**Overall:** Fabulous. Great service and superb product. Happy to recommend this anywhere I go in the future to my clients and colleagues.

**Pros:** Great service from \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team at nutshell who were patient and very friendly and helped resolve my issues.

**Cons:** The fact I cannot use the WhatsApp integration in the UK - at the moment the section which allows marketing via WhatsApp is not yet available in the UK.

"Nutshell is the BEST"

**Overall:** FAR exceeded our expectations coming over from ACT that we had used for 20 years. We can't say enough how much we enjoy working with, and benefit from using, Nutshell.

**Pros:** Where to start: 1. Database filtering is awesome 2. Emarketing tools are easy to use 3. Marketing metrics capture is very helpful 4. Customer support is outstanding, whether same day online chat, or easily setting up a video call back

**Cons:** 1\. Some of the canned reports could have broader functionality 2. Would like to see an ability to create custom reports. All of the data is there, but extracting it in a customizable, meaningful report format is lacking.
