It was fine, but ended up switching services because I spent too much time on the backend, which was mostly due to the terrible UI.

Pros

The boxes that Spectrio sent us made it easy to implement.

The backend UI was not at all user friendly.

A quite important experience, let's say that it allows our developments to import solutions in real time, we can teach the rest of the team, we can create screen solutions to fix the screens of the same corporation, so the program itself has been very helpful for our developments.

Pros

The digital signage it offers is very important for the software development we do, we can use them on a minimum scale of how they are seen on a public screen and be able to do more tests in real time and resolve real-time errors, it has a good platform In order to leave notes, the same program allows us to interconnect other software to make comparisons.

Cons

On ultra-large screens it generates some loss of kb signals per second, which is something that is not annoying, something that does not happen on medium-sized or ultra-small screens where the communication between software and hardware is very complete, which is the strong point of the program.

Not happy at all, charging me over $1000 usd to cancel

When it worked. It was so glitchy, had to order another little purple box that still performed crappy.

The amount of times it did not work. Would not connect...

Pros

The players seemed to be robust. The concept of how the system would work was a great idea.

Cons

Trying to get to the cloud website to make changes and to upload took for every. The performance of the cloud server was abysmal. I had dial up modems that worked faster. Not being able to update the templates was a big stumbling block for us and ultimately is why we have abandoned their system and also the lack of technical support as they could no longer support the system.

Reasons for choosing Spectrio

We chose them because some of our other locations have used them for some other digital display stuff. Plus they made it seem like it would work really well.

Pros

For me, the main advantage of this solution (compared with its competitors) is its configurable templates. It allows to design a visual layout fully adapted to your requirements. In this regard, I am now using this software because of this feature

Cons

The increased personalization choices allowed by Spectrio also provokes an increased dificulty in its usage. Nonetheless, after a couple of hours using the software, it is not a big deal.

From any location, we may update our gadgets with Spectrio. In addition, by eliminating the need to print materials, we can save money. Because it allows you to plan, Spectrio has helped me become more proactive in my work. With this functionality, I may specify a beginning and ending date.

Pros

Spectrio's biggest selling point is how simple it is to set up and use. There are a lot of wonderful templates to choose from, and they're all simple to utilize. But beneath the surface, there are powerful tools that can help you do some fun and memorable things for your employees and consumers.

Cons

Spectrio has been a part of my workflow for well over a year. However, I've experienced issues with devices freezing or failing, as well as firewall issues in some circumstances. Despite this, they are rather easy to replace.

Slow, slow slow. Still waiting on a functioning unit after 2 months.

Pros

Seems to be relatively easy to use. but we will see.

Cons

So far they have sent over 2 boxes to try and neither have worked. They promised they were sending over a better version suited to our needs but its been over 6 weeks and nothing has shown up. seems they don't value potential business very much.

This is a review of Enplug Digital Signage software. With the advent of smart tv's, their product is becoming obsolete. They charge $200+ for a streaming device which is buggy – we had 1 faulty device upon receipt and another 2 that subsequently died. Upon reaching out to support to fix or replace the dead devices, they simply stopped responding to my emails. Next step, cancellation of their service due to poor products, competitive pricing elsewhere and poor customer service. I emailed them to cancel. No response for weeks. I call to confirm cancellation and they can't find my account. Ask for my account number – it is NO WHERE to be found on their website. I get transferred around to various people who can not help in cancelling my account and shoved back into an email support thread.

Pros

Nothing good to say about the software Enplug.

Cons

Poor customer service. Weak customer account portal on website. Buggy devices that arrive defective, stop working randomly and not competitively priced.

This allows us to provide info to customers and employees from a central location as well as advertise new products to customers.

Pros

Fairly easy to use. Online interface is visually appealing too. Scheduling content is fantastic to use.

Cons

Parts of the system are a bit confusing to use at first. Could have a bit more control on the visual preview.
