Comments: This tool helps managing the status of your tasks and notify you via the emails as needed. The calendar view looks really great and colorful. It helps with schedule management easily for your projects. But the software graphics are not very good overall and the look can be improved.

Cons: user interface needs to be improved.

Pros: DocMinder is limited with functionality but provides a couple unique features. It helps connecting to external apps and keeps us notified for our tasks. It is easy to use and has a clean interface.

Cons: Based upon current functionality it works great. Some more features can be added for collaboration.

Recommendations to other buyers: Good for notification purpose and connecting to other apps to management emails etc. Worth getting it.

Pros: DocMinder helps with a number of features. One of the good functionality is getting notifications from this tool. DocMinder can integrate with existing drives or file sharing system easily. It helps with their email system to automate various tasks. The reporting tool helps a lot with custom reports.

Cons: The application does not work great on mobile phones. This is one area which can be improved and worked upon. The interface looks old but is simple to find things.

Recommendations to other buyers: DocMinder has good features regarding notifications, calendar view and a few others. This can be used by individuals or small businesses.

Pros: The product makes our lives so much easier by eliminating the individual tracking and reminding on the frequent, large scale surveys that we have to do within our firm. The vendor is very responsive to our needs and is very willing to work with us to find workable solutions.

Cons: I don't really have any dislikes of the product or vendor.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do an actual trial and if you can't figure things out on your own, ask your vendor to help. They were instrumental in helping us learn to use the product correctly.

Pros: This product can help ease the burden of following and tracking items from any realm of the business. It can be used to track progress of a project to reminding the appropriate people to take action on items that are not routine and could get lost in the shuffle.

Cons: Currently the product takes some training and use to become familiar with typical day to day use. It needs to be made more user friendly to get extended use by many.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look at your broad range of needs and see if you can use this product to manage the activity of your operation. The vendor is willing to listen and can advise you on how to use or modify the product to help in many areas.

Pros: We can now manage the contract review process to ensure we are not missing review deadlines, and using the dashboard we can see which tasks need escalating. Previously, we had to rely on the manual update of a spreadsheet, which was an administration nightmare, and occasionally we let things fall through the gap, which has proved costly. DocMinder allows us complete control over critical tasks and takes very little effort to administer.

Cons: Alerts are sent via email. Templates are provided which appearance-wise could be improved. We understand, however, that WordTech are making improvements in this area.

Recommendations to other buyers: Let your imagination run riot. DocMinder can be used for so many areas of our business for example to manage tasks such as new hire, employee appraisals, project management, contract review and document approval.
