Excellent! We manage the social media accounts for several of our clients and utilize Social Pilot for creating several of the posts and scheduling them all. Additionally, we use the Social Pilot Chrome extension on a daily basis to share interesting content we encounter. We consider Social Pilot as one of our most useful and valued tools.

Pros

All of the features we desire at a price point that is below other software in the market.

Cons

We find nothing "con" to say about Social Pilot. We use it everyday on behalf of our clients, have done so for several months and we have not yet encountered a glitch.

### "How it is very Easy to Use "

Pros

Software is very easy to use and user friendly. I can easily post creatives and videos over, all social media platforms and I can get the analytics respectively. It also connects to the Facebook ads, which helps me manage my ads and posting on a single platform. It also connects with remote storage platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive, which reduces my pain of download and upload. Overall Its very useful and handy software

It is overall a very good software to use.

It makes it easy for one person to manage all social media but also it makes it easy to break it up into different sections

Pros

Its very easy to use, and its great to teach people with. The colour coding system is great- we changed for each business

Cons

With Instagram you need to log into Instagram and manually post it. Once I changed the colours it was very easy to use. Thank you

Clean interface that's intuitive, ability to invite team members and clients, ability to queue posts on a set schedule.

Cons

To use bulk upload, photos have to be online -- not on your computer or network server. No integrated social listening or way to monitor mentions.

Overall very good, especially for the price.

Pros

This is a very affordable software that let's you post to a lot of different accounts. Our company manages a lot of social media accounts for our clients and this was way cheaper than other options with all the features.

Cons

Bugs. Things happening for no reason and when we call customer service they seem to have no clue how to help or fix anything.

### "Slick software that gets you most of the way there"

A cheaper alternative to some of the other options out there, it has all of the features you want to get started. As I've worked with it for a year or more, it lacks a few frills I'd like, but I'm still using it so that says everything :-)

Cheap. Straight-forward.

Cons

UI is a bit confusing. No new features in a long time. Requested features not added.

Pros

I have used SocialPilot for Email Marketing and Running Social Campaigns for my previous organizations and It always gave a good ROI. I'll recommend to all social media marketing professionals to always try SocialPilot before making any decision for social media marketing applications.

Cons

As of i am really not sure if it has any cons but it is on the expensive side. Always go for free trial and then make decision whether it will be good for your company or not.

Social Pilot has been very useful for small social media managers like me. However, it has a lof of areas to improve on.

Pros

Good value. Simple and Essential Features. Customer service is Excellent!

Cons

User interface is not intuitive. Problem with posting videos on Facebook. There is no one year report for the account. No connection with Instagram. The icons of the FB accounts do not appear on the web app making it difficult to access the correct account for posting.

Pros

It's easy to use. It's easy to identify which client you are posting for, as someof the other tools on the market can get confusing. I like the reporting

Cons

Would like the reporting to be more versatile, where you can select a specific date range. Would like better support, and on-boarding of the tool. I have the premium package, but to this day nobody has contacted me to take me through a tour of the software, perhaps via skype. I have also put in support requests via the online chat system regarding reporting queries and have received no feedback.

I love the ease of using the product. It is an excellent product of which I will continue to use! It saves me so much time and there have been no issues with posting to multiple social media accounts!

Pros

This software saves me so much time! I can quickly add one post and schedule it to multiple social media accounts!

Cons

When using it for Pinterest, you have to add each board to the account. I would love to see the ability to add posts to Pinterest via Social Pilot in a much easier way in the future.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the ease of use - you can learn how to use all the functionalities in a few minutes, the price - its one of the best price if you compare what this tool gives to you, and the reliability.

Cons

What I like the least is the calendar layout - if you have a lot of accounts and a lot of posts in 1 day, its almost impossible to see the posts and sometimes the image that appear as preview is not the same the is posted.

### "Saves me a lot of time every week."

Pros

I can do all my Social Media scheduling in one place and be done with it. Before using Social Pilot I used several different services for scheduling various social media posts and it took me a lot of time and was difficult to keep track of.

Cons

For some reason when I schedule a post on Facebook I keep hearing from people that they can't share that post to their friends on Facebook.

Great!

Pros

I prefer Social pilot because it allows more functionality and control over Hootsuite. The reason its not a perfect rating is because I did need support and its not always intuitive. However, their support line is very responsive.

Cons

I got stuck on getting the second linked in account connected and wouldn't tell me what I had to do to fix it. Also, no intrusions on how to add the social pilot icon to your browser bar to easily attach articles to your post.

Useful for a contract worker or agency needing to schedule posts on many accounts.

Pros

\-Large capacity for accounts -Ability to easily schedule on multiple accounts -UI is mostly streamlined and simple to use -Built-in reporting features -Added functionality like link shorteners

Cons

\-No Instagram reporting metrics -No direct posting to Instagram (just sends photo/description to your phone for manual posting) -No ability to view timelines, messages, etc. (although understandable that they focus just on content scheduling)

Helped to reduce the time I needed to put towards running social media, allowing me to focus on other projects and hence - saving money!

Pros

I got the year long subscription and use this for about 6 months before switching. My Social media manager used it very well to post to all my accounts. I enjoyed a lot of the bulk uploading and scheduling.

Cons

IN the end I ended up getting a better deal with another Social media manager that made me swap. If I did not get that better deal I would have stayed with them.

### "Easy to set up, yet the UX is a bit confusing "

It was obviously created in India and it's supported by Indians, so those in the United States might not appreciate that, but overall the tool is definitely worth the money. They look to be one of the few groups that support video feeds, in which I'm really interested.

Pros

It's pretty easy to set up. Eventually they're going to accept video feeds which is lovely.

Cons

I do not like the navigation or the ux it's slightly non-intuitive.

I love that I can use multiple social media accounts, and have to log in far less than I had to my social media accounts.

Cons

It was difficult to get Instagram to work on the program. I logged in multiple times and for some reason had a lot of trouble.

Overall I was pleased with the platform, but they should really have a free version for entry-level onboarding of people who want to get started with their platform.

Pros

if you're just looking to organize and schedule your social media posts, this was a pretty good option (though not free like some other options).

Cons

the reporting and analyzing side of things is where I wasn't completely sold on Social Pilot in comparison to their competitors. And when I was testing it out, they didn't have a way to monitor inboxes... looks like that has since changed!

### "Great tool for scheduling content"

I love using Social Pilot to schedule content for multiple accounts. For some accounts I have a year's worth of posts all ready to post. I find the price very competitive, especially with the features you get, plus new things are rolling out all the time. Make sure you check it out.

### "Good but not for us"

We used SocialPilot on a trial basis and found that, while the software would be okay for some smaller companies, it is not a good fit for us. We do a lot of tagging on Facebook and LinkedIn and this product doesn't allow you to do that. Would also be a bit easier to use if there were multiple status update boxes on one page instead of posting to twitter and then starting again for Facebook and then again for LinkedIn/Google+.

Pros

Self explanatory; Can use multiple Twitter handles and Google+ profiles

Cons

Time consuming to update each social site's statuses one at a time. Would be better if they were all on page instead of having to start over for each site.

Pros

Easy to use, and best value I have found as a complete social media management tool. Offer complete details on each post as well and connecting all your important social media accounts.

Cons

Never found any negative issues or have experienced any negative issue with the program. If there was one thing I would add is more details on analytics for each post. What is provided has been very useful.
