The software helped me think about my sales process.

Pros

Cloud subscription and integration with Microsoft Office365 means that I can work from anywhere using multiple devices (i.e. computer, tablet, smartphone).

Cons

Pro has features really needed by small business owner. I will eventually have to upgrade or find another CRM tool. I can only set up one sales process. Because my government and commercial customers do not follow the same buying process, I have two different sales processes.

Prioritizing my leads and a platform I actually like to use!

Pros

Its east to add, sort and prioritize my leads, which is very important in achieving my sales targets

Cons

Limits within the program that stop me amending aspects that would suit me better if I could change them, I appreciate that there probably needs to some limitations though!

Pros

Nutshell has a lot to offer in the customer relationship management (CRM) world. Easy to sync with your existing email accounts, contacts, customer notes, etc. The overall experience with Nutshell has been extremely smooth and everything feels very intuitive.

Cons

I've only been using Nutshell for a few months, but so far I have no gripes. One thing that others have mentioned to me is that the software doesn't have a large array of languages to select from.

have been looking for a CRM solution for a while, probably looked at them all. We were looking for easy use and good reminders for follow ups that could also integrate with our mailchimp account. Nutshell has been great, set up was easy and the learning curve was quick, it has really helped us keep on top of new and existing accounts.

Pros

The dashboard! To be able to go to one place and see everything that I have to do that day is really nice.

Cons

I would like a template and to do list from that template. We do a lot of print ordering and it would be nice to have an order template that shows the steps of a print order and we can just check them off as we go.

Pros

Friend of mine has a small website and wanted something to help with the customers, Nutshell did the job and it did it great. Implementation was fast and painless, integration with Google Apps was a great surprise.

Cons

What bothered me when helping my friend set this up was the search function - as if the algorithm was simply ignoring the queries. Also UI could use an improvement.

We get a cost effective CRM that frees up cash flow for use elsewhere in our business.

Pros

Nutshell offers a unique ability to tag people in activities and run reports on calling activities for my sales reps.

Cons

Every lead typically has a company or contact. But if you don't save the activity in the lead, and instead under the company or individual contact, you can't see it when your client calls in regarding the sale they want service for, so your customer service is hindered and your sales people look like they don't know the history of the account. It's embarrassing to use this software because Nutshell says they are only helping to land the sale, not support it, but this mindset about how they build their software results in a horrible disconnect with regards to how we are forced to serve our customers, and thus we are using a CRM that doesn't support the full life cycle of a sale. We keep hoping Nutshell will fix this and improve because their customer service is great, and their people mean well, but after several years of patiently waiting, we are concerned that we may never see this problem fixed. The mobile app also has so many glitches with the UX that it can't even compare the experience to how you can use leads in a web browser. Further, when we have a customer call in to ask about their account, the recent leads puts the oldest first in the list, which means we have to scroll through several hundred orders just to open the last order we did for that client. If you are trying to sell to a major corporate account with multiple facilities / departments, forget it with Nutshell; linking subcompanies / vendors / partners / other locations is a nightmare in Nutshell.

We used Nutshell as our first CRM as on the surface it had good features, however, when we grew and it came time to migrate to a custom CRM we had built, it was near impossible to export our data and the support team was absolutely useless. I would avoid using Nutshell.

We found a bit unclear how to perform data management without duplicates initially. Was solved without too many issues thanks to customer support

Nutshell gives you a good experience and it doesn't let you down even if it has some cons. One can't say its not a good deal.

Pros

Nutshell allows me to easily keep track of everything like which sales I am working on and which customer i need to call. User interface is very impressive, colorful and easily nevigable. It also has a very good and reasonable price.

Cons

Its functions are actually nice but sorted in a messive way. And I also really hate the search part of this tool because it rarely finds me what I need.

Pros

User experience is pretty great. I love the interface. It's very intuitive. We are still ramping up in sales- so we will see if Nutshell will be able to scale with us.

Cons

It's a love hate really- I love that it pulls Social media profiles of leads. However 1 out of 20 are incorrect.

I am in Nutshell every single day and find it extremely easy to use and navigate. I schedule my meetings and calls through Nutshell and then will log the activities at the end of the day with notes on each activity. Nutshell makes it easy to search for previous notes, contacts, emails, etc... I also send all of my emails to my Nutshell account and so it makes it easy to have everything in one centralized place.

I work at a marketing agency and we have been using Slack for years. So we tried lots of apps that work together with Slack. Whenever there was a CRM info we had to know, Nutshell would warn us through Slack.

Cons

Nothing at all. When we switched the platform, we stopped using it.
