Pros

Very user friendly. Quick to learn and quick to navigate.

Cons

It would be nice if it would integrate with Google or something so when I add a new company, much of the info could auto populate. Perhaps I don't know how to do it, but I set up automated reminder emails for quotes - I wish the reminder included the attachment.

Its been great at helping to streamline our sales progress and help transform our organization into a team of capable sales people.

Pros

Its simple to use, and straightforward. It integrates email and other platforms directly, making it easy to see responses from clients in one place. It also allows for a more collaborative sales process, as you can easily see which tasks your colleagues have completed and see their communication too.

Cons

It does not make it easy to log repeat customer transactions, membership/subscription based services.

### "Hours of Researching the BEST CRM Paid Off!"

We spent a few months, literally ENDLESS hours, researching CRMs, comparing the different pros and cons. And I'm SO HAPPY we went with Nutshell. It has brought a new level of organization and sanity to our business! I appreciate how user friendly the interface is from the size of the font to the functionality! It's crazy how many CRMs feel like you're writing code trying to use them! And we're able to follow up so much faster with new leads which makes all the difference in the end.

Pros

I love the customization of pipelines, being able to turn strong leads "orange" in color so they stand out. It's so helpful to see if leads/clients successfully received our emails and opened them. We use the email drip sequences a lot, and I can't say enough about how much value those add to our clients.

Cons

sitting here thinking and thinking, and honestly not sure! LOL Not sure if this is a Nutshell issue or our issue. But our stages in the pipeline often get bottlenecked. Always trying to figure out how to organize better to keep things streamlining more efficiently.

Nutshell is helping our sales team in significant ways. Our pipeline and revenue boards are great motivators. As we set KPIs with our team, we are seeing some great competition and increased sales!

Pros

The pipeline feature is great but I also really appreciate how Nutshell syncs to my email and tracks all contacts made. The automations and AI features are helping us in big ways!

Cons

Very few things really. I wish the People and Companies synced in a cleaner way, but it's not bad.

8/10, has most of the functionality I like. I'd like to have recommendations on my dashboard page of who the most engaged prospects are currently so I can be reminded to follow up.

Pros

Functionality is great. Tracking, reporting and customizable dashboards are very helpful.

Cons

When an email bounces in Gmail, due to a bad email address, it doesn't take someone out of that campaign.

Nutshell has made keeping up with and closing sales so much easier. We have used other platforms in the past but Nutshell is what has worked the best by far. It is intuitive, has all the features we need to stay organized, and is easy to collaborate as a team all in one place.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use! It is the most organized sales platform I have operated, and it has transformed our business. Game changer!

Cons

I had some issues with syncing my email in the beginning but it was easily resolved and all the information I needed was in the Nutshell help feature.

Very good. First time using a CRM and this one has been simple to learn and easy to navigate. I like the customizable dashboard.

Pros

I love the duplicate feature to prevent the same client being entered. I also like to divide the clients by state and leads won.

Cons

I do not have any dislikes with the program, but it does seem to lag after a contact is recorded. It can take several minutes.

Really a useful tool in my business. I can create the processes I need to run my business quickly, the automation is good, and I can expand/contract my services as I need to. The support is excellent, too - they quickly answer questions and fix problems.

Pros

It does everything I need - email, phone, keeps my cadence on track with reminders. It's easy to use, and the activity and sales reports are exactly what I need to keep myself doing my daily activity and checking my results.

Cons

There aren't any real negatives. I can set it up to do what I need it to do the way I want to do it.

Tracks sales and customers. We use different pipelines for different approaches within out nonprofit and that works okay for us.

Reliance on AI. We are trying to get away from relying on AI for interpersonal matters.

There are a lot of settings, which can get confusing. There are also not a lot of features that allow someone to manage the tracking for another.

I like most about nutshell that you can filter many things to find exactly what you're looking for within the software.

I like least about nutshell that when a customer calls you back after using nutshell to call them you can't record the call.

Easy to get started, easy to integrate with my email. Nice to be able to have all of that communication with my team

Pros

Exactly what I need to log contacts, emails, phone calls, sales interactions. Really important to be able to see what my teammates have done with sales and other contacts, and leads in our industry.

Cons

No issues, but I'll admit I'm a simple user and don't require that many features. Some of my team uses the more complicated features.

Pros

The simplicity of Nutshell is what makes it a great tool. Also, the automated reminders are a great feature for our sales team.

Cons

The map feature is not 100% accurate but has improved over our time with Nutshell.

Pros

It is very easy to use with a team, we tag each other on notes when working on proposals and it helps keep us all looped in. Overall it is a great system and very helpful to our company.

Often it slows down and freezes, which can be an issue.

After learning how to best use Nutshell, it has changed the way I do sales. It makes me faster, more efficient, and more relationship focused. Talking to so many people every day, it can be hard to remember every single detail about everyone.

Pros

It keeps great record of calls I've made, relationships with clients, scheduling. Click to Call is by far the best thing about nutshell, it makes calling leads super easy.

Cons

Before learning how to use Nutshell, I was kind of clueless about what was going on and just using it to write in companies names essentially. Which was kind of on me, but it did take some time to learn everything regardless.

We are in early stages of leveraging Nutshell to its fullest but knowing that our needs were unique the migration process from Salesforce was critical to our adoption. The Nutshell team made this a fairly smooth transition and were there to assist at every step along the way. They have a success team assigned to their clients which is extremely important.

Pros

Nutshell is very intuitive. Having migrated from Salesforce, it is nice to see that we can report on basic business metrics with a few clicks rather than requiring a degree in Information Technology to get to the same information. There are also some power user types of features that you only see in some of the enterprise solutions out there. That is an incredible advantage for a small to medium size organization.

Cons

This is not a con for us at the moment but you will most likely give up the ability to completely customize your CRM for the features and benefits that cover nearly everything that most small to medium size organizations require.
