May 8, 2017 3.0 Pros The ability to moderate comments and choose if reviews should be product reviews, site reviews, or both is convenient. Cons Many features do not work properly. It continues to ask for reviews of an add on product and not the featured product that the customer has selected, despite the fact that it is set up to ask for a review of the most expensive product in the order AND that we have blacklisted the item which it keeps asking for reviews for. Additionally, our entire prime season, prom, has passed and the platform has been incompatible with the Google star ratings. Its really easy for my customers to use. I love the simple feature of adding a photo. Yotpo staff over live chat are a great support if I have any questions or issues. Pros Easy to use on any device. Pros It's probably the most full featured solution available. I had a client that used Yotpo on BigCommmerce and loved it, but wasn't thrilled about the price. He tried several other programs such as Stamped.io and nothing really compared to Yotpo. In the end, he went back to Yotpo because it's worth the price tag. Pros I used the free features for few months then I upgraded to the growth plan and I am really impressed with the features and specially the support staff they are very quick and responsive in solving all problem faced be it with the installation of codes or adding various features that a particular plan offers. The social push feature came as a surprise when I got a sale from the reviews that were push from my website.i didn't had any idea about that feature. Overall very happy Cons the pricing on the premium plan which I plan on getting in the future for the google rich snippets and manual request for reviews. January 10, 2018 5.0 I really loved how we were able to display out customer's reviews Pros I really like the way Yotpo integrated with our website. It allowed our customers to display fantastic photo reviews of their products. Our customers actually responded saying that they loved that they could see our products on real customers Cons There were some limitations to the software but non that we weren't able to overcome. Owner Retail Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Yotpo - a HUGE added value " December 14, 2018 5.0 Pros We use Shopify and so it was very easy to integrate (with a tiny bit of help from a programmer friend) and the integration seems to be seamless for the most part. Its very easy for our customers to leave product reviews on our site and that has changed everything for us! The added value of in-line customer reviews on our website has increased buyer trust and made all the difference for our sales and growth. Cons It wasn't super easy to install/activate/integrate with my current software. There was a "walk through" but it was above my head and I did have to rely on a programmer to make sure the integration of Yotpo and our Shopify webstore was actually seamless. It has helped generate 1000+ reviews in one year across 3 websites. Without it we only generated 10 reviews per month. Cons Navigating around can be a bit clunky but it's improved significantly over the last year. The new analytics feature is nice. Yotpo has allowed us to do that. We also like being able to communicate with them and resolve any sort of issue they may have had in their buying experience. Cons There is really nothing that I don't like about Yotpo. I have found that it is a huge benefit to our company. It's so easy to use and very intuitive Cons It's very hard to set up and the customer support takes too long to solve issues . Also, the automated emails does not come out sometimes. I have a small e-commerce store running WooCommerce on WordPress. With so many online stores being less than credulous, the ratings and reviews left by customers through the YotPo system puts their mind at easy. The reviews Yotpo facilitates drives our sales on-site, and through facebook ads that we're able to generate directly from the platform. Yotpo is a social proofing win! Pros Yotpo integrates as a plug and play app on the Shopify app store, making installations a breeze. We utilize Yotpo on multiple stores, and I'm able to move between each store with ease. The cost for this was high but luckily they went and introduced a slightly cheaper package that suited my needs. Now pushing out Google ratings and converting customers. A relatively expensive tool. Cons Had the support services fit the code on my site but it has been an ease dealing with the support team so not too much con apart from pricey.
