Pros: I like how quickly you can customize your content and how quickly it shows up on the the TV. I really like how easy it is to upload images.

Cons: Still having a bit of issues getting the zoning app to work. I've tried it twice with no luck. I haven't had time to troubleshoot it longer so it might be something I'm missing/skipping. Also wish you could always have a real-time view when logged into the account as an admin to view what's being displayed in the lobby. Not a fan of capturing a screenshot.

Pros: We use enplug for events and they are flexible with our subscription that we can come back at anytime to use their services. The device is small and non-intrusive. Back-end software is simple to use, and manage. Great product.

Cons: Using enplug out of the box into a TV with HDMI is simple. When the setup becomes more complex, there isn't enough documentation to assist in configuration.

Pros: As a leader of an inside sales department, I use Enplug's digital signage to keep my team informed and motivated. We display things like key sales metrics, important announcements and company information, inspirational quotes, team photos, memes--the applications are limitless. The ease at which you can add/remove content to keep it fresh is great. Enplug has become an integral part of the way we operate.

Pros: This makes tech easy, it pushes the promotions we want, drives traffic to the places, times, and sites we desire, all with remote updates and easy installation. Cannot say enough great things about this product and all of its functionality.

Cons: It's a touch expensive TBH. But after time passes and text continues to improve, I believe that will change.

Pros: It creates a social platform for our customers to view promotions, menus, media posts, news, weather, traffic, sports and other fun apps. The digital ease of it allows me to keep it updated with fresh content that can keep viewers engaged. I enjoy being able to manage it from any computer and the changes take effect instantly. Our customers love seeing their photos/videos displayed on screen and getting to see other people's experiences be showcased. It's a great product, quick customer service, and having this as a feature in our center really adds to the overall social customer experience.

Cons: There will be times when the apps have issues which makes our display have a big "error" screen appear - this is obviously very unsightly, but normally after contacting their support team they get the issue resolved quickly and easily. If not, a quick system reset typically solves most problems. The available app selection has been increasing over the months, which I love, so I would like to continue to see a wider selection of apps to display. This service is not cheap, but if you want to add a social and digital experience to your business then it's a great feature to invest in.

Overall: More social interactive, a great platform to showcase promotions, customers enjoy the changing content such as news, weather, maps, etc.

Pros: We like the "plug and play" aspect of the system. It is very easy to use, and has a lot of great features!

Cons: The one thing that we like least is that you have to pay a separate subscription for the DS Menu, but other than that no major Cons.

CSR has helped us every step of the way -- getting our LED screens in place.

Pros: Love the user dashboard
Great screen preview option (for when you're not sitting in front of the screen)
Love the fact I can manage my screen displays remotely (and on my phone)
Tech support is very responsive, knowledgeable and proactive
Love that fact everything is on the cloud and also stored on the Enplug device

* Every time I needed infomation, I received a response right away -- I was always provided with very helpful details and great resources.

Cons: For the "html web page display app". I understand the scheduling features aren't yet available. We would be thrilled to use that feature when it is possible.

Pros: Haven't used it yet but it looks amazing and we cant wait to start!

Cons: It is a tad bit expensive but I think it's worth it for what you get in return and in exposure!

Pros: SOlution is unique, your simple and beautiful display interface is the killer for me. Of the several platforms I have explored, giving yours my best rating. On the backend, I like the fact that you can prime SM images engagement by uploading photos yourself.

Cons: Not cool with fact that when you upload multiple photos on facebook, the solution picks on the first photo for display.
Inability to get a selected tweet/post stay long on the screen for a long time. (see livetweetapp as ref.)
Software/Platform loading time. locations with poor bandwith should also be taken into consideration.
I dont like the fact that when I remove a selected tweet/post that has been displayed, I cant recall again easily till I refresh the page.

Overall: Lovely team at Enplug Africa. Used Enplug on 3 occasions, Like the team's response time on and off offline. Also like the flexibility in your prices.

Recommendations to other buyers: Cost. Affordability is key. Please make this possible.

Hi Adeyemi, Thanks for writing a review, and we appreciate the feedback. Our Facebook integration only shows posts on your Facebook wall, and it can only support one photo as you noticed. If you want to show more photos, the easiest way is using our Graphics App with import options from Dropbox, Google Drive, and many others. We're working on making the platform better for areas with low bandwidth, and the device should keep running when the internet is disconnected. Overall: From an IT standpoint, it was a really easy install. Another provider has required us to open up ports on the firewall to make their solution work. After finding out that enplug syncs without network modifications, that was the huge win from IT.

Comments: Easy to set up; easy to use; can stream custom photos/videos, social media accounts, RSS feeds, and web pages; can control everything from one admin.

My sales rep, Mike Lanni, is great and has always been extremely helpful. We had some initial set up issues with our Instagram account (our fault, not Enplug's) and Mike was very quick to put me in touch with their Support team. The Support team also did a great job troubleshooting. So far, very happy with our subscription!

Comments: We needed a powerful but cost-effective way of showcasing social media on large rear projection screens during our commencement ceremony.

The simplistic user interface and streaming media device combined with the ability to capture posts from all major social media platforms while still having the ability to moderate them, made Enplug the obvious choice for us. Most packages / services that come close to the combined functionality Enplug offers, are much more expensive and require a longer commitment than we were comfortable with it. Enplug allowed us to subscribe for the time we needed, and shut it down when we were done.

In addition, the dual flexibility of Enplug (hardware device and software display) also allowed us to leverage a direct feed to the monitors, while simultaneously web stream the output via our Tricaster as filler before the event went live.

The social media video wall was a huge success as graduates and their friend and families posted during the ceremony and saw that result instantaneously thereby significantly increasing the schools reach and interaction with it¿s audience both during and after the ceremony.

Also for the AV business you can remotely make changes and redesign your messages and content, the only thing you need is and internet connection or 4G modem even.

Comments: I was researching digital signage options to implement for our Craft Brewery for over a year. What I found with the existing market were very time consuming, hard to manage software, and complicated setups even from all the big players in the market.

I ran across Enplug during my search when they had just launched in 2014 focused exclusively on Social Media as their selling point, something not even on the radar in the digital signage market.

As a Craft Brewery located in remote Juneau, Alaska. Enplug's easy cloud management, simple plug 'n play device, and social media focused display fit perfectly with both our IT and Marketing strategies. As a more of a on the ground grass roots and customer driven business it made sense to leverage our social media in this way and we gained tremendous value from it. As an IT Manager I'd have to say you know you've got a winner when you've got your Dept., Marketing, and Retail all in love with a product like this and no fight over trying to get user adoption in the organization.

Our Brewery Gift shop is packed during the summer months with tourists and the Enplug displays actually hold customers attention as they watch or interact with posts or tweets to see it in person. The social media engagement with local visitors drove our numbers up double digits in our primary social media channels during the tourist season. It also added that live and dynamic experience that couldn't be replicated any other way, especially compared to the industry standard displays. You also end up with a positive feedback loop of engagement by your brick and mortar customers and your online customer base.

Enplug has pivoted their business model a few times and its gotten better each time as they improved their features, pricing, and offerings. Their service now offers complete packages of devices plus apps covering every business need including Menu's (something we've been looking to implement for some time in our Bar).

The only cons we had were with the original Enplug hardware which did have a problem with locking up. Enplug was great about replacing those no questions asked with the newer units that operate much better.

All in all, great company, and great service that we've been very happy with for about 2 years going. We've also seen more displays adopted in our area after the local Chamber of Commerce saw ours in operation and picked one up for their reception area, along with a few other establishments.

Customer service is quick and very helpful, device itself is plug in & power on, online set up is very easy. My customers love the social media wall it drives social media tremendously and attracts more followers. Using the graphics wall to display our specials or advertise for other companies (covers our cost) is a great way to build business relationships. Definitely recommend the Enplug system!

Enplug For The Win!

Comments: There are so many pros to Enplug that we enjoy, especially comparing it to the many competitors I've sat down with over this past year. (I still like to hear out other companies to see if they have something better to provide. So far, nothing compares.) The main one being our interaction on Instagram increasing with an average of about 200% at every location. That's the obvious one though. The real non-obvious benefit is the simplicity of their system and how it displays compared to others.

Some companies have told us we would need to use their hashtag or only be able to use one hashtag for that matter. We run many campaigns, with different hashtags, and Enplug allows us to use as many as we want. I have also heard, we need to keep their company logo watermarked on the screen and that the display can't be changed in anyway. This is definitely the best system out there.

In regards to Cons we've experienced, there have only been a couple. For awhile the system was "freezing", which was then fixed when they sent us out their new updated boxes. Then the only other issue was when the app would occasionally shut down in the middle of it being used. That has not happened in the past few months, so I'm hoping they have fixed the problem.
