The support chat is second to none, they come back to you so quick and always have the answer. Cons Not able to add discount codes for individual products/subscriptions, they apply to everything or nothing. Currently don't accept PayPal. Some features cost extra which is too expensive for a small business love my own. Pros I liked that I, who has no prior knowledge of anything like this, have been able to set up a subscription based business using this as a one-stop shop, including building a website. Whenever I have a question I have received an answer within an hour every time, and the answer has been useful and solved my problems. I even managed to link the website I built to a domain first time! Cons The part that caused me some problems was making the website appear consistent on both the desktop and mobile version. Pros My favorite thing is their customer service. They jumped in when I had questions on how to integrate it into my Wix website and did for me. I decided to go with Subbly because of their customers reviews and I have been happy with them. Cons They do not have all of the functions I wanted but I couldn't find a company that did have everything. They do have a feature where they let you submit different function ideas to them. I explored some other e-comm platforms before finding Subbly, and immediately connected with the layout. Also, their team seems to work 24 hours a day to answer any and all questions, and even plug into your account to fix issues for you. Very cool! I think the website builder is easy to use. Cons You are limited to what the functions of the website (although you can add custom html) so if you want something super bespoke then this isn't the thing but then that's not what it's about.
