Pros

Love all the different ways you can customize the program, Its great that it integrates with their other programs which saves valuable time. The program is straight forward that anyone can easily use.

Cons

The software is being changed and updated so often with new features that its hard to keep up with it. :) The WIFI thermostats that integrate with the program could be a better product.

Great time saver when working with a large organization!

Pros

I like that everyone on my team can access the calendar and see all the events that are happening on our campus.

Cons

I don't like that when we have multiple off-site location events they look like conflicting events. It would be nice to differentiate between them.

eSpace helps make reporting repairs, or upkeep that we need at our facility, it has made this process much more organized, and has helped not let things slip through the cracks.

Pros

It streamlines the process of reporting things that are broken or damaged. It keeps all of the request made organized. It helps things not get overlooked. It's really simple to use, and run.

Cons

The only con I notice is that it seems to load things very slow when used on a phone, and it also uploads the request very slow, but i do not notice these issues on the desktop version.

I have never experienced a problem with the software since using it.

Pros

This software is very easy to learn. I like that you can not overbook a room.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about it, when deleting an event there is no way to delete just that one day.

You can actually delete a single occurrence by going to the AVAILABILITY tab and finding the one occurrence and clicking DELETE. The rest of the event remains in tact. Hope that helps. We use it to schedule rooms for many users. While the scheduling process seems to work well and it identifies conflicts, the back end of when custodians need to set up rooms they get limited info. Sometimes they need contact info but without giving them admin privileges they can't see it.

Pros

it helps users identify conflicts when scheduling spaces

Cons

custodians can only see limited information for an event (time, place, etc. but not who the contact is, phone numbers, etc.)

Pros

The ease of using it anywhere. Work or home and the ability to edit easily as well, making changes quick and easy to do.

Cons

The calendar not interchanging with other calendars like google, so I would know what rooms are taken before I schedule an event.

Pros

Room reservation platform has been the most beneficial part us. Made it easier for people to submit requests, keep track of what rooms are reserved, and have a public calendar available for people coming to use our facility to see what is going on.

Cons

Our church is a multilingual church. Their website is encoded in UTF-8, but the emails sent are encoded in ASCII. So chinese characters can be seen on the website, but emails sent from eSpace cannot display chinese characters.

eSpace is easy to learn and the functionality is top notch. We use eSpace for all of our meetings and events as we are a multi-campus organization and without eSpace we would not be able to keep everything organized.

Organization of all the things we need to do.

Pros

Ease of function to do basic work order management. It's price is affordable too for a small organization. It is also flexible enough that you can manage not just facilities but also other parts of the operation. We even use it some for our livestock management.

Cons

Some of the notification email stuff is not as configurable as we would like (localizing who receives the emails).

Pros

I appreciate the fact that it reduces confusion among administrators when scheduling meetings in spaces.

Cons

It would be helpful if eSPACE would suggest other spaces that are open when there is a scheduling conflict. It is a bit tedious to go back through all of our meeting rooms and have to check them all and uncheck them to see what is available.

Pros

That there was great compatibility between different areas and departments. It is a tool that can be looked at and accessed by others so that everyone can be on the same page.

Cons

There were a few areas that were required to be filled in that did not truly matter to the event that I was seeking to create, thus making things a bit more confusing for other teams to look at and understand.

I love the new app and how you can customize it to your needs. It has been really great to work to make sure each area has a focus in our classroom space

Cons

It takes a learning curve to really learn how to use it to its potential. I am not sure about cost because I do not see how much it runs.

eSPACE has been a great addition to our facility team. It helps us streamline events, set-ups, etc. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Each person we've come in contact with always makes us feel like we are top priority. They are quick, listen to our request and help troubleshoot at the drop of a hat.

Pros

eSPACE is very user friendly. The functions work well with how our events are run, scheduled and set-up.

Cons

It's still in early development, so there are several features just not yet available.

### "Overall A Good Program"

Customer service with eSPACE is outstanding! Always quick, courteous and professional and they are willing to consider, and implement if possible, any changes/additions to the program that may help it function better for you. That alone is worth the cost of the program.

Pros

This program has been a great help in coordinating the usage of the facilities on our campus. We were able to configure it to specifically work for our facilities, equipment and set up. My role is specifically in event set up and tear down and I find this program a very useful tool in coordinating and planning these tasks.

Cons

It took me a little more time to get to know the program and feel comfortable with it, but that is probably due to the fact that I did not need to utilize it on a daily basis. The one draw back for me was that some pertinent information did not crossover to my iPad as it appeared in the computer.

Pros

eSpace in general is a great way to manage your meeting spaces and allow the office to staff to remain organized when it comes to having meetings.

Cons

The interface is a bit confusing for the first time user. Being able to see what is reserved and what is available seems to take more steps than needed. You should be able to click the calendar and it just show you what is reserved. In this case you have to go through the filtering process to filter the calendar every time. The interface could be simplified and the responsiveness of when I select a tab could be quicker and smoother.

Pros

Ease of operations. I can use it to ask the office manager to order supplies or let the maintenance team know about repairs or setups. We also are able to keep track of things as they are accomplished.

Cons

Need a better way to remind people to go back in and mark things completed. I personally have not figured out the long term maintenance list.

Tracking all work orders in one place

Pros

It is easy to submit a work order and that's important for our end users and it is easy to assign work orders to different groups. I like the new tools that are added frequently and that it is being updated.

Cons

It is difficult and sometimes time consuming to find a specific work order if you don't have the number. The comments are confusing and I think should be apart of the main work order and not on a separate tab.

I like that our whole organization can view what is happening throughout all divisions on one site.

Cons

It may be the options that our organization chose but it is difficult to maneuver through the site. Maybe after more time, it will become easier. Sometimes I am looking for something specific and think it is not easy to find the right spot.

Pros

Lots of scheduling possibilities. We thought the program would answer our needs. we need to communicate with a large number of groups.

I am able to make sure my spaces are being approved by me, and not someone else.

Pros

I appreciate eSpace's ability to connect various departments and services through email, app, and cloud-based service

Cons

There are SO MANY menus to get through, it takes VERY long for SIMPLE requests, I wish there were a way to fill out event requests more simply. Could there be a one-page template for simple room/meeting reservations? Also, to help people approve events quicker, could there be a timer and the approvers have a response rate where they actually get points or something if they approve quicker?

Pros

Espace is easy enough to use that any of the users can begin operating it effectively without experience or tutorial. We print off weekly reports to pass to various people to ensure everyone knows when and where the events pertaining to them are. this allows that setup and tare-downs are done on time.

Cons

The only change that I would make is possibly building in a feature that changes the color coding automatically to show which events are completed. Overall it is a great system.

Being able to utilize one site for all company needs has been amazing. I love not having to switch between several programs to schedule things.

Cons

The dashboard an look a bit cluttered at times. Having to resubmit an event has been an issue within the company as most think a general update should do the trick.
