Pros 1\. Acquirell includes amazing Sourcing module that allows us to run RFPs2. All main tools we need: PO management, Contracts, Contractor Database, eSourcing is in one place3. We can sign a contract after RFP4. The tool allows us to conduct some prequalification before running RFP Cons 1\. The tool is mostly designed for procuring physical items rather than services. We had to play with the evaluation criteria to understand how we should procure services2. Invoicing is not included. It is necessary to attach a file3.
