Pros Ease of use, and the ability to integrate tightly into our website. All reviews are housed on our end, not a third party site. The admin interface is easy to use, and for the most part, everything is self-explanatory. The customer service was excellent. The sales team was knowledgeable without overselling their solution. Our account manager is responsive and was eager to help out especially during the startup phase. Cons If I could request one feature it would be additional design flexibility on the email side. I also found the Yotpo to Klaviyo integration useful to display real reviews. Cons Sometimes when loading up the reviews in the interface you have to refresh the screen to populate the reviews. Instantly started getting reviews. Easily able to design the emails, setup google rich snippets, etc. I haven't really had a need for support because everything just works. Cons I am on a smaller tier, but it would be nice to have access to a business development team. To help me concept out how best to utilize yotpo for our business type. February 28, 2017 4.0 Yotpo is a great tool to add to a site that wants to automate reviews, social marketing and other tasks for their operation. It does take some finesse to achieve the right balance (e.g. you just cannot auto-post every review to social media without causing a lot of unfollows/un-likes). It's way better than the standard version included with Bigcommerce. We only get 50 free emails to customers a month, with mixed results, but that might not necessarily be the fault of yotpo. Cons I'd like to see more of the features activated in the free version. We don't have that many online orders so it's a toss up whether or not it makes sense to pay for the upgrade. Pros Very easy to manage and good notifications. Cons The integration was difficult for me, but I'm not that savvy with code. June 5, 2018 4.0 Yotpo helps us generate reviews and answer questions quickly. Pros I like the automated emails that show when a new review/question has been submitted. I like being able to filter/search for specific types of reviews/questions quickly. We use onsite review widget and targeted review requests. Set up is easy and support is very helpful. Cons Our product is unique in that it takes about 4-6 months before seeing results. It would be nice to send automated review requests at that time, but the max is 90 days after purchase. We've been using it for 3 years and have no plans on leaving soon (unless the price goes way up) Pros The impact you get on your website VS the cost for the platform is fantastic. It integrates with Google and Facebook easily, is very user friendly for the user and company, works for multiple websites under one YotPo admin, and support is good.
