"Unless things have changed, save your money, shop around"

**Overall:** Yotpo had a really great sales pitch, promised us the world - However during integration they duplicated points in users accounts, not as many customizations as promised, and it's super expensive

**Pros:** The reporting was very efficient, you could drill down into a customer portfolio and see all the earned/spent points at any given time. You have the ability to pull multiple variations of reports

**Cons:** It is extremely expensive, they promised the world and really underdelivered. We were not able to customize like they said in sales pitch.

**Reasons for Switching to Yotpo:** Smile wasn't capable of splitting out our B2B from DTC without custom coding.

"#1 Review Software"

**Pros:** Basically the number 1 review software, integrates well with our CRM and makes it easy to take action

**Cons:** The integration for replying to user questions submitted via Yotpo x Gorgias in particular is a bit clunky
