Wesuite estimator software is very easy to use and can quickly generate quotes. The biggest pro, is that the software allows you to build customized documentation to included with every quote that is generated. an example; quote A you want to show the terms and conditions but with no manufacturing part numbers and on quote B you can remove the terms and conditions with a single click and to show part numbers among many other customized documentation to include in each quote.

Support has dropped off since we went live and it feels like we have to chase people down to get updates and answers. Software appears to be stable, but there are functionality gaps that need to be addressed. WeOpportunity has the most room to "grow."

Our sales process has gone from entering information onto an excel spread sheet, then entering the same information about 7 more times into different data bases. WeSuite has stream lined our sales process, we are now only entering the client and information once into WeEstimate, with all of the documents and details of the job at our finger tips. It is a very easy system to use and the Customer Service from WeSuite is fabulous!

In the past we had problems with needed items being left out of the old Excel style estimate. With the Packages feature we have been able to standardize what we offer for each solution including the time it will take making our estimating much more accurate. Synchronizing our parts databases has made our pricing more accurate also. Whenever we need customized changes WeSuite is very accommodating. One area that could be improved is the training and documentation. Overall we are pleased we moved to WeEstimate and are expanding the use of it from Security Estimating to other areas of our business.

We began using We Suite in 2013. Prior to that we did not have a true check and balance to our sales process. We also had a very manual process in place from start to finish of the process. Since the implementation of We Suite, we have made many strides in improving the sales process, not only at the business level, but at the field/sales rep level. At the sales rep level, the reps are now able to find their customer, create a quotation, generate that quotation via email to a client, generate the contract and process the order via one tool, which has significantly streamlined how they operated previously. At the business level, We Suite/We Opportunity gives us very clear insight into their funnel and appointment activity. It also allows us to manage the pricing that they are able dictate to the market and force approvals with certain thresholds, something that was an extremely manual process previously. This is extremely helpful to me to be able to manage the funnel and the sales prices of items with a keystroke and require approvals where deals don't pass the "smell" test, improving our profitability and insight into the day to day of our sales reps. Working closely with the We Suite team has been very beneficial on creating reports and utilizing the system to its full functionality. Funnel management, cost control and automation were a wish for many years at the business level. They are now a daily reality and great help to us in improving the business.

Overall it's a great product. It works with our business software and gives us great contracts and information. It is easy to use. For routine sales everything moves quickly and we produce a very nice contract. There is room for all the information we need. What could improve is the flexibility. We need to have something other than Crystal Reports to be able to create those special contracts that just need to be different. Also, after using it for several years, we need to be able to inactivate customers and/or sites that get in the way of our lists for large customers. Because we have the capability, I'd love to be able to do some reports without having to have everything written for us. I would NEVER ask to change the database - just to access it a little easier. :-) Everyone at weSuite is the best! Always very friendly. Obviously very busy.

Many of our Customers love that Contracts are automatically stored, any revisions are kept, templates are easy to set and have in place, company branding is consistent, and best of all Customers love how much time our Contracts have saved them as compared to their old manual process. From the beginning there were important items we considered when looking at sales oriented software, such as prospecting data captured, ease of estimating, and integration with Sedona, paperless and overall consistency with our sales presentations and product pricing and delivery. WeSuites seem to be the perfect fit. The staff of WeSuites has been wonderful from the beginning. The conversion has been stressful and time-consuming as with any major software integration, but the patience of their staff has been exceptional and is making the process enjoyable. The only real frustration I feel is in hindsight, looking at the how inefficient and lacking our process was before WeSuites. We are looking forward to the next phase of our conversion, particularly the evolution of our sales process with the Quote Anywhere product and e-signing documentation.
