Overall the tool is very useful and does not have a lot of downsides. Worth the investment.

Pros

The tool is very easy to set up and integrate. The free trial version gives you a good feel for the capabilities and offerings.

Cons

The scalability of the tool is limited. It is useful and gives good insights when you have a small handful of products but becomes heavy when using for a large portfolio.

Yotpo is a great tool to gather honest customer feedback regarding your companies performance. Yotpo is not geographically based so it's the best tool for national businesses.

Pros

Not geographically limited.

Cons

Need to do more with video

I honestly regret every minute and dollar spent with this company.

Pros

The review functionality is pretty robust.

Cons

The cost is insane and the promise of assistance is huge but never delivered. We got no discernable results from a full year of use and after removal we began to grow at a better clip. Service and solutions were terrible, internal setup is designed to cost a lot and doesn't add value.

love that we can filter negative reviews and attempt to resolve the issues with the customers without them being posted automatically.

Cons

it can be clunky. we have had some issues with it implemented on the site.

Pros

Easy to use. Support staff very helpful. I am able to select reviews I want to show. I am able to post reviews to social media which I really like. Overall great software.

Cons

I pretty much like this software all around. Least -- maybe it would be nice to have someone available for support 24/7 - but the pricing would not support that I am sure.

Overall it Has Beeh great and appears to be helping with our SEO very much as well.

Pros

Love how easy it is to integrate this software, It pretty much does it all for you but also allows you to review and/or decline any if needed

Cons

I do wish the coupon aspect of this software was a bit easier and better. Our customers constantly get codes that do not even work and then we have to make manual ones.

Plug and play review capture that we use throughout our funnel. Really easy to use experience that multiple team members can utilize.

Pros

Ease of use. The ability to create Rules and let them run in the background. Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and sharing that with our product development team to improve our products.

Cons

The organization of reviews could be better. All reviews and photos should be displayed in chronological order from newest to oldest than other filters can be applied on top of those. Also a text analysis to see what are the most common used words and associating that with positive and negative reviews would be so helpful to have.

This is a useful review management tool but not as streamlined and user friendly as other software I have used.

Pros

Yotpo is great for gathering reviews post purchase. It also makes it ease to vet and publish reviews to our site and social media. We currently use the paid version but the free version has a decent selection of features.

Cons

Would be great if Yotpo integrated with our email platform so we wouldn't have to recreate templates from scratch. The navigation and usability is not as easy as I want it to be but once you get used to it, it isn't that bad.

I really like Yopo's interface and the ability to moderate reviews. Very helpful and useful.

Pros

Yopo has a great integration with Shopify, making it easy to give incentives to customers for writing reviews of our products. And since Yopo owns Swell (a loyalty app), awarding customers with points or rewards for reviews is very easy and convenient too.

Cons

Occasional bugs every once in a while, but Yopo has a great support team that always fixes things pretty quickly.

Pros

We tried the Yotpo Magento extension and it was easy to use on the back-end and provides a few extra functionalities we wouldn't have otherwise had, like photo reviews.

Cons

For the price, you could set up similar functionalities on your own without needing a full-service tool like Yotpo. Their review reminder e-mails actually generated a lot of unsubscribe and spam complaints and harmed our brand's reputation by annoying our customers.

Cons

There are some customizations it lacks (specifically around bundle reviews), and it would be nice to be able to easily change the "REVIEWS" side tab.

Easy plug and play solution for collecting product reviews and photos post-purchase. Integrates with most major shopping carts.

Cons

VERY expensive. Lack of customization (unless you hand them a fortune). Not visually appealing and their pricing tiers and options are no good.

\- Easy to use, - Free trial to get started, - Great options for pricing (scalability), - Automated review emails, - Customizable UI // UX that can be easily changed, - Easy integration into Shopify.

Cons

\- Trial goes pretty quickly in terms of features vs. users (reviews), - Customization definitely takes a developer on staff to make work to it's capability.
