It made our loyalty program and referrals a breeze to set up. Cons I hate when companies don't put their pricing out there in the open and make you contact them for it. I would recommend them for anyone starting out in their email program. They have everything most eCommerce sites would need. If they changed their pricing model, I would go back. Pros The software does almost everything the top-tier players do and is easy to use. The automatic flows make it very easy to get started. Cons If you have a small list, this software is price well however, they charge by the customer, not by the subscriber making them as expensive as the bigger players when your sales climb. We moved to Bronto, considered switching back to Yotpo when our contract was due but pricing made Bronto cheaper, if you can believe it. Pros Easy integration, and pretty much runs itself after that. I appreciate the frequency of updates they seem to be making to the software, and how basic many functions are. Cons The customer service was definitely lacking. Often hard to get a hold of and impolite. I also did not like that if I wanted to use some of the more sophisticated features, I couldn't do a lot of it myself. Certain things had to be done and controlled by the CSM. I’m collecting reviews daily on my products, engaging with customers all while improving credibility to potential customers. Pros So easy to set up and looks great on my product pages. It automatically sends out emails to customers who have purchased, saving me time. Cons Limit to emails each month with free version it includes only 50 emails. The back end is also a little clunky. It took some time to learn it, I’m still not using it to it’s full potential. Reason for choosing Yotpo The aesthetic and ease of installing it. No code knowledge needed. Thank you! They were very patient with us. Pros We purchased this mainly for the loyalty program. It is great to offer our customers a point/loyalty system. It is easy to set rules, bonuses, gift points, etc. Reviews and social placement on our site is nice, but I really focus on the rewards and reviews. Cons We were hoping for more integration with our email service provider we use. We were told that Omnisend worked with them, but it didn't integrate like the sales person told us. Pros The best part of the software is that not only does it collect reviews but it sends out the emails automatically and can post directly to social media.
