Saved me much time in posting. Pros I \*LOVED the way they allow you to set up posting groups and with the click of one button schedule a post to multiple Facebook Pages (as in for a franchise with multiple locations). The reporting feature is also quite nice. Cons My only con for SP is that it lacks the features I found in other programs. I would love to have the ability to create recurring, recycling posts by category. Yes, there was the ability to repeat a post, but I was looking for a more robust recurring post system. Other schedulers with similar features are out of my budget. Now that I'm scheduling posts on a regular basis, I'm seeing starting to see more blog hits for social media. Without Social Pilot I wouldn't be able to do it. Pros There's a learning curve, but once mastered the software is very easy to use. It is so convenient to be able to write a blog post AND schedule all the social media promos at one time. The calendar feature helps me visualize my post schedule and the drag and drop feature makes rescheduling extremely easy. I prefer to schedule rather than put posts into a queue but the times I've used the repeat post feature (publish X times in Y days) it has been easy to set up. Cons I gave up on trying to post to Google Plus (not a real hardship, but other bloggers may want this functionality). It would be nice to be able to bulk edit posts that were scheduled at the same time, but I've learned to be double check and edit BEFORE hitting publish. Pros Makes scheduling content as close to set-and-forget as it can be - with account- and group-specific queues that you can publishing into knowing that content goes out in pre-set timeslots. The drag and drop content calendar gives me even more control. Cons It's a small gripe - when Facebook @mentions are live in the content editor window, this software will be perfect. Pros SocialPilot is very easy to use. It's easy to link accounts, to set up a posting schedule, to upload content and manage how it will be posted to my various accounts. With RSS functionality and curated content, it's really the only social media management tool you need. Pros For me, it's very handy that I can also schedule posts in XING as well as LinkedIn as I am targeting the German-speaking market. Cons It's quite uncool that you cannot schedule any videos in the free version. You have to get used to media upload. SocialPilot is easy to use, organized, intuitive, functional, affordable and makes my life easier. I wish I switched months ago! Pros SocialPilot is easy to use and organized. All the features I need are on the screen and accessible. I love how intuitive the features are like planning a schedule, generating hashtags and looking at analytics. I also like that you will see all of your posts and any errors before the content goes out. Cons I wish you can track fundraisers on Facebook and Instagram. I have barely had blunders and those were because of missteps on our end. This makes my 10,000 foot perspective of our web-based media marks simple to explore. November 27, 2020 4.0 Solid product, does what is says is should do. Also the pricing is very attractive. Very responsive company. Customer service and support it excellent. Other than limited reporting we have no issues. Pros This is one of the first tools we saw that managed Google My Business posts. GMB is increasingly important for driving our rankings within Google Search and Google Maps. We can also share these posts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. It works with Pinterest and LinkedIn, although we don't use those channels at this time. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Cons The reporting seems a little light and inconsistent. There are no rollup reports. Also it lacks export feature for Google Sheets. I find that social pilot is a great tool to help plan and execute a launch or crowdfunding project. The next time I am crowdfunding I will definitely be scheduling all of my social media posts before hand using Social Pilot. Pros Honestly the thing I liked the most was how much the developer was updating and refining the software. He seems very responsive to suggestions for improvement or additional features. Cons There were issues with scheduling posts for Instagram when I was using it. I don't know if that has been sorted now though. It's an affordable solution with responsive customer service to back it up. The reason this isn't a 5-star rating is the bulk upload feature. If you enter commas into your tweets they get truncated. Makes sense, since you use a CSV file. :) The challenge for me is that I tweet so many quotes that the process takes forever. If there was any way to modify that or flag the commas in an editable format before upload, that would be awesome. Also, any Pinterest posts that I schedule prior to a post going live don't show the picture. I schedule them for after the post publication, but it still doesn't seem to pull in. Pros Interface. Pros I absolutely love the calendar function. SP also won't let you post something (nor will it be deleted) if you forget to check which account it goes to, it'll remind you. I like the prompting options for categories. The app is also super easy to use. Cons Adjusting the time to post is sometimes tricky, as it is very finicky.
