Pros: The help when problems arise. The staff gets back to us promptly when we've had issues.

Cons: The design of the site is a basic web formula. Yes, its design color scheme is to match our own but the content and boxes aren't eye catching or appealing; just basic boxes and text that fits their outline.

We get comments that the site is not as user friendly as some, hard to adjust items and always takes guests back to the front page rather than back to the category.

Overall: We like that our guests have an online option. The customer service for the site is good; they respond quickly when a problem arises.
