Pros

I had a rare edge case technical issue and the Subbly team spent hours helping figure it out, even though I was still in the free trial period. The software works perfectly, and the team went above and beyond to solve my problem. I use the embedded checkout in a WordPress site.

Cons

I haven't had any problem yet.

I cannot praise these guy's enough for their efforts. I hope they never lose what makes them what they are right now.

Pros

Super easy to use, and intuitive. Its like it was designed by a person.

Cons

I thought there was a thing I didn't like, so I reported it, turns out I just didnt know what I was doing. The owners are great.

We wanted to add a subscription option to our site so we switched over to Subbly. I'm so glad we did because it's opened the door for us to improve our entire online presence, way more than just adding subscription services.

Pros

The features and customizations are plentiful and you don't need to be an expert in web design to utilize them.

Cons

There are a few areas I'd like to see more customization for (e.g., blog post styling) but that's a nitpicky complaint relative to everything that's great.

Easy to use and customer support is exceptional. I would highly recommend Subbly if you're looking to build a subscription based business model.

Cons

Not many cons with this platform however I did find it difficult to remove old customer's information after a set period of time.

Pros

I love that this platform was built with subscription boxes or products in mind. It has features I would not have thought to ask for.

Cons

I don’t like the toolbars very much. They aren’t very intuitive.

My overall experience is excellent. My web designer and I both found the information to be useful and the customer service is the best.

Pros

I'm not good with technology but the setup of my account was easy and didn't give me a lot of anxiety.

Cons

I don't no if there is anything that I least liked about the software.
