Overall, BestoSys has been a great addition to our clinic. It has simplified appointment scheduling, billing, and patient record management, saving us a lot of time and effort. The interface is easy to use, and the support team is responsive. While there’s room for improvement in customization and integrations, the overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

BestoSys is very user-friendly and has made managing my clinic much easier. I like how all patient records, appointments, and billing are integrated in one place. It saves a lot of time and reduces paperwork.

Cons

Some features take a little time to get used to, especially for new users. A more detailed onboarding or tutorial would make the transition smoother at times

Bestosys is very useful for recording all procedures and making effective treatment plan and inboice

Cons

Prescription entry can be improve. If patients is Allergy to any component (for example- pt is allergic to amoxicillin )than any drug having you select having same component should not be saved ..(as doctors might used to prescribe more than one brand having same content)

Hi, iam a Dental Surgeon, Bestosys user for past 5 years it saves my entire clinic team members time and being more productive, patient informations are safe & secured, their support is fantastic and its entire features value the money worth purchasing the product.

All the features are good enough, with treatment specific reminders, post treatment instructions very beneficial to the patients as well the receptionist.

One stop solution for managing patients, to keep a check on inventory and for communication with the lab. The interface is user friendly and new features are adding up everytime. Bestosys plays a major role in digitalisation of my clinic.i strongly recommend bestosys.

I am using bestosys for around 10 years. I dont find anything to complaint on. As the sotwsre is evolving every year i dont find any hiccups.

Pros

Cloud-based access with a smooth mobile app lets me securely view and manage patient records anytime, anywhere, making daily practice far more efficient.

Cons

Response times from the support team can be slow, and issue resolution isn’t always efficient, which affects workflow when urgent help is needed. If you'd like a shorter or more polished version, I can adjust!

i believe is one of the best clinical software if they fixe the technical issues it would be 100/10.

Pros

the software is very easy to use, it really make the daily work very easy for all the team, the connection whatsapp and now with google calendar is very helpful.

Cons

technical issues happen often, also the connection with google calendar need work, like when you reschedule a patient you end up with 2 or 3 appointments on google, and also if the color would match bestosys and the google calendar it would be helpful.

Excellent. The software and the convenience it gives us, the support from the back end whenever we face any issues is too good to not mention.

Pros

The ease of the learning curve. The beauty of the interface, the simplicity which makes even the newest members of the practice pick it up fast enough.

Cons

So many features and I can’t even get to use them, need some more training for them. Also updates can be scheduled only for holidays, so that practice isn’t affected on workdays

excellent practice management software with great features from pt data management to inventory ;interface is user-friendly and easy to learn, even for non-tech staff. Prompt support and responsive help (often via phone/email)

bugs and issues of hanging especially at peak working hours ;the mobile experience isn’t as strong and needs better performance

Maintaining patient records, treatment plans, and diagnoses has become systematic and consistent, which has genuinely improved my workflow. One thing that stands out is the learning curve—it’s practical and actually helps you become more organised over time rather than overwhelming you. I haven’t faced any bugs and issues so far, which is rare for clinic management software. The PHONE SUPPORT and WhatsApp support team are responsive and efficient whenever needed. From a cost perspective, it is clearly value for money, especially for the yearly package. The security support access and overall data protection are solid, which is critical when handling patient records. Overall, it’s a dependable system that delivers exactly what a dental clinic needs without unnecessary complications.

Cons

I still have a soft spot for the previous version, but I think this one is quite good as well. Other than that nothing least i would say.

It’s been a very good 3 years with the software. It has been very helpful in maintaining the records of the patients and has come very handy time and again to fetch old records in seconds.

Pros

Ease of use and flexibility in subscription models. They have one of the most affordable subscription model for the features provided.

Cons

There is not much to not like about this software. They only thing which I would like them to change is bring back the older UI. It was far more colourful.

one of the best softwares i have used...and as it is compatible with the mobile ,one can easily document the records in detail along with necessary pre and post treatment details without much of time consumption.but coming to the cons ,although it has inventory module it needs a few upgradations on easy access and uploading of inventory data which i feel is very hectic especially in coporates or big chain of hospitals..

its pretty goodsoftware and has all the features which a corporate dental setup would certainly need..

Cons

the best about bestosys is it is ver friendly and doesnt take much efforts to understand or get trained to..

Ease in patient and consultant communication. WhatsApp messages directly go from clinic number and provides patients a reliable and consistent number to communicate with. Accounting, Renumeration, recall and CRM are all integrated, helping clinician to consolidate everything in one place.

Cons

Extra steps in adding lab work and lab bills. Accounting can be simplified more. Orthodontic module is confusing

Very helpful technical team. Can talk to sofware person directly on phone. In one sentence I can say, I can't run my clinic smoothly without Bestosys.

Pros

Everything is included. Right from patients' record to billing issues. Back up of the record can be done in any point of time.

Cons

There must be provision to upload PDF file (pt. record). Periodic cache deletion was an additional work you need to do. that's all.. not a big issue

Superb software... easy to use. excellent support and smooth operation. regular updates are available.

Cons

too much elaborated features... not useful for daily usage for staff as only dentists can understand them.
