Pros The colour of blue is nice. Good job on updating the visuals of your UI. Cons It crashes every single day, terrible user experience. Pros It was reliable and consistent. We never really saw many errors or bugs that actually interfered with our work, so thats a huge plus. Cons I remember we had one minor incident with the reporting, but even it was resolved after a short chat with support. Pros As the owner of a boutique consulting firm, I needed a CRM, but so many of them were intimidating -- because they're built for enterprises, and we're significantly smaller. I find Nutshell very intuitive and easy to use. It's got so much functionality, and I appreciate that I can get what I need "in a nutshell" and then add new capabilities as I go, versus all at once with enterprise systems.
