Simplicity of use and integrity of programming. Dependable and error free for the most part.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. Good collection methods for data and fair on integration with other programs and apps.

Cons

Need more customizing capability at the user level. Markets, clients and other economic variables change rapidly both in size and scope and it would be helpful to get on board when the change occurs rather than working through it.

Cons

There are alot of different filters and reporting options which can be a little overwhelming and something tough to follow

Focus attention and feedback on the last time I connected with someone

Pros

Integrates well with Gmail, easy to set up, nice integration with Mail Chimp. Much more intuitive than other CRMs I have used.

Cons

Not set up for a commercial real estate business so I had to do a lot of work arounds. Reporting not robust for sharing with clients. Required me to get a separate lease transaction management software but that doesn't integrate with Nutshell.

Nutshell is a simple yet effective CRM. We are a small business and Nutshell works perfectly for tracking our sales processes.

Pros

It's easy, self explanatory, good interface. The customer service is that nutshell provides is remarkable. Every time I've had a question they have responded very promptly.

Cons

The reporting can be somewhat limited for custom reports, but all of the basic reporting is great.

Pros

It helps me to keep track of contacts and jot down notes after I have finished talking with them. At the end of the month, I need to compile them. This has made it so easy.

Cons

I need to learn more about the software to know what a con would be. Right now, I would like it to tell me the people I have not visited for awhile. It may be able to do that now. Not sure.

Love how organized it keeps me, and the information trail it keeps for each account. Tags are extremely useful.

Cons

Love the mass email feature, but really need to be able to attach files when emailing within Nutshell.

Helps organize our leads and work together collaboratively. Also helps me keep track of tasks. I can make calls from it.

Cons

Quality of calls sometimes are not good. Also my tasks get lost sometimes. It would be good to integrate them into my calendar somehow.

Pros

The software has made managing our leads and customers much easier. The new reporting feature is great!

Cons

There have been changes made to the software that affect the way we use the program. Things that we were sold on and were a major part of our usage within the program. I also think that the panda dock integration could use some additional features and functions.

The ease of use is quite impressive. In addition the ability to quickly manipulate and crate different views is nice to have in a small business where we don't have time to engage IT resources for internal purposes.

Cons

The reporting functionality leaves a lot to be desired. It would be great if there the mobile app did not crash as much and offered more functionality.

Pros

The updates, always changing and improving. I also like how it is integrated with my email. Just the other day I had given feedback and suggestions on improving the software, then I got a email a week later and they have already added it so really like that.

Cons

Sometimes the system has downtime. They have temporary issues from time to time, and when they do, I can't get anything done. Usually it's very few and far in between.

Nutshell is CRM software which is great for use in selling your services or products and with our company having multiple offices we use it in a couple locations and it works as hoped for

Cons

Setting up software and learning how to best use it as a tool in selling and customer retention takes time but worth it but it does take a learning curve

It's very easy to use. There's no fluff in your way to get through recording good notes on sale leads. There's not much training required.

Cons

Reporting is very weak. You will not know important KPI or deal flow info from this CRM.

Pros

The UI and overall usability of the software. It's nice to be able to assign leads to the other sales person and share our updates.

Cons

The inability to edit activities without going to a new page. Ideally just a quick entry option for activities and leads.

Pros

Amazing support! They were there whenever I needed them. Nothing better than instant chat support. Easy product to use, configure, and support from an Internal IT perspective. When we were forced away from using them, it was very easy to get all our data out.

Cons

Nothing at all comes to mind. They were great to work with and the product fully solved our CRM issues.

Easy to use and navigate. Once you know how to do something, it is pretty straightforward figuring things out from there.

Cons

I would like a slightly better customer summary area. Maybe instead of optional notes, some kind of way to keep all the important information about the customer in one place

Cons

Pros

Pretty easy to navigate and find information. The ability to attach files and to keep up with history.

Cons

Last year the dashboard was changed and we don't like the new layout. we prefer the old one as the To Do list is not so important for us.

Integration with calendars and phone app. All customer interactions are streamlined and visible to the entire team. Bcc@nutshell is the best feature.

Cons

Inability to upload existing sales data for current customers. We would love to be able to proactively stay on top of customers that maybe trailing off. Would love to see that feature added.

Pros

Nutshell is by far the best CRM product I've used. I find it to be useful and intuitive. I especially like the business card scanning tool, along with the many other available functions. Customer service is great as well.

Cons

My only issue with Nutshell is there being no way to veiw recent activity and lack of a dashboard. There has been a few crashes while I was attempting to view notes, but as of the update, it's no longer an issue.
