We needed a way to post updates and communication across our offices, while still being able to keep things customized and fun. November 14, 2020 5.0 This makes my life as a manager and office administrator so much easier! The look is so fresh and modern! Pros It was super easy to set up once we received everything! It works seamlessly with the dashboard, which is so simple to work with. Using the Enplug throughout our office versus multiple signs and boards looks 10x better. Best of all, it keeps all of our employees and visitors up to date on all of our latest business news, promotions, etc! October 22, 2020 5.0 Before we discovered Enplug, we did everything old school...loaded USB's with content, ran downstairs to plug it in the Smart TV...then ran back downstairs again every time there was a tiny change made to an ad. With Enplug NONE of this has to happen ever again! We can control all the content under one hub and make changes at anytime, from anywhere. There was no hesitation at all when I was asked if this was a product we should invest in. Now we use Enplug currently at 3 different properties for not just our members but to communicate information to our employees too. Pros \* Very easy to upload new ads \* Already built templates available \* Features to auto schedule and remove ads at a certain date \*Remote access - we have these set up at 3 of our properties and it can be managed by one person from one computer if needed \* Integrates with your social media & YouTube platforms \* Very easy to set up and mange Cons Nothing! There are plenty of apps that Enplug can integrate with and it just looks nice and smooth. Cons The old version of the physical devices were failing from time to time but looks like that was fixed in the new versions. In addition, by eliminating the need to print materials, we can save money. Because it allows you to plan, Spectrio has helped me become more proactive in my work. With this functionality, I may specify a beginning and ending date. Pros Spectrio's biggest selling point is how simple it is to set up and use. There are a lot of wonderful templates to choose from, and they're all simple to utilize. But beneath the surface, there are powerful tools that can help you do some fun and memorable things for your employees and consumers. Cons Spectrio has been a part of my workflow for well over a year. However, I've experienced issues with devices freezing or failing, as well as firewall issues in some circumstances. You all provide excellent customer service and a great product that allows us to provide information and educate our customers throughout Prince George's County on several platforms using your software. Pros The Enplug system gives us the flexibility to share information with our customers multiple ways. Cons There is no way to automatically reboot the devices. In total, we have 10 devices (two in each of our buildings) which makes it difficult at times to restart a device if something goes wrong. There are a few flaws in the functionality of some of the apps like YouTube but the customer service is usually spot on when it comes to helping us fix the issue. Review Source KR Keri R. Cons It was a little hard to get started with the graphics since we don't host a designer in house. But the team was willing to spend a little more time with us to make it work. They have a small dedicated team who care about their software and about their clients. The software is reliable, the responsive design allows us to access the software quickly and easily from any device (computer, phone, tablet etc.). Overall very happy with PingHD and the service they provide. Pros Customer service and support has been outstanding. PingHD are responsive to questions and issues, they stand behind their product and if there is an issue, they make it right. Integration with our room booking software – all events are downloaded into PingHD and displayed on digital signs automatically. Templates can be updated / changed easily by non-technical staff. Changes can be made from either a computer or smartphone. Tight integration with SOC (software on chip) screens enables us to schedule on/off times, receive network and temperature info for each screen and alert us to any offline players. Hardware purchase is cost effective as we don’t need an external media player, a big step forward compared to many other signage platforms. March 5, 2018 3.0 Pros User friendly portal configurations and easy deployment. It has some neat features for social media integrations with Facebook and Twitter. Cons No SAML SSO with iDP. No 2FA for admins. No active contents from internet based news feeds like SkyNews, CNN etc. EnPlug need to add more applications. Youtube channels are not supported. Support for dashboards via 3rd party integration, which cost extra. Chrome devices are not supported, so need to buy Enplug player to play content. The software has some bugs, so would need to reboot Enplug player sometimes.
