profesional purposes. There are incredible modules for Chrome and different programs. Pros TweetDeck allows you to have a much more convenient and simple experience on Twitter. You can manage multiple accounts, build collections of tweets, and also schedule tweets to post in the future. I can be forgetful and the ability to schedule my tweets during a busy day is amazing. This is great for anyone who needs to use Twitter, but has a very congested schedule. Cons The UI can seem a bit congested and crowded at times. TweetDeck makes it really easy to follow the news and updates on multiple accounts, especially when you need a more holistic view of what's going on on your dashboard and trending topics at the same time. You can reorder the columns of different sections however you like and you can also add new ones for other sections if the standard layout isn't enough. I like that you can be fully functional tweeter user while having all these sections in front of you: you can tweet, like, message and browse, just like you'd do on actual Twitter. There are plenty of different filtering options for post and interaction types, and the whole service is just super customizable. Cons I wish I could manually change the column width, but that's more of a whim than a real shortcoming. I like this service a lot and would recommend it to anyone who uses Twitter on a daily basis. The desktop app is for free and that was what drew me to use it, which is a perk, but I would not have paid for it if it was not free. Unfortunately this software does not add a lot of value to my day as of yet but perhaps in the future they will branch out and have an amazing feature added into it so I will keep it as an option. Pros What I like most about using Tweetdeck software is I guess the fact that it is a cleverly designed dashboard that compiles all of my tweets and mentions side by side on my dashboard. It categorizes my mentions and tweets and allows me to organize these into different separate columns. It's a little like using Hootsuite except for the fact that it is only applying my Twitter feed and accounts and mentions so anything of mine that pertains to my Twitter is on the Tweetdeck dashboard right in front of me. Honestly I can get the same results just by clicking at the top of my Twitter page to get my mentions etc. Cons What I like least about the Tweetdeck software is that it can only bring up the stats from my Twitter account. Honestly I expected Tweetdeck to cover all of my other social media accounts on its dashboard as well but it is very specifically designed just for my Twitter feed. Granted it does shave off a few seconds of my scrolling time but not enough so to be seriously impressive. Pros I love the ability to organize the content on Twitter through various means: by hashtag, list, etc. The ability to schedule tweets is also very useful and let's me share content consistently without having to schedule my time around when to share. Cons There are a few things you cannot do on TweetDeck that Twitter offers. It would be great to be able to tag people in photos on TweetDeck, for instance.
