The system is easy to set up and use and customers respond because it's easy for them too. Product reviews are important for us, we are a small business in a market increasingly dominated by bigger players with massive advertising budget which we can't compete with. We aspire to excellent customer service and satisfaction and TRust - And I think Yotpo helps give new potential customers confidence and certain degree of trust when first visiting what might be to them a completely unknown company. We saw our review response double when we switched to these type of requests. I do wish it was easier to manually add reviews sent to us from other platforms (emailing in is a pain). Pros Email review Cons Adding reviews, using the review widget when you don't have e-commerce or products on your site. A lot of the features seem to cater to small retail business or B2B service. The reviews were very easy to monitor and make sure they were legitimate. Also the reviews are placed very nicely on our site as well. Cons No real flaws I could think of, great software. It was simple to set up, and it generates customer reviews much faster than we were able to do with the built in system that comes with the cart. They are always improving and adding new features. Although I don't like recurring monthly fees, I feel that reviews are important enough for my store that I am willing to pay them in this case. Review Source AS Andrey S. I really like the Content Generation part of the software, especially useful if you have a large social following or community. Cons I don't like the pricing. For a smaller shop, the software is expensive. For an enterprise business, I could see the value at the current pricing. But for us, I will have a hard time renewing in 8 months. Again, my business could afford the cost if I were selling millions. I am not the tech type but their directions were clear and easy to follow. It looks great on our website . We have doubled our customer conversion rate since we installed Yotpo.
