"Espace - all you need to manage shared spaces and facilities!"

**Overall:** It was a lot of work to set up BUT we had many layers to our setup and really feel that we are using it to the fullest capacity. It has really helped keep people in the loop and avoid overbooking of spaces.

**Pros:** We are a very large organization and it helps us manage the usage of many shared spaces, plan for parking and alert our cleaning and maintenance team to any setup, tear down or clean up needs that arise around special events. It's also great for setting up security for events.

**Cons:** It is a bit cumbersome to use in that there are many options to go through in reserving a space and I wish there were a way for it to remember trends. Ex: When I reserve this space I tend to want to bring circle tables.
