i work with subbly since 3 years and i'm very satisfied. I'm always improving my web site very easy. Each time I move someting in my business, i'm able to manage this with subbly. I earn money with subbly, and the solution is not that expansive. I never had any problemn with payment processing and security.

Pros

great for subscription business ; easy to use when you start ; special UX for a subscription business ; all payments available (paypal, stripe, credit card), inventory management is easy ; you can also sell one-time product, you can do every thing you need

Cons

I'm not an expert in web design so first it wasn't so easy for me to make a nice web site and UX, but now the IA subbly website builder is available and you can do every thing you need very easy with a great web design, optimized UX and conversion rate

Subbly has been an irreplaceable part of my subscription box business since the beginning. They have simplified what was an overwhelming component of starting my Tiny Paws Box business. Subbly University literally walks you through every step. The pre-designed customizable templates make it easy to get your site up and running. It provides the tools to create coupon and special offers and even to add a blog to your site. Their level of customer support is second to none. They are extremely responsive and eager to help you solve any challenge. I highly recommend Subbly.

Pros

Subbly's ease of use, pre-designed templates and responsive customer support are a big win! It simplified the process of designing a successful website for Tiny Paws Box, setting up the subscription and even create marketing tools such as discounts and coupons for growth.

Cons

After using Subbly for a few years, I haven't found a negative yet. What I lacked in knowledge, I was able to find in their Subbly University.

Pros

Subbly has been absolutely amazing! Their customer service went above and beyond. They sent me several personalized videos showing how to use their website builder and even extended my free trial. They also invited me to try their new AI website builder which was such a cool bonus. I’m so glad I chose Subbly to create my website. They’ve truly made the process so easy and enjoyable!

No cons they were great. They were able to help me with anything I had questions on in a very timely manner.

Pros

I can’t say enough good things about Subbly! As the owner of a subscription box business, I needed a platform that was reliable, easy to use, and adaptable to my specific needs – Subbly delivers on all fronts. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage subscriptions, update products, and track customer data. But what truly sets Subbly apart is their amazing customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or needed guidance, their support team has gone above and beyond to help. Cons

That said, there are a couple of areas where I feel Subbly could improve. Having this feature would make it easier to highlight the quality of individual products and encourage repeat purchases.

Great to work with a company also in start up period. The more established ones may be well built when you join, but you don't get much say in how they progress. When you deal with Subbly team you are dealing with real people, not chatbots. Keeping digital personal.

Pros

Great response time with queries, awesome UXP, clear dashboard and a nice and stable website.

Cons

Payment systems for customers were a bit clunky back in the day, but one of the great things about Subbly is you can ask them to add options and once enough members ask the same thing they do. Payment systems up to standard of other platforms now.

Overall my experience has been great, and I look forward partnering with Subbly.

Pros

What i like most about Subbly is are the features available to customize your website and designs. I also like how responsive the support team has been in answering all of my questions and helping me through any issues I had in a timely manner. I also commend the fact that they have multiple instructional videos explaining how to use the features offered to build your site the right way.

Cons

The complexity of some of the tools and features to use to build and/or integrate into your sight can be a bit trivial to use or learn how to use for the average website builder/business person.

Subbly has been incredible, I only wish I'd discovered it sooner. As a subscription business, this offers we everything I need - from product creation, checkout setup, to website building and design and email automations. I've done everything myself all within the free trial period of Subbly - when website designers had quoted between $5000-$10000 to do it for me. It's so much better to do it yourself, not just the savings, but to understand your system and to be able to make any minor adjustments yourself whenever you like, without relying on someone else and incurring those ongoing costs.

Pros

The customer service is out of this world. \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular have gone over and above explaining things to me, being very friendly and patient, and even filming demonstration videos. I love how user-friendly everything is - its so clean, clear and simple (though I have needed help because my subscription service is a little complicated). THEN I noticed your website builder - I actually had already made a website recently with Square - and now I'm rebuilding the entire thing. Your website builder is insane. To just drag and drop elements, to be able to customise how everything looks so easily, to be able to embed code myself (as a non-tech person!), to have everything integrate seemlessly with my products. I can tell that this business has been setup by a perfectionist who wants to get every part right for subscription businesses - and I'm here for it!!

Cons

I'd love the currency converter to be included in your basic plan, I think this is a really essential feature for a lot of businesses. Also if integrating with social media was one of your drag and drop elements.

I can not get over the fact that I got to speak with a REAL human being (\[sensitive content hidden\]), and a lovely one at that! He was so helpful and encouraging about our new business and assuring us that he will help anytime we need it. This is a tremendous benefit when compared to other website platforms out there (that I won't name). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Nothing to be unsatisfied with! We are just beginning and so far it has been wonderful!

great way to grow a business, great customer service, and the videos and quick replies from customer service is helpful!

Pros

Though it took me a while, it was quite easy to use, there are options for single items and subscriptions which is a nice way to set things up. I'm happy my customers are able to manage their account much easier on this system

Cons

It took me forever to set up and I needed external help. THAT SAID, I am not a great tech person. So if you're more of a techie than I, you should be just fine.

Poor customer service, chatbot kept repeating the same response despite my explaining the issue. The survey would not accept a nil response number, so couldnt progress alteration of extras. The conclusion was a brand new client lost.

Pros

I liked the ease I had to make a website. It was pretty drag and drop, which coming from WordPress (where it had such a steep learning curve), was a Godsend. Especially because I had to run my business in the background too. I also liked the help of almost all my questions with their library. They have videos, articles and if you really need it, you can message or have a conference call it get someone to explain features. Also, it's reassuring to know that your customer data and info is in good hands. If there's an issue, there's a group of people who can hold your hand and help you.

Cons

It was still a learning curve which is to be expected. However, when you learn Subbly's features it feels like you're caging yourself in because there's much less customizability (unlike WordPress). There were several instances where I had to change parts of my business because Subbly wasn't capable of some of the things I was asking. It can be pretty frustrating because you're molding your business to adapt to Subbly, when I thought the platform would be a good tool for my business to be better. So, I think maybe making the platform more customizable in the future, would help people who are moving from WordPress not lose the freedom to make their business however they want without compromising so much, so having to change parts of their model to adapt to Subbly.

I love that it's set up for one purpose, subscriptions. I also like the help that the staff gives to help you get to where you need to be.
